1Multi-Stage Hydrocarbon Accumulation and Formation Pressure Evolution in Sinian Dengying FormationCambrian Longwangmiao Formation, Gaoshiti-Moxi Structure, Sichuan Basin显示文摘Sichuan Basin is a typical superimposed basin, which experienced multi-phase tectonic movements, meanwhile Sinian–Cambrian underwent complex hydrocarbon accumulation processes, causing exploration difficulties in the past 60 years. Based on the microscopic evidence of fluid inclusions, combined with basin-modelling, this paper determines stages and time of hydrocarbon accumulation, reconstructs evolution of formation pressure and dynamic processes of hydrocarbon accumulation in Sinian Dengying Formation-Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation of Gaoshiti-Moxi structure. Three stages of inclusions are detected, including a stage of yellow-yellowgreen fluorescent oil inclusions, a stage of blue fluorescent oil-gas inclusions and a stage of non-fluorescent gas inclusions, reflecting the study area has experienced a series of complex hydrocarbon accumulation processes, such as formation of paleo-oil reservoirs, cracking of crude oil, formation of paleo-gas reservoirs and adjustment to present gas reservoirs, which occurred during 219–188, 192–146 and 168–0 Ma respectively. During the period of crude oil cracking, Dengying Formation-Longwangmiao Formation showed weak overpressure to overpressure characteristics, then after adjustment of paleo-gas reservoirs to present gas reservoirs, the pressure in Dengying Formation changed into overpressure but finally reduced to normal pressure system. 2Investigation of tribological characteristics of nickel alloybased solid-lubricating composites at elevated temperatures under vacuum显示文摘The development of a high‐performance solid‐lubricating composite with excellent self‐lubricity over a broad temperature range in vacuum is significant to solve the frictional problems of spatial mechanisms.In this study,the vacuum tribological behaviors of nickel‐matrix/Ag/(Ca,Ba)F2/graphite(0–2 wt%)composites were studied from 25 to 800°C.The results show that the synergistic effects of solid lubricants can significantly improve the tribological properties of the composites in vacuum,with the graphite content contributing considerably.For 2 wt%graphite,a low friction coefficient(0.14–0.25)and the lowest wear rate((0.12–4.78)×10^(-5) mm^(3)∙N^(-1)∙m^(-1))were observed in vacuum over the entire testing temperature range.Moreover,the wear mechanisms were clarified via analysis of the chemical composition and morphologies of the sliding surfaces.Jinming ZHEN Jun CHENG Hui TAN Qichun SUN Shengyu ZHU Jun YANG Weimin LIU 2021Friction2021,9,5:2
3Advances of nanoparticles as drug delivery systems for disease diagnosis and treatment显示文摘Decades have passed since the first nanoparticles-base medicine was approved for human cancer treatment, and the research and development of nanoparticles for drug delivery are always undergoing.Nowadays, the significant advances complicate nanoparticles’ branches, including liposomes, solid lipid nanoparticles, inorganic nanoparticles, micelles, nanovaccines and nano-antibodies, etc. These nanoparticles show numerous capabilities in treatment and diagnosis of stubborn diseases like cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, emerging as novel drug carriers or therapeutic agents in future. In this review, the complicated branches of nanoparticles are classified and summarized, with their property and functions concluded. Besides, there are also some delivery strategies that make nanoparticles smarter and more efficient in drug delivery, and frontiers in these strategies are also summarized in this review. 4The bacterial diversity and community composition altered in the oxygen minimum zone of the Tropical Western Pacific Ocean显示文摘The oxygen minimum zones(OMZs)are globally expanding,yet the variation pattern of microbial communities related to dissolved oxygen levels remain unclear.Spatial variability of bacterial diversity and community composition(repre sented by 16 S rRNA)of six stations was investigated within the water column in the seamount area of Tropical Western Pacific Ocean(TWPO)in May 2019.The seawater has dissolved oxygen(DO)concentration of 3.01-6.68 mg/L and the core of the oxygen minimum zones was located between the depths of 650 m and 1750 m.The bacterial alpha-diversity showed unimodal pattern with the decreasing DO with depths and peaked in the upper oxycline(UO)of OMZs.The bacterial community structure of the mixed layer(ML)and the