| 1 | Selective laser melting(SLM)of CX stainless steel:Theoretical calculation, process optimization and strengthening mechanism显示文摘In the present work, selective laser melting(SLM)technology was utilized for manufacturing CX stainless steel samples under a series of laser parameters. The effect of laser linear energy density on the microstructure characteristics, phase distribution, crystallographic orientation and mechanical properties of these CX stainless steel samples were investigated theoretically and experimentally via scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Based on the systematic study, the SLM CX stainless steel sample with best surface roughness(Ra=4.05±1.8μm)and relative density(Rd=99.72%±0.22%)under the optimal linear density(η=245 J/m)can be obtained.SLM CX stainless steel was primarily constituted by a large number of fine martensite(α’phase)structures(i.e.,cell structures, cellular dendrites and blocky grains)and a small quantity of austenite(γphase)structures. The pre ferred crystallographic orientation(i.e.,<111>direction)can be determined in the XZ plane of the SLM CX sample.Furthermore, under the optimal linear energy density, the good combinations with the highest ultimate tensile strength(UTS=1068.0%±5.9%)and the best total elongation(TE=15.70%±0.26%)of the SLM CX sample can be attained.Dislocation strengthening dominates the strengthening mechanism of the SLM CX sample in as-built state. | Dongdong Dong Cheng Chang Hao Wang Xingchen Yan Wenyou Ma Min Liu Sihao Deng Julien Gardan Rodolphe Bolot Hanlin Liao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14: | 11 |
| 2 | Comparative Genome Analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis and Scutellaria barbata Reveals the Evolution of Active Flavonoid Biosynthesis显示文摘Scutellaria baicalensis(S.baicalensis)and Scutellaria barbata(S.barbata)are common medicinal plants of the Lamiaceae family. Both produce specific flavonoid compounds, including baicalein, scutellarein, norwogonin, and wogonin,as well as their glycosides, which exhibit antioxidant and antitumor activities. Here,we report chromosome-level genome assemblies of S.baicalensis and S.barbata with quantitative chromosomal variation(2 n=18 and 2 n=26,respectively).The divergence of S.baicalensis and S.barbata occurred far earlier than previously reported, and a whole-genome duplication(WGD)event was identified. The insertion of long terminal repeat elements after speciation might be responsible for the observed chromosomal expansion and rearrangement.Comparative genome analysis of the congeneric species revealed the species-specific evolution of chrysin and apigenin biosynthetic genes, such as the S.baicalensis-specific tandem duplication of genes encoding phenylalanine ammonia lyase and chalcone synthase, and the S.barbata-specific duplication of genes encoding 4-Co A ligase. In addition, the paralogous duplication, colinearity, and expression diversity of CYP82 D subfamily members revealed the functional divergence of genes encoding flavone hydroxylase between S.baicalensis and S.barbata.Analyzing these Scutellaria genomes reveals the common and species-specific evolution of flavone biosynthetic genes. Thus, these findings would facilitate the development of molecular breeding and studies of biosynthesis and regulation of bioactive compounds. | Zhichao Xu Ranran Gao Xiangdong Pu Rong Xu Jiyong Wang Sihao Zheng Yan Zeng Jun Chen Chunnian He Jingyuan Song | 2020 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3: | 10 |

| 4 | GRB 220408B:A Three-episode Burst from a Precessing Jet显示文摘Jet precession has previously been proposed to explain the apparently repeating features in the light curves of a few gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).In this paper,we further apply the precession model to a bright GRB 220408B by examining both its temporal and spectral consistency with the predictions of the model. As one of the recently confirmed GRBs observed by our GRID CubeSat mission,GRB 220408B is noteworthy as it exhibits three apparently similar emission episodes.Furthermore, the similarities are reinforced by their strong temporal correlations and similar features in terms of spectral evolution and spectral lags. Our analysis demonstrates that these features can be well explained by the modulated emission of a Fast-Rise-Exponential-Decay(FRED)shape light curve intrinsically produced by a precessing jet with a precession period of 18.4_(-0.2)~(+0.2)s,a nutation period of11.1_(-0.2)~(+0.2)s and viewed off-axis.This study provides a straightforward explanation for the complex yet similar multiepisode GRB light curves. | Zijian Zhang Yi-Han Iris Yin Chenyu Wang Xiangyu Ivy Wang Jun Yang Yan-Zhi Meng Zi-Ke Liu Guo-Yin Chen Xiaoping Fu Huaizhong Gao Sihao Li Yihui Liu Xiangyun Long Yong-Chang Ma Xiaofan Pan Yuanze Sun Wei Wu Zirui Yang Zhizhen Ye Xiaoyu Yu Shuheng Zhao Xutao Zheng Tao Zhou Qing-Wen Tang Qiurong Yan Rong Zhou Zhonghai Wang Hua Feng Ming Zeng Bin-Bin Zhang | 2023 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,11: | 0 |
| 5 | Spontaneous migration induced Co nanokarstcave encapsulated in N-doped carbon hybrids for efficient oxygen electrocatalyst显示文摘Despite the extensive application of porous nanostructures as oxygen electrocatalysts, it is challenging to synthesize single-metal state materials with porous structures, especially the ultrasmall ones due to the uniform diffusion of the same metal. Herein, we pioneer demonstrate a new size effect-based controllable synthesis strategy for the homogeneous Co nanokarstcaves assisted by Co-CN hybrids (CCHs). The preferential migration of cobalt atoms on the surface of small size zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF) with high surface energy during pyrolysis is the key factor for the formation of nanokarstcave structure. Furthermore, graphene can act as a diffusion barrier to prevent the agglomeration of nanoparticles in the synthesis process, which also plays an important role in the formation of porous nanostructures. In alkali media, CCHs achieve overpotential of 287 mV (@10 mA·cm^(−2)) for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and a half wave potential of 0.86 V (vs. RHE) for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). | Xuemin Wang Ming Liu Hang Zhang Sihao Yan Cui Zhang Shuangxi Liu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 0 |
