11994年中国糖尿病患病率及其危险因素显示文摘为调查全国糖尿病及糖耐量低减(IGT)的患病率及糖尿病危险因素,对全国19省市年龄≥25岁的224251人群进行横向普查,根据1985年WHO标准,年龄在25~64岁的213515人群中,糖尿病患病率为2.51%,糖耐量低减患病率为3.20%(按1990年全国人口年龄标化后患病率);新诊断糖尿病的比例(70.33%)明显高于已确诊的糖尿病者。现患病率是10年前的3.0倍左右,其中农村患病率的增长高于城市。经多因素logistic逐步回归分析显示,年龄、体重指数或腰臀围比、糖尿病家族史、高血压、低体力活动、高收入为非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)的独立危险因素,而且在高收入人群中,低文化程度也为NIDDM的独立危险因素。Pan Xiaoren *, Yang Wenying, Liu Juan, et al. *Department of Endocrinology, China Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing 100029 1997中华内科杂志1997,36,6:415

3A Review on Casting Magnesium Alloys: Modification of Commercial Alloys and Development of New Alloys显示文摘The research and development status of casting magnesium alloys including the commercial casting alloys and the new types casting alloys are reviewed,with more attention to microstructure and mechanical properties of modified-AZ91,AM60 and WE43 alloys with various additions,and new types of low cost casting alloys and high strength casting alloys.The modification and/or refinement of Mg2 Si phase in Mg–Al–Si based casting alloys by various additions are discussed and new purifying technologies for casting magnesium alloys are introduced to improve the performance.The modified AZ81 alloy with reduced impurities is found to have the tensile strength of 280 ± 6 MPa and elongation of 16% ± 0.7%.The fatigue strength of AZ91 D alloy could be obviously improved by addition of Ce and Nd.The Mg–16Gd–2Ag–0.3Zr alloy exhibits very high tensile and yield strengths(UTS:423 MPa and YS:328 MPa);however,its elongation still needs to be improved.Fusheng Pan Mingbo Yang Xianhua Chen 2016Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,12:78
42018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 5Overview of advancement and development trend on magnesium alloy显示文摘Magnesium alloys are characterized by their low density(approximately 1.8g/cm3 for magnesium alloys),high strength,large modulus of elasticity,good heat dissipation,good shock absorption,greater ability to withstand impact load than aluminum alloys,good corrosion resistance to organic matter and alkalinity.According to the statistical analysis of literature data collected by Web of Science Core Collection,it can be found that the growth rate of publications on magnesium alloy during 2008-2018 is significantly higher than the overall growth rate of alloy research papers.In the past 11 years,the Web of Science Core Collection has collected 21,440 papers on magnesium alloys,averaging nearly 2000 papers annually,of which 2768 papers were collected in 2018,an increase of 206%over 2008,accounting for more than one fifth o f the total literature on alloy research.Magnesium alloys have become an important lightweight metallic structural material and have been widely studied worldwide.As the only journal focusing on magnesium alloy research which devoted to the coverage and dissemination of global research on magnesium alloys.This article statistically analyzes all the academic articles published by Journal of Magnesium and Alloys(JMA)from 2013 to 2018 and compares them with all the articles containing magnesium alloy in their titles on the Web of Science during this period.The development trends of magnesium alloys are summarized based on these articles,and the influence and academic value of the articles published by JMA are summarized as well.This paper hopes to better realize the value of JMA,help better spread the academic research of magnesium alloys,and promote the development of global magnesium alloy research.©2019 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Chongqing University.Tiancai Xu Yan Yang Xiaodong Peng Jiangfeng Song Fusheng Pan 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:56

