1Formation-containment control of multi-robot systems under a stochastic sampling mechanism显示文摘This paper studies the problem of formation-containment for multi-robot systems with stochastic sampling.First,a stochastic sampling control protocol is proposed,in which information exchanging among robots only occurred at the sampling time and two different sampling periods randomly switch.Thus,both energy and controller updating frequencies can be reduced.Also,the protocol can be applied to the situation where the sampling period varies stochastically.Second,sufficient conditions guaranteeing mean square formation-containment are derived.Under stochastic sampling mechanism,the leaders reach a geometric formation shape and the followers are in the geometric formation shape formed by the leaders.Finally,an example is shown to demonstrate the results.SU HouSheng ZHANG JinXin ZENG ZhiGang 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,6:3

16A human monoclonal antibody neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants bytargeting the upstream region of spikeprotein HR2 motif显示文摘The continuous emergence of new severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)variants meansthere is a need to explore additional strategies to develop broad-spectrum vaccines or therapeutics for individuals remaining at risk of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Neutralizing monoclonal antibody(mAb)that binds to theconserved S2 subunit of the SARS-CoV-2 spike(S)protein alone,or in combination with mAb that binds to the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of S protein,might be effective in eliciting protection from infection by a variety of SARS-CoV2 variants.Using high-throughput single-cell immunoglobulin sequencing of B cells from COVID-19-convalescent donors,we identified a high-affinity S2-specific mAb-39,that could inhibit original SARS-CoV-2 strain,Omicron BA.1,BA.2.86,BA.4,BA.5,and EG.5.1 S protein-mediated membrane fusion,leading to the neutralization of these pseudoviralinfections.Moreover,mAb-39 could also improve the neutralizing activity of anti-RBD antibody against the highlyneutralization-resistant Omicron variants.Molecular docking and point mutation analyses revealed that mAb-39 recognized epitopes within the conserved upstream region of the heptad repeat 2(HR2)motif of the S2 subunit.Collectively,these findings demonstrate that targeting the conserved upstream region of the HR2 motif(e.g.,using mAbs)provides anovel strategy for preventing the infection of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.Hang Su Jun Zhang Zhenfei Yi Sajid Khan Mian Peng Liang Ye Alan Bao Han Zhang Guangli Suo Qian Li Housheng Zheng Dandan Wu Thomas J.Kipps Lanfeng Wang Zhenghong Lin Suping Zhang 2024hLife2024,2,3:0
17ConvMS:Improving Convolutional Knowledge Graph Embeddings via Integrating Information of Multiple Subspaces显示文摘Knowledge graphs are involved in more and more applications to further improve intelligence.Owing to the inherent incompleteness of knowledge graphs resulted from data updating and missing,a number of knowledge graph completion models are proposed in succession.To obtain better performance,many methods are of high complexity,making it time-consuming for training and inference.This paper proposes a simple but e®ective model using only shallow neural networks,which combines enhanced feature interaction and multi-subspace information integration.In the enhanced feature interaction module,entity and relation embeddings are almost peer-to-peer interacted via multi-channel 2D convolution.In the multi-subspace information integration module,entity and relation embeddings are projected to multiple subspaces to extract multi-view information to further boost performance.Extensive experiments on widely used datasets show that the proposed model outperforms a series of strong baselines.And ablation studies demonstrate the e®ectiveness of each submodule in the model.Yanhong Li Housheng Su 2023Guidance, Navigation and Control2023,3,1:0

19Structure-free containment control for uncertain underactuated multiple Euler-Lagrange systems显示文摘This article studies the problem of structure-free distributed containment control for uncertain underactuated multiple Euler-Lagrange systems(MELSs)considering disturbances by using a layered approach.First,the second layer is the virtual layer constructed artificially for hierarchical control.We move all virtual nodes to the convex hull formed by leaders in the first layer by implementing containment control algorithms on all virtual nodes.Then,the third layer is the following layer,and we propose an adaptive robust tracking controller to ensure that each follower in the third layer tracks the corresponding virtual node in the second layer.So far,the underactuated MELSs can achieve containment control.Furthermore,through the theoretical derivation,sufficient conditions are obtained to achieve the objective of structure-free containment control.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed stratified structure-free containment control method is verified by a simulation example.Housheng SU Yali WU Liren ZHANG Xia CHEN 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,11:0
20Robust flocking for non-identical second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems显示文摘This paper investigates the robust flocking problem for second-order nonlinear systems with a leader and external disturbances.In contrast with most of second-order systems in the literature,the intrinsic dynamics here are nonlinear and non-identical that depend not only on the velocity but also on the position,which is more realistic.Moreover,the interaction topology is undirected and switching.Provided that the leader’s velocity may be constant or time-varying,two distributed flocking control laws have been proposed for two cases to make the differences of the velocities between all followers and the leader approach to zero asymptotically.The proposed distributed flocking control laws are both model-independent which results in the effectiveness of the controllers to cope with the different intrinsic dynamics of the followers and the leader under some assumptions on boundedness of several states.An example is given to illustrate the validity of the theoretical results.Xiuxian Li Housheng Su Li Li 2021Autonomous Intelligent Systems2021,1,1:0
