1Review on Stress Corrosion and Corrosion Fatigue Failure of Centrifugal Compressor Impeller显示文摘Corrosion failure,especially stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue,is the main cause of centrifugal compressor impeller failure.And it is concealed and destructive.This paper summarizes the main theories of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue and its latest developments,and it also points out that existing stress corrosion cracking theories can be reduced to the anodic dissolution(AD),the hydrogen-induced cracking(HIC),and the combined AD and HIC mechanisms.The corrosion behavior and the mechanism of corrosion fatigue in the crack propagation stage are similar to stress corrosion cracking.The effects of stress ratio,loading frequency,and corrosive medium on the corrosion fatigue crack propagation rate are analyzed and summarized.The corrosion behavior and the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue in corrosive environments,which contain sulfide,chlorides,and carbonate,are analyzed.The working environments of the centrifugal compressor impeller show the behavior and the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue in different corrosive environments.The current research methods for centrifugal compressor impeller corrosion failure are analyzed.Physical analysis,numerical simulation,and the fluid-structure interaction method play an increasingly important role in the research on impeller deformation and stress distribution caused by the joint action of aerodynamic load and centrifugal load.SUN Jiao CHEN Songying QU Yanpeng LI Jianfeng 2015Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,2:14
2Effects of Temperature and Pressure on Stress Corrosion Cracking Behavior of 310S Stainless Steel in Chloride Solution显示文摘310S is an austenitic stainless steel for high temperature applications, having strong resistance of oxidation, hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion. Stress corrosion cracking(SCC) is the main corrosion failure mode for 310 S stainless steel. Past researched about SCC of 310 S primarily focus on the corrosion mechanism and influence of temperature and corrosive media, but few studies concern the combined influence of temperature, pressure and chloride. For a better understanding of temperature and pressure's effects on SCC of 310 S stainless steel, prepared samples are investigated via slow strain rate tensile test(SSRT) in different temperature and pressure in NACE A solution. The result shows that the SCC sensibility indexes of 310 S stainless steel increase with the rise of temperature and reach maximum at 10 MPa and 160℃, increasing by 22.3% compared with that at 10 MPa and 80 ℃. Instead, the sensibility decreases with the pressure up. Besides, the fractures begin to transform from the ductile fracture to the brittle fracture with the increase of temperature. 310 S stainless steel has an obvious tendency of stress corrosion at 10 MPa and 160℃ and the fracture surface exists cleavage steps, river patterns and some local secondary cracks, having obvious brittle fracture characteristics. The SCC cracks initiate from inclusions and tiny pits in the matrix and propagate into the matrix along the cross section gradually until rupture. In particular, the oxygen and chloride play an important role on the SCC of 310 S stainless steel in NACE A solution. The chloride damages passivating film, causing pitting corrosion, concentrating in the cracks and accelerated SSC ultimately. 4Prevention,diagnosis,and management of interstitial pregnancy:A review of the literature显示文摘Objective:The incidence of interstitial pregnancy(IP)has increased by using assisted reproductive technology,especially after ipsilateral salpingectomy.This review aimed to examine the current state of prevention,risk factors,diagnosis,and management of IP,based on the current literature.Data sources:We searched PubMed for English language articles published up to June 2018.The search terms included interstitial pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy or cornual pregnancy,angular pregnancy,and combinations of these terms.Study selection:Articles were obtained and reviewed to analyze risk factors,diagnosis,prevention,and management of IP.Results:Ipsilateral salpingectomy is the main high-risk factor of IP,especially after in vitro fertilization.Cornual suture at the time of salpingectomy helps to reduce the IP rate.Laparoscopic cornuostomy appears to be an effective treatment in intact cases,although it sometimes needs to be combined with methotrexate therapy in ruptured cases complicated by persistent disease.Jianmin Chen Dong Huang Libing Shi Songying Zhang 2019Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2019,2,1:2

10In situ delivery of apoptotic bodies derived from mesenchymal stem cells via a hyaluronic acid hydrogel:A therapy for intrauterine adhesions显示文摘Stem cell-based and stem cell-derived exosome-based therapies have shown promising potential for endometrial regeneration and the clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesions(IUAs).Evidence shows that apoptosis occurs in a majority of grafted stem cells,and apoptotic bodies(ABs)play a critical role in compensatory tissue regeneration.However,the therapeutic potential of AB-based therapy and its mechanism have not been explored in detail.Here,a cell-free therapeutic strategy was developed by incorporating mesenchymal stem cell-derived ABs into a hyaluronic acid(HA)hydrogel to achieve endometrial regeneration and fertility restoration.Specifically,we found that the ABs could induce macrophage immunomodulation,cell proliferation,and angiogenesis in vitro.The HA hydrogel promoted the retention of ABs and facilitated their continuous release.In a murine model of acute endometrial damage and a rat model of IUAs,in situ injection of the AB-laden HA hydrogel could efficiently reduce fibrosis and promote endometrial regeneration,resulting in the fertility restoration.Consequently,ABs show good potential as therapeutic vesicles,and the AB-laden HA hydrogel appears to be a clinically feasible and cell-free alternative for endometrial regeneration and IUA treatment.Liaobing Xin Cheng Wei Xiaomei Tong Yangyang Dai Dong Huang Jianmin Chen Lie Ma Songying Zhang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,6:1