bottom layer clustered and separated from each other,while those of UO and the OMZ core(OM)clustered and overlapped.Overall,bacterial community composition transitioned from being Alphaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria-dominant in ML to being Gammaproteobacteria and Nitrososphaeria/Deltaproteobacteria-dominant in UO and OM,and then changed to being Clostridia and unidentified Actinobacteria-dominant in the bottom layer.Moreover,both bacterial alpha-diversity and the abundant classes fitted varying sectioned functions with DO.The DO solely explained 40.37%of the variation of bacterial community composition among layers(P<0.001).The predicted function profiling showed that the water column was predominant by chemoheterotrophy,cyanobacteria,and photoautotrophy in ML,by chemoheterotrophy and nitrate/sulfide cycling in UO and OM,and by chemoheterotrophy and ferme ntation in the bottom layer.Our findings revealed the DO-associated variation in bacterial diversity and community composition,and help to clarify the potential responses of microbes and their involved biogeochemical processes to the expansion and intensification of OMZs.Qiqi SUN Jinming SONG Xuegang LI Huamao YUAN Qidong WANG 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,5:1
5DNA methylation and alternative splicing modulate FBXW11 gene expression in Holstein bull testis and are correlated with sperm quality显示文摘F-box and WD-40 domain protein 11(FBXW11)is an important component of the E3 ubiquitin-ligase enzyme that plays a key role in the ubiquitin-dependent regulation of spermatogenesis.In our previous research,the mRNA expression of FBXW11 in bull sperm with high motility is significantly higher than that with low motility.In the present study,the protein expression levels of FBXW11 in bull testicular tissues with low-performance sperm quality groups were significantly higher than those in normal performance groups.The immunohistochemistry result demonstrated that FBXW11 protein was located in the periphery of Leydig cells and seminiferous tubules.Three splice variants of the FBXW11 gene,namely,FBXW11-tv1,FBXW11-tv2,and FBXW11-tv3,were identified in testicular tissues.The splicing patterns of the three variants are exon skipping.The transcript FBXW11-tv2 expressions were the highest in each sample.The low-performance groups displayed higher FBXW11-tv1 and FBXW11-tv2 transcript expressions than the normal performance groups.Two CpG islands were located within the 5’UTR and exon 1-2 region of the FBXW11 gene.Bisulfite sequencing PCR results demonstrated that the methylation levels of 11 methylation sites in the CpG island 2 from−99 to−43 in the normal performance groups were significantly lower than those in the low-performance groups.Pearson correlation analysis suggested that the CpG island 2 methylation level was negatively correlated with sperm motility and the transcript FBXW11-tv2 expression level.Our data revealed that alternative splicing and DNA methylation jointly regulated FBXW11 gene expression and were correlated with sperm quality traits during spermatogenesis in Holsteins.YONG LIU ZHIHUA JU QIANG JIANG WENHAO LIU CHUNHONG YANG YARAN ZHANG XIUGE WANG YAPING GAO XIAOCHAO WEI YAN SUN JINPENG WANG MINGHAI HOU LING YANG JINMING HUANG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,1:1
6Effect of Low Temperature on Germination Characteristics of Rice Cultivars显示文摘The effects of low temperature on germination characteristics of rice seeds were studied,using three rice varieties as materials.The results showed that the germination rate,germination energy,germination index,vigor index,shoot length and root length all reduced with the decrease of temperature.When the treatment temperature was 10 ℃,whether or not cold-resistant varieties,the values of all parameters showed an extremely significant difference from the control's.When the stress temperature was 15 ℃,compared with the normal condition,the parameter values of the non-tolerant variety( Changbai 9) had an extremely significant difference and the germination rate,germination potential,seedling length and root length of two cold-tolerance varieties( Jisheng 202 and Tongjing 9) had little difference from the control.Therefore,the above four indicators at 15 ℃ can be considered as the evaluation indices of cold tolerance at early stage.Yadong ZHAO Dianfa ZHOU Xiuyun LIN Qiang SUN Pengzhi Li Ding Zaisong Jinming WANG 2018Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,6:1
7A novel TIR-NBS-LRR gene regulates immune response to Phytophthora root rot in soybean显示文摘Phytophthora root rot(PRR),caused by Phytophthora sojae,is a devastating disease of soybean.The NBSLRR gene family is a class of plant genes involved in disease resistance.miRNA mediates plant response to biotic stresses by regulating the expression of target genes at the transcriptional or post-translational level.Glyma.16G135500,encoding an NBS-LRR-type protein,is a target of gma-miR1510 that responds to pathogen infections.We cloned and overexpressed Glyma.16G135500(naming it GmTNL16)and knocked down mi R1510 using short tandem target mimic technology to identify the roles of the GmTNL16/gma-mi R1510 pair in the interaction of soybean and the oomycete.By overexpressing GmTNL16 in transgenic hairy roots of soybean,we showed that biomass of P.sojae was lower in overexpressing hairy roots than in control roots.Thus,miR1510 expression was reduced upon P.sojae infection,reflecting the induced expression of GmTNL16 conferring resistance to P.sojae in soybean.Differentially expressed genes were enriched in plant-pathogen interaction,plant hormone signal transduction,and secondary metabolism by RNA sequencing analyze.In particular,jasmonate and salicylic acid pathway-associated genes,including JAZ,COI1,TGA,and PR,responded to P.sojae infection.All of these results indicate that the GmTNL16/gma-miR1510 pair participates in soybean defense response via the JA and SA pathways.Li Zhou Sushuang Deng Huidong Xuan Xingxing Fan Ruidong Sun Jinming Zhao Haitang Wang Na Guo Han Xing 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,6:1
8The influence of macronitrogen (NO_3^- and NH_4^+) addition with U lva pertusa on dissolved inorganic carbon system显示文摘The influence of macronitrogen (NO - 3 and NH + 4 ) addition with Ulva pertusa on dissolved inorganic carbon system in seawater was studied. The results indicate that p(CO 2 ) and HCO 3 concentration decrease significantly, while pH and CO 2- 3 concentration increase significantly. When the concentration of NO 3 was less than 71 μmol/dm 3 or NH + 4 was less than 49.7 μmol/dm 3 , dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) absorption rates by Ulva pertusa generally increased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration. The DIC decreased 151 μmol/dm 3 with the addition of 71 μmol/dm 3 NO 3 and decreased 232 μmol/dm 3 with the addition of 49.7 μmol/dm 3 NH + 4 after the experiment compared with DIC measured without nitrogen addition. A significant negative-correlation was found between c(DIC) and growth rate (μ) of Ulva pertusa (r = -0.91, P <0.000 1, n=11). 15SNES: Social-Network-Oriented Public Opinion Monitoring Platform Based on ElasticSearch显示文摘With the rapid development of social network,public opinion monitoring based on social networks is becoming more and more important.Many platforms have achieved some success in public opinion monitoring.However,these platforms cannot perform well in scalability,fault tolerance,and real-time performance.In this paper,we propose a novel social-network-oriented public opinion monitoring platform based on ElasticSearch(SNES).Firstly,SNES integrates the module of distributed crawler cluster,which provides real-time social media data access.Secondly,SNES integrates ElasticSearch which can store and retrieve massive unstructured data in near real time.Finally,we design subscription module based on Apache Kafka to connect the modules of the platform together in the form of message push and consumption,improving message throughput and the ability of dynamic horizontal scaling.A great number of empirical experiments prove that the platform can adapt well to the social network with highly real-time data and has good performance in public opinion monitoring.Chuiju You Dongjie Zhu Yundong Sun Anshan Ye Gangshan Wu Ning Cao Jinming Qiu Helen Min Zhou 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,9:1