7Research advances in magnesium and magnesium alloys worldwide in 2020显示文摘Research on magnesium alloys continues to attract great attention,with more than 3000 papers on magnesium and magnesium alloys published and indexed in SCI in 2020 alone.The results of bibliometric analyses show that microstructure control and mechanical properties of Mg alloys are continuously the main research focus,and the corrosion and protection of Mg alloys are still widely concerned.The emerging research hot spots are mainly on functional magnesium materials,such as Mg ion batteries,hydrogen storage Mg materials,and bio-magnesium alloys.Great contributions to the research and development of magnesium alloys in 2020 have been made by Chongqing University,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Central South University,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Northeastern University,Helmholtz Zentrum Geesthacht,etc.The directions for future research are suggested,including:1)the synergistic control of microstructures to achieve high-performance magnesium alloys with concurrent high strength and superior plasticity along with high corrosion resistance and low cost;2)further development of functional magnesium materials such as Mg batteries,hydrogen storage Mg materials,structural-functional materials and bio-magnesium materials;3)studies on the effective corrosion protection and control of degradation rate of magnesium alloys;4)further improvement of advanced processing technology on Mg alloys.Yan Yang Xiaoming Xiong Jing Chen Xiaodong Peng Daolun Chen Fusheng Pan 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,3:52
8Plasma exchange-centered artificial liver support system in hepatitis B virus-related acute-onchronic liver failure:a nationwide prospective multicenter study in China显示文摘BACKGROUND:Plasma exchange(PE)-centered artificial liver support system reduced the high mortality rate of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF).But the data were diverse in different medical centers.The present prospective nationwide study was to evaluate the effects of PE on patients with HBV-ACLF at different stages.METHODS:From December 2009 to December 2011,we evaluated 250 patients at different stages of HBV-ACLF from 10 major medical centers in China.All the laboratory parameters were collected at admission,before and after PE.RESULTS:Among the 250 patients who underwent 661 rounds of PE,one-month survival rate was 61.6%; 141(56.4%) showed improvement after PE.Variables such as age(P=0.000),levels of total bilirubin(TB,P=0.000),direct bilirubin(P=0.000),total triglycerides(P=0.000),low-density lipoprotein(P=0.022),Na+(P=0.014),Cl–(P=0.038),creatinine(Cr,P=0.007),fibrinogen(P=0.000),prothrombin time(PT,P=0.000),white blood cell(P=0.000),platelet(P=0.003) and MELD(P=0.000) were significantly related to prognosis.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,disease stage,TB,Cr and PT levels were independent risk factors of mortality among HBV-ACLF patients.CONCLUSIONS:PE can improve the clinical outcome of patients with HBV-ACLF.Levels of TB,Cr and PT,age and disease stage help to predict prognosis.Jia-Jia Chen Jian-Rong Huang Qian Yang Xiao-Wei Xu Xiao-Li Liu Shao-Rui Hao Hui-Fen Wang Tao Han Jing Zhang Jian-He Gan Zhi-Liang Gao Yu-Ming Wang Shu-Mei Lin Qing Xie Chen Pan Lan-Juan Li 2016Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2016,15,3:48

12Effect of NF-κB and p38 MAPK in activated monocytes/macrophages on pro-inflammatory cytokines of rats with acute pancreatitis显示文摘AIM: Proinfiammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 play a main role in acute pancreatitis (AP). Cytokine biosynthesis runs through two major signaling pathways at the level of proteins: nuclear transcription factor-κB (NF-κB) and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK). The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of NF-κB and p38 MAPK in activated monocytes/macrophages on cytokines of rats with acute pancreastitis.METHODS: Taurocholate (3 % and 5 %) at doses of 1 mL/kg was administered into the biliopancreatic duct of male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats to reduce acute edematous pancreariris (AEP) and acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP).Pancreatic tissues were prepared immediately after death.At this point, blood was obtained for determination of serum amylase and pro-inflammatory TNF-α and IL-6. Activated monocytes/macrophages were captured from blood and so were ascites. NF-κB and p38 MAPK in activated monocytes/macrophages were measured by immunohistochemistry method. Pancreatic tissue samples were prepared for routine light microscopy, using hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining.RESULTS: The serum levels of amylase were 3 056.00±1 232.35 IU/L and 4 865.12±890.34 IU/L at 3 and 6 hours in ANP group, which were significantly higher than those (3 056.00±1 232.35 TU/L and 3 187.17±821.16 IU/L) (P<0.05,respectively) in AEP group. In