15Investigation of mini-hydrocyclone performance in removing small-size microplastics显示文摘Large amounts of microplastics(MPs)have been found in rivers and oceans,bringing great harm to aquatic animals,plants,even human beings.However,the effective removal method of MPs,especially those with small sizes(5-20 μm)is still lacking.This work presents mini-hydrocyclones to remove 10 μm(average size)diameter MPs.The removal performance of nine mini-hydrocyclones with different diameters of spigot and vortex finder is examined experimentally and numerically.The performance of the designed cyclones is evaluated in terms of recovery,water split,concentration ratio and pressure drop.The results show that mini-hydrocyclones are applicable to removing small-size MPs with the maximum concentra-tion ratio at 2.16 and the particle recovery at 51%.The flow characteristics inside the mini-hydrocyclones are analyzed in detail.It is shown that the distributions of water axial velocity and radial velocity could collectively affect the behaviors of small-size MPs in mini-hydrocyclones.Specifically,a larger amount of water split could entrain more fine particles to underflow.Meanwhile,a less frequent alternation of radial velocity between the positive and negative directions on the same side of the cyclone should benefit the removal of small-size MPs.Liqun He Li Ji Xun Sun Songying Chen Shibo Kuang 2022Particuology2022,,12:0
16The cervical function and pregnancy outcomes after hysteroscopic resection of the complete uterine septum,duplicate cervix and vaginal septum显示文摘Objective:To evaluate cervical function and pregnancy outcomes after hysteroscopic resection of the complete uterine septum,duplicate cervix and vaginal septum with Metzenbaum scissors.Methods:Between January 2010 and December 2016,13 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital with complete uterine septum,duplicate cervix and vaginal septum,were enrolled into this study.The cervical and corporal septum was cut by Metzenbaum scissors,and residual septum was cut by micro scissors under hysteroscopy.The vaginal septum was cut with the unipolar electric knife.Results:The operation time was about 10±1.31 min.All the 13 patients present normal uterine cavities without scar formation under hysteroscopy at 3 months after operation,there was mild adhesions between anterior and posterior intrauterine wall on 2 cases.After operation,there were 13 pregnancies naturally conceived in 11 patients,10 deliveries.The live birth rate was 76.92%,the early miscarriage rate was 23.08%.The cesarean section ratewas 30%,the vaginal delivery ratewas 70%,and all were term births.Conclusion:The operation was simple,convenient,and fast,without any complications and cervical insufficiency.It was easy to have vaginal deliveries.Dong Huang Lingyan Zhang Jianmin Chen Songying Zhang 2019Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2019,2,2:0
17Effect of modified laparoscopic salpingectomy on ovarian reserve:Changes in the serum antimüllerian hormone levels显示文摘Objective:To retrospectively estimate the impact of modified laparoscopic salpingectomy on the ovarian reserve in infertile women.Methods:There were 74 infertile women undergone modified laparoscopic salpingectomy from June 2016 to January 2017,and their levels of serum antimüllerian hormone,basal follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol were reviewed retrospectively.Results:No significant change was detected in serum antimüllerian hormone at 3 months after surgery compared to preoperative level(p=0.857).Similar changes were observed for the basal follicle-stimulating hormone(p=0.102)and estradiol(p=0.233)level.Conclusions:Our results revealed that modified laparoscopic salpingectomy might be a valuable treatment for hydrosalpinx before in vitro fertilization.Dong Huang Yunshan Zhu Jianmin Chen Songying Zhang 2019Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2019,2,1:0
18Numerical Investigation of Lid-Driven Deep Cavity with Local Grid Refinement of MRT-LBM显示文摘In the case of lid-driven deep cavity flow, the effects of different resolutions of local grid refinement have been studied in the frame of multiple relaxation times (MRT) lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). In all the cases, the aspect ratio and Reynolds number are set as 1.5 and 3.200, respectively. First, the applied method is validated by comparing it with two reported works, with which agreements are reached. Then, six separate degrees of local grid refinement at the upper left corner, i.e. purely coarse grid, including 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 refinements of the lattice number in the width direction have been studied in detail. The results give the following indications:① The refinement degrees lower than 1/8 produce similar results;② For single corner refinement, 1/4 refinement is adequate for clearing the noises in the singularity zone to a large extent;③ New noise around the interface between coarse and fine zones are introduced by local grid refinement.