17Computer Simulation on Temperature Rise in Process of Wire Drawing显示文摘In high speed wire drawing, the temperature rise is produced by the generation heat from plastic deformation of metal material and friction between wire and tool, which greatly influences the lubrication situation and mechanical properties. During high drawing, the phenomenon that wire is embrittled and die is stuck can be formed by the notable temperature rise. In this paper, based on theory of plastic deformation work , considering friction heat generation and variable physical coefficients, the mathematical model of temperature rise of high speed drawing is established and the computer program to analogy the whole process of drawing is compiled. Also the process of wire drawing on a few of alloys are calculated theoretically. 18Single-cell RNA-sequencing reveals radiochemotherapy-induced innate immune activation and MHC-II upregulation in cervical cancer显示文摘Radiochemotherapy(RCT)is a powerful treatment for cervical cancer,which affects not only malignant cells but also the immune and stromal compartments of the tumor.Understanding the remodeling of the local ecosystem induced by RCT would provide valuable insights into improving treatment strategies for cervical cancer.In this study,we applied single-cell RNA-sequencing to paired pre-and post-RCT tumor biopsies from patients with cervical cancer and adjacent normal cervical tissues.We found that the residual population of epithelial cells post-RCT showed upregulated expression of MHC class II genes.Moreover,RCT led to the accumulation of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells with increased pro-inflammatory features and CD16+NK cells with a higher cytotoxic gene expression signature.However,subclusters of T cells showed no significant increase in the expression of cytotoxic features post-RCT.These results reveal the complex responses of the tumor ecosystem to RCT,providing evidence of activation of innate immunity and MHC-II upregulation in cervical cancer.Chao Liu Xiaohui Li Qingyu Huang Min Zhang Tianyu Lei Fuhao Wang Wenxue Zou Rui Huang Xiaoyu Hu Cong Wang Xiaoling Zhang Bing Sun Ligang Xing Jinbo Yue Jinming Yu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:0
19Energy band engineering via“Bite”defect located on N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons显示文摘Graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)not only share many superlative properties of graphene but also display an exceptional degree of tunability of their electronic properties.The bandgaps of GNRs depend greatly on their widths,edges,etc.Herein,we report the synthesis path and the physical properties of atomic accuracy staggered narrow N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons(sn-8AGNR)with alternating'Bite'defects on the opposite side.The intermediate structures in the surface physicochemical reactions from the precursors to the sn-8AGNR are characterized by scanning tunneling microscopy.The electronic properties of the sn-8AGNR are characterized by scanning tunneling spectroscopies and 6//6V mappings.Compared with the perfect N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons(8AGNR),the sn-8AGNR has a larger bandgap,indicating that the liB\Xen edges can effectively regulate the electronic structures of GNRs.Shijie Sun Yurou Guan Zhenliang Hao Zilin Ruan Hui Zhang Jianchen Lu Lei Gao Xiaoqing Zuo Jinming Cai 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
20Evaluation of global navigation satellite system spoofing efficacy显示文摘The spoofing capability of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)represents an important confrontational capability for navigation security,and the success of planned missions may depend on the effective evaluation of spoofing capability.However,current evaluation systems face challenges arising from the irrationality of previous weighting methods,inapplicability of the conventional multi-attribute decision-making method and uncertainty existing in evaluation.To solve these difficulties,considering the validity of the obtained results,an evaluation method based on the game aggregated weight model and a joint approach involving the grey relational analysis and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(GRA-TOPSIS)are firstly proposed to determine the optimal scheme.Static and dynamic evaluation results under different schemes are then obtained via a fuzzy comprehensive assessment and an improved dynamic game method,to prioritize the deceptive efficacy of the equipment accurately and make pointed improvement for its core performance.The use of judging indicators,including Spearman rank correlation coefficient and so on,combined with obtained evaluation results,demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method and the optimal scheme by the horizontal comparison of different methods and vertical comparison of evaluation results.Finally,the results of field measurements and simulation tests show that the proposed method can better overcome the difficulties of existing methods and realize the effective evaluation.WANG Yue SUN Fuping HAO Jinming ZHANG Lundong WANG Xian 2022Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2022,33,6:0
