| 1 | A Novel Simple Visual Tracking Algorithm Based on Hashing and Deep Learning显示文摘Deep network has been proven efficient and robust to capture object features in some conditions.It still remains in the stage of classifying or detecting objects.In the field of visual tracking,deep network has not been applied widely.One of the reasons is that its time consuming made the strong method could not meet the speed need of visual tracking.A novel simple tracker is proposed to complete tracking task.A simple six-layer feed-forward backpropagation neural network is applied to capture object features.Nevertheless,this representation is not robust enough when illumination changes or drastic scale changes in dynamic condition.To improve the performance and not to increase much time spent,image perceptual hashing method is employed,which extracts low frequency information of object as its fingerprint to recognize the object from its structure.64-bit characters are calculated by it,and they are utilized to be the bias terms of the neutral network.This leads more significant improvement for performance of extracting sufficient object features.Then we take particle filter to complete the tracking process with the proposed representation.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust compared with the state-of-the-art tracking methods. | ZHU Suguo DU Junping REN Nan | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,5: | 14 |
| 2 | Experiments on mechanical properties of salt rocks under cyclic loading显示文摘The primary purpose of underground gas storages is to provide gas for seasonal consumptions or strategic reserve.The periodical operations of gas injection and extraction lead to cyclic loading on the walls and surrounding rocks of gas storages.To investigate the mechanical behaviors of different host rocks in bedded salt deposit,laboratory experiments were conducted on the samples of rock salt,thenardite,glauberite and gypsum.The mechanical properties of rock samples under monotonic and cyclic loadings were studied.Testing results show that,under monotonic loading,the uniaxial compressive stress(UCS) of glauberite is the largest(17.3 MPa),while that of rock salt is the smallest(14.0 MPa).The UCSs of thenardite and gypsum are 16.3 and 14.6 MPa,respectively.The maximum strain at the peak strength of rock salt(halite) is much greater than those of the other three rocks.The elastic moduli of halite,thenardite,glauberite and gypsum are 3.0,4.2,5.1 and 6.8 GPa,respectively.Under cyclic loading,the peak strengths of the rock specimens are deteriorated except for rock salt.The peak strengths of thenardite,glauberite and gypsum decrease by 33.7%,19.1% and 35.5%,respectively;and the strains of the three rocks at the peak strengths are almost the same.However,the strain of rock salt at the peak strength increases by 1.98%,twice more than that under monotonic loading.Under monotonic loading,deformation of the tested rock salt,thenardite and glauberite shows in an elastoplastic style.However,it changes to a ductile style under cyclic loading.Brittle deformation and failure are only observed for gypsum.The results should be helpful for engineering design and operation of gas storage in bedded salt deposit. | Weiguo Liang Chuanda Zhang Hongbo Gao Xiaoqin Yang Suguo Xu Yangsheng Zhao | 2012 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2012,4,1: | 8 |
| 3 | Numerical Calculation of Thermal Effect on Cavitation in Cryogenic Fluids显示文摘A key design issue related to the turbopump of the rocket engine is that cavitation occurs in cryogenic fluids when the fluid pressure is lower than the vapor pressure at a local thermodynamic state. Cavitation in cryogenic fluids generates substantial thermal effects and strong variations in fluid properties, which in turn alter the cavity characteristics. To date, fewer investigate the thermal effect on cavitation in cryogenic fluids clearly by the numerical methods due to the difficulty of the heat transfer in the phase change process. In order to study the thermal effect on cavitation in cryogenic fluid, computations are conducted around a 2D quarter caliber hydrofoil in liquid nitrogen and hydrogen respectively by implementing modified Merkle cavitation model, which accounts for the energy balance and variable thermodynamic properties of the fluid. The numerical results show that with the thermal effect, the vapour content in constant location decreases, the cavity becomes more porous and the interface becomes less distinct which shows increased spreading while getting shorter in length. In the cavity region, the temperature around the cavity depresses due to absorb the evaporation latent heat and the saturation pressure drops. When the vapour volume fraction is higher, the temperature depression and pressure depression becomes larger. It is also observed that a slight temperature rise is found above the reference fluid temperature at the cavity rear end attributed to the release of latent heat during the condensation process. When the fluid is operating close to its critical temperature, thermal effects on cavitation are more obviously in both the liquid nitrogen and hydrogen. The thermal effect on cavitation in liquid hydrogen is more distinctly compared with that in liquid nitrogen due to the density ratio, vapour pressure and other variable properties of the fluid. | 8 | Fake Reviews Tell No Tales? Dissecting Click Farming in Content-Generated Social Networks显示文摘Recently, there has been a radial shift from traditional online social networks to content-generated social networks(CGSNs). Contemporary CGSNs, such as Dianping and Trip Advisor, are often the targets of click farming in which fake reviews are posted in order to boost or diminish the ratings of listed products and services simply through clicking. Click farming often emanates from a collection of multiple fake or compromised accounts, which we call click farmers. In this paper, we conduct a three-phase methodology to detect click farming. We begin by clustering communities based on newly-defined collusion networks. We then apply the Louvain community detection method to detecting communities. We finally perform a binary classification on detected-communities. | 16 | Adaptive multiple video sensors fusion based on decentralized Kalman filter and sensor