ascites the levels were 3.32±1.01 g and 3.76±1.12 g at 3 and 6 hours in ANP group,which were significantly higher than those (1.43±1.02 g and 2.56±1.21 g) (P<0.05, respectively) in AEP group. The serum levels of TNF-α were 54.27±23.48 pg/ml and 67.83±22.02 pg/ml in AEP group and 64.28±20.79 pg/ml and 106.59±43.71 pg/ml in ANP group, and the serum levels of IL-6 were 428.12±140.30 pg/ml and 420.13±139.40 pg/ml in AEP group and 1 600.32±309.78 pg/ml and 2 203.76±640.85 pg/ml in ANP group, which were far significantly higher than those in sham group (P<0.001, respectively). The serum level of TNF-α 6 hours after establishment of the studied model and that of IL-6 at 3 and 6 hours in ANP group were significantly higher than those in AEP (P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.05). In ANP group, the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 6 hours after establishment of the studied model were significantly higher than those 3 hours after establishment of studied model (P<0.05, P<0.05, respectively). Three and 6 hours after establishment of the model, typical pathological changes of AEP and ANP were found, such as large numbers of inflammatory cells, edema, hemorrhage, necrosis, large amount of ascites. In AEP, NF-κB and p38 MAPK in activated monocytes/macrophages were moderately found at 3 and 6 hours after introduction of the model. 15China National Medical Products Administration approval summary:anlotinib for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer after two lines of chemotherapy显示文摘Background:On May 8,2018,the China National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)approved anlotinib,an orally administered anti-angiogenesis inhibitor,for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung can-cer(NSCLC)who have progressed after treatment with two or more lines of prior systemic chemotherapy.Main body of the abstract:China NMPA reviewed and inspected a regional double-blinded,placebo-controlled,Phase III trial comparing the overall survival(OS)of NSCLC patients between the anlotinib and placebo arms.A total of 437 patients were randomized(2:1)to receive either anlotinib(n=294)or placebo(n=143)once daily on a 2-week on and 1-week off schedule.Patients with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)or activating anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)genomic tumor aberrations should have disease progression on NMPA-approved therapy.Anlotinib is the first NMPA-approved drug for patients with advanced NSCLC who have progressed on at least two lines of prior systemic chemotherapies in China.The approval was based on a statistically and clinically significant improvement in median OS with anlotinib(9.46 months)compared with placebo[6.37 months;hazard ratio(HR])=0.70,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.55-0.89;two-sided log-rank P=0.002].The confirmed objective response rate(ORR)was 9.2%in the anlotinib arm and 0.7%in the placebo arm.The median duration of response(DoR)was 4.83 months,with a 95%CI of 3.31-6.97 months.The toxicity profile of anlotinib was consistent with that of known anti-angiogenesis inhibitors.Common adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in anlotinib-treated patients included hypertension(67.4%),hand-foot syndrome(43.9%),hemoptysis(14.0%),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)elevation(46.6%),and corrected QT interval(QTc)prolongation(26.2%).Short conclusion:Anlotinib demonstrated a clinically significant OS prolongation as a novel therapeutic option for advanced or metastatic NSCLC following at least two lines of chemotherapy.Ming Zhou Xiaoyuan Chen Hong Zhang Lin Xia Xin Tong Limin Zou Ruimin Hao Jianhong Pan Xiao Zhao Dongmei Chen Yuanyuan Song Yueli Qi Ling Tang Zhifang Liu Rong Gao Yuankai Shi Zhimin Yang 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:35

17Component analysis of Chinese medicine and advances in fuming-washing therapy for knee osteoarthritis via unsupervised data mining methods显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the component law of Chinese medicines in fuming-washing therapy for knee osteoarthritis(KOA), and develop new fuming-washing prescriptions for KOA through unsupervised data mining methods.METHODS: Chinese medicine recipes for fuming-washing therapy for KOA were collected and recorded in a database. The correlation coefