| 1 | Effect of ZrO_2 Content on the Properties of Diamond Grinding Wheel Vitrified Bond显示文摘The effect of ZrO2 content on the performance of vitrified bond was discussed. The results showed that when the ZrO2 content was less than 2 mol%, Zr4+ could enter into the glassy network as mending nets and agglomeration composition. In this case, with the increasing of ZrO2, the vitrified bond's bending strength increased and the expansion coefficient decreased. It was also found that the wetting angle between the vitrified bond and diamond got small because Zr4+ was enriched on diamond surface. When ZrO2 content was more than 2 mol%, a part of ZrO2 existing in vitrified bond as ZrO2 particles played the role in nucleating agents and promoting the separation of spodumene. | 2 | Corrosion behavior of Al_(0.4)CoCu_(0.6)NiSi_(0.2)Ti_(0.25) high-entropy alloy coating via 3D printing laser cladding in a sulphur environment显示文摘High-entropy alloys(HEAs) are of great interest in materials science and engineering communities owing to their unique phase structure.HEAs are constructed with five or more principal alloying elements in equimolar or near-equimolar ratios.Therefore,they can derive their performance from multiple principal elements ratherthan a single element.In this work,three-dimensional printing laser cladding was applied to produce an Al_(0.4)CoCu_(0.6)NiSi_(0.2)Ti_(0.25) HEA coating.The experimental results confirmed that the laser cladding could be used to produce a thin coating of 120 μm in thickness.In the high-temperature laser cladding process,some Fe elements diffused from the substrate to the coating,forming a combination of face-centred cubic and body-centred cubic phase structures.The HEA coating metallurgically bonded well with the substrate.Owing to the increased dislocation density and number of grain boundaries,the HEA coating was harder and had a stronger hydrophobicity than X70 steel.The electrochemistry results showed that the HEA coating had better corrosion resistance than X70 steel.Aluminium oxides formed on the surface of the HEA coating had a certain protective effect.However,because of the laser cladding,the HEA coating generated cracks.In future work,the laser cladding technology will be improved and heat treatment will be implemented to prevent formation of cracks. | Hongxia Wan Dongdong Song Xiaolei Shi Yong Cai Tingting Li Changfeng Chen | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,1: | 6 |
| 3 | Control over π-π stacking of heteroheptacene-based nonfullerene acceptors for 16% efficiency polymer solar cells显示文摘Nonfullerene acceptors are being investigated for use in polymer solar cells(PSCs),with their advantages of extending the absorption range,reducing the energy loss and therefore enhancing the power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,to further boost the PCE,mobilities of these nonfullerene acceptors should be improved.For nonfullerene acceptors,the π-π stacking distance between cofacially stacked molecules significantly affects their mobility.Here;we demonstrate a strategy to increase the mobility of heteroheptacene-based nonfullerene acceptors by reducing their n'-7r stacking distances via control over the bulkiness of lateral side chains.Incorporation of 2-butyloctyl substituents into the nonfullerene acceptor(M36)leads to an increased mobility with a reduced π-π stacking distance of 3.45 A.Consequently,M36 affords an enhanced PCE of 16%,which is the highest among all acceptor-donor-acceptor-type nonfullerene acceptors to date.This strategy of control over the bulkiness of side chains on nonfullerene acceptors should aid the development of more efficient PSCs. | Yunlong Ma Dongdong Cai Shuo Wan Pan Yin Pengsong Wang Wenyuan Lin Qingdong Zheng | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,12: | 2 |
| 4 | Interfacial-Strain-Induced Structural and Polarization Evolutions in Epitaxial Multiferroic BiFeO_3(001) Thin Films显示文摘Varying the film thickness is a precise route to tune the interfacial strain to manipulate the properties of the multiferroic materials.Here,to explore the effects of the interfacial strain on the properties of the multiferroic BiFeO_3films,we investigated thickness-dependent structural and polarization evolutions of the BiFeO_3 films.The epitaxial growth with an atomic stacking sequence of BiO/TiO_2 at the interface was confirmed by scanning transmission electron microscopy.Combining X-ray diffraction experiments and first-principles calculations,a thickness-dependent structural evolution was observed from a fully strained tetragonality to a partially relaxed one without any structural phase transition or rotated twins.The tetragonality(c/a) of the BiFeO_3 films increases as the film thickness decreases,while the polarization is in contrast with this trend,and the size effect including the depolarization field plays a crucial role in this contradiction in thinner films.These findings offer an alternative strategy to manipulate structural and polarization properties by tuning the interfacial strain in epitaxial multiferroic thin films. | 郭海中 Ruiqiang Zhao Kui-juan Jin Lin Gu Dongdong Xiao Zhenzhong Yang Xiaolong Li Le Wang Xu He Junxing Gu Qian Wan Can Wang Huibin Lu Chen Ge Meng He Guozhen Yang | 2015 | 功能材料信息2015,12,3: | 1 |
| 5 | LSM14B coordinates protein component expression in the P-body and controls oocyte maturation显示文摘The generation of mature and healthy oocytes is the most critical event in the entire female reproductive process,and the mechanisms regulating this process remain to be studied.Here,we demonstrate that Smith-like(LSM)family member 14B(LSM14B)regulates oocyte maturation,and the loss of LSM14B in mouse ovaries leads to abnormal oocyte MII arrest and female infertility.Next,we find the aberrant transcriptional activation,indicated by abnormal non-surrounded nucleolus and surrounded nucleolus oocyte proportions,and abnormal chromosome assembly and segregation in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.The global transcriptome analysis suggests that many transcripts involved in cytoplasmic processing body(P-body)function are altered in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.Deletion of Lsm14b results in the expression and/or localization changes of P-body components(such as LSM14A,DCP1A,and 4E-T).Notably,DDX6,a key component of the P-body,is downregulated and accumulates in the nuclei in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.Taken together,our data suggest that LSM14B links mouse oocyte maturation to female fertility through the regulation of the P-body. | Huiru Zhang Tao Zhang Xiang Wan Chang Chen Shu Wang Dongdong Qin Lufan Li Luping Yu Xin Wu | 2024 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2024,51,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Numerical Investigation of Lid-Driven Deep Cavity with Local Grid Refinement of MRT-LBM显示文摘In the case of lid-driven deep cavity flow, the effects of different resolutions of local grid refinement have been studied in the frame of multiple relaxation times (MRT) lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). In all the cases, the aspect ratio and Reynolds number are set as 1.5 and 3.200, respectively. First, the applied method is validated by comparing it with two reported works, with which agreements are reached. Then, six separate degrees of local grid refinement at the upper left corner, i.e. purely coarse grid, including 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 refinements of the lattice number in the width direction have been studied in detail. The results give the following indications:① The refinement degrees lower than 1/8 produce similar results;② For single corner refinement, 1/4 refinement is adequate for clearing the noises in the singularity zone to a large extent;③ New noise around the interface between coarse and fine zones are introduced by local grid refinement.
