1Development of a rapid and sensitivity magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay for DNA methyltransferase 1 in human serum显示文摘DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)is a useful biomarker for lung cancer in early clinical diagnosis.A rapid magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay(MCLIA)for DNMT1 in human serum has been developed.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-second-Ab was used to labeled polyclonal antibodies of anti-DNMT1.DNMT1 in sample integrates with specific immunomagnetic beads and can constitute a supersandwiched immunoreaction.In magnetic field,nonspecific materials can be separated.After luminescent substrate luminol-H2O2-BIP was added,the relative light unit(RLU)of HRP was detected and was discovered to be directly proportional to the content of DNMT1 in sample.The correlative variables involved in the MCLIA value were optimized and the methodological evaluation was carried out.After optimization,in the range of0.5–128 ng/mL,the linear regression equation was y=0.5014 x+1.769(x was logCDNMT1,y was relative luminescence units(RLU)/RLU0),and the limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL.The RSD of intra-and interassays were 15.8%–16.9%and 14.3%–18.1%,respectively.The recovery was from 70.0%to 106.2%.Furthermore,paralleled with purchasable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits,MCLEIA had lower detection limit,wider linear range and shorter detection time.Therefore,the MCLEIA established in this study could be used for the sensitive detection of DNMT1 in serum sample.Sitian He Leiliang He Beibei Liu Songcheng Yu Li'e Liu Yongmei Tian Jia Wang Lihua Ding Yilin Wang Lingbo Qu Fei Yu Yongjun Wu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5:4

3Simulation of the Subsidence and Deposition Processes of the Foreland Basin in the Southwestern Margin of Ordos显示文摘Characteristics of deformation in the thrust belt and sequence stratigraphic framework in the foreland basin, structural features of the basin margin, and the episodic thrusting are studied in this paper by combining the eastern Qilian thrust belt and the Late Triassic foreland basin on the southwestern margin of Ordos. 7Constructing Al@C-Sn pellet anode without passivation layer for lithium-ion battery显示文摘Al is considered as a promising lithium-ion battery(LIBs)anode materials owing to its high theoretical capacity and appropri-ate lithation/de-lithation potential.Unfortunately,its inevitable volume expansion causes the electrode structure instability,leading to poor cyclic stability.What’s worse,the natural Al2O3 layer on commercial Al pellets is always existed as a robust insulating barrier for elec-trons,which brings the voltage dip and results in low reversible capacity.Herein,this work synthesized core-shell Al@C-Sn pellets for LIBs by a plus-minus strategy.In this proposal,the natural Al2O3 passivation layer is eliminated when annealing the pre-introduced SnCl2,meanwhile,polydopamine-derived carbon is introduced as dual functional shell to liberate the fresh Al core from re-oxidization and alle-viate the volume swellings.Benefiting from the addition of C-Sn shell and the elimination of the Al2O3 passivation layer,the as-prepared Al@C-Sn pellet electrode exhibits little voltage dip and delivers a reversible capacity of 1018.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) and 295.0 mAh·g^(-1) at 2.0 A·g^(-1)(after 1000 cycles),respectively.Moreover,its diffusion-controlled capacity is muchly improved compared to those of its counterparts,confirming the well-designed nanostructure contributes to the rapid Li-ion diffusion and further enhances the lithium storage activity.Kangzhe Cao Sitian Wang Yanan He Jiahui Ma Ziwei Yue Huiqiao Liu 2024International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,3:0

9Jamming Recognition Based on Feature Fusion and Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘The complicated electromagnetic environment of the BeiDou satellites introduces vari-ous types of external jamming to communication links,in which recognition of jamming signals with uncertainties is essential.In this work,the jamming recognition framework proposed consists of fea-ture fusion and a convolutional neural network(CNN).Firstly,the recognition inputs are obtained by prepossessing procedure,in which the 1-D power spectrum and 2-D time-frequency image are ac-cessed through the Welch algorithm and short-time Fourier transform(STFT),respectively.Then,the 1D-CNN and residual neural network(ResNet)are introduced to extract the deep features of the two prepossessing inputs,respectively.Finally,the two deep features are concatenated for the following three fully connected layers and output the jamming signal classification results through the softmax layer.Results show the proposed method could reduce the impacts of potential feature loss,therefore improving the generalization ability on dealing with uncertainties.Sitian Liu Chunli Zhu 2022Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2022,31,2:0