confidence显示文摘The fusion of multiple video sensors provides an effective way to improve the robustness and accuracy of video surveillance systems. In this paper, an adaptive fusion method based on a decentralized Kalman filter(DKF) and sensor confidence is presented for the fusion of multiple video sensors. The adaptive scheme is one of the approaches used for preventing the divergence problem of the filter when statistical values of the measurement noises of the system models are not available. By introducing the sensor confidence, we can adaptively adjust the measurement noise covariance matrix of the local DKFs and thus, determine the weight of each sensor more correctly in the fusion procedure. Also, the DKF applied here can make full use of redundant tracking data from multiple video sensors and give more accurate fusion results in an efficient manner. Finally,the fusion result with improved accuracy is obtained. | 17 | Correlation of cognitive function with acetylcholinesterase activity and P300 event-related potential of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus显示文摘BACKGROUND: At present, central cholinergic neuron system is regarded the most major structural basis of cognitive function. Changes in structure of cholinergic neuron system of brain and receptor expression after brain injury can cause cognitive impairment. OBJECTIVE: To comparatively observe the intelligence quotient (IQ), latent period and wave amplitude of P300 event-related potential and the difference of activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in blood and cerebrospinal fluid between patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and with non-diabetes mellitus, and analyze the correlation of IQ of cognitive impairment patients with diabetes mellitus with AChE activity, latent period and wave amplitude of P300 event-related potential in cerebrospinal fluid. DESIGN: Correlation analysis of contrast observation. SETTING: Department of Endocrinology, Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received the treatment in the Department of Endocrinology, Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College between April 2004 and April 2005 were recruited, serving as diabetes mellitus group. They, including 19 male and 13 female, aged 49 to 73 years, with disease course of 4 to 11 years, all met the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus revised by World Health Organization in 1999. Another 30 patients with non-diabetes mellitus who homeochronously underwent lumbar anesthesia in the Department of Surgery and Department of Gynecology were recruited, serving as non-diabetes mellitus group. The 30 patients included 18 male and 12 female, and their age ranged from 46 to 71 years. Informed consents of detected items were obtained from the involved patients. METHODS: ① Evaluation on IQ: The IQ of involved subjects was evaluated with Chinese Version of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale revised by Gong Yao-xian (WAIS-RC). WAIS-RC included 6 verbal subscales and 5 performance subscales. The test scores of the 11 subscales integrated into the scores of the whole scale, and the scores on the WAIS-RC included verbal IQ (VIQ), performance IQ (PIQ) and full scale IQ (FIQ). FIQ ≤79 scores indicated low IQ and FIQ≤69 indicated intelligence impairment. ② Detection of P300 wave: P300 wave was detected with evoked potential instrument (MYTOPRO, Italian), and data of latent period and amplitude of P300 event-related potential were automatically shown by computer. ③ Detection of AChE activity in blood and cerebrospinal fluid: Activity of AChE of blood and cerebrospinal fluid was measured with biochemical methods by using CORNING-560 autoanalyzer. ④Correlation analysis: Correlation of FIQ with AChE of cerebrospinal fluid and P300 wave of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed. t test was used in intergroup comparison and linear correlation analysis for relevant treatment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Comparison of IQ, latent period and wave amplitude of P300 wave as well as the activity of AChE between two groups. ② Analysis on the correlation of FIQ of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with AChE of cerebrospinal fluid and P300 wave. RESULTS: Thirty-two patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 non-diabetes mellitus participated in the result analysis. ① Comparison of IQ, latent period and wave amplitude of P300 wave as well as the activity of AChE between two groups: The scores of VIP, PIQ and FIQ of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were (97.4±10.4),(92.6±8.4) and (95.2±9.7) scores, respectively; and those of patients with non-diabetes mellitus were (104.7±9.6),(102.5±8.5)and(102.7±8.9) scores, respectively, and P < 0.05-0.01 was set in intergroup comparison. The latent period of P300 wave at points Fz , Cz and Pz of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was (370.8±41.8),(371.5±39.1)and (375.1±43.1) ms, respectively, and that of patients with non-diabetes mellitus was (332.1±28.3),(335.7±29.4)and(339.7±27.3) ms, respectively, and P < 0.01 was set in intergroup comparison; Wave amplitude of P300 of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was (8.6±4.1),(8.6±4.0) and(7.7±4.0) μV, respectively and that of patients with non-diabetes mellitus was (11.9±4.1),(11.5±4.4) and (10.9±5.0) μV, respectively , and P < 0.05-0.01 was set in intergroup comparison; The level of AChE in blood and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was (235.61±50.34)and (17.89±4.46) μkat/L, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of patients with non-diabetes mellitus [(205.03±44.15)and (14.63±0.48) μkat /L, respectively], and P < 0.05-0.01 was set in the intergroup comparison. ② Correlation of FIQ value of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with AChE of cerebrospinal fluid and P300 wave: The value of FIQ was significantly negatively correlated with the AChE activity of cerebrospinal fluid (r=-0.588 1, P < 0.01), significantly negatively correlated with the latent period at points Fz, C and Pz of P300 wave (r= -0.700 5, -0.689 4, -0.688 5, P < 0.01), and significantly positively correlated with the amplitude at points Fz , Cz and Pz of P300 wave(r= 0.607 4,0.616 1,0.592 0,P < 0.01).
