| 1 | Epidemiological and risk analysis of the H7N9 subtype influenza outbreak in China at its early stage显示文摘Dozens of human cases infected with H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV) have been confirmed in China since March, 2013. Distribution data of sexes, ages, professions and regions of the cases were analyzed in this report. The results showed that the elderly cases, especially the male elderly, were significantly more than expected, which is different from human cases of H5N1 avian influenza and human cases of the pandemic H1N1 influenza. The outbreak was rated as a Grade Ⅲ (severe) outbreak, and it would evolve into a Grade IV (very severe) outbreak soon, using a method reported previously. The H7N9 AIV will probably circulate in humans, birds and pigs for years. Moreover, with the driving force of natural selection, the virus will probably evolve into highly pathogenic AIV in birds, and into a deadly pandemic influenza virus in humans. Therefore, the H7N9 outbreak has been assumed severe, and it is likely to become very or extremely severe in the future, highlighting the emergent need of forceful scientific measures to eliminate any infected animal flocks. | 2 | Effect Comparison of different formulation of Dang-Gui-Bu-Xu-Tang on myelosuppression mouse显示文摘Objective:To compare effect of different formulation of Dang-Gui-Bu-Xu-Tang(DCBXT) on myelosuppression mouse.Methods:HPLC was used to measure active ingredients of two DGBXT formulations,Hemopoesic function of bone marrow was measured by hemopoietic progenitor cell culture and peipheral blood count.And hemopoietic factors in bone marrow were tested by ELISA.Results:The content level of astragaloside A in granule formulation was higher than that in decoction and the content ratio of active ingredient was close to 5:1.Two DGBXD formulations could significantly improve amount of peripheral blood cells,and bone marrow cells of bone marrow suppression mice(P<0.05).DGBXD granule formulation significantly increased the colony quantity of all progenitor cell lines and amount of G2/M and S phase cells(P<0.05). It also significantly decreased amount of G0/G1 phase cells in the bone marrow and was more effective(P<0.05).Conclusions:DGBXT decoction and the granule formulation all can improve the hematopoietic function of bone marrow suppression mouse.They can improve quantities of peripheral blood and nucleated bone marrow cells,and yield of the hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells in vitro colony;balance the expression of cytokine(EPO,TPO and GM-GSF) in bone marrow microenvirement.They can also facilitate hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells to enter the cell cycle.And the effect of granule formulation is more satisfactory. | Suchun Yan Yiqiang Xie Bide Zhu Yingguang Han Wei Guo | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,7: | 9 |

| 4 | Constructing zwitterionic nanofiber film for anti-adhesion of marine corrosive microorganisms显示文摘A zwitterionic nanofiber film was constructed through combining zwitterionic polymer with anodic aluminum oxide template for anti-adhering typical marine corrosive microorganisms,i.e.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Desulfovibrio vulgaris and Chaetoceros muelleri.Results showed that the fabricated zwitterionic polymers film has fibrous nanostructure with uniform distribution and super hydrophilia.This film has wide anti-adhering properties,and it can effectively reduce the attachment of these three microorganisms by more than 99%.Moreover,the adhesion of extracellular polymeric substances secreted from these three microorganisms are also inhibited,which is one reason for the fabricated nanofiber film with antiadhesion characteristic of microorganisms.This research provides valuable information for solving the problem of microbial adhesion on metal surfaces in the marine environment. | Jiashun Shi Suchun Wang Xin Cheng Shiqiang Chen Guangzhou Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11: | 1 |

| 9 | Analysis of coupling from core mode to counter-propagating radiation modes in tilted fiber Bragg gratings显示文摘Radiation-mode coupling is stronger and more efficient in tilted fiber Bragg gratings than in other fiber gratings; it has good advantage in such fields as optical communication and optical sensors. A simplified coupled-mode theory (CMT) approach is proposed for what we believe to be the first time, whose validity is demonstrated by comparing its simulation results with that of the complete CMT equations. With the simplified CMT approach, a theoretical spectral analysis of coupling from core mode to counter-propagating radiation modes in reflective tilted fiber Bragg gratings is presented. The influence of grating length, refractive index modulation amplitude and tilt angle is exhaustively investigated on the transmission spectrum characteristics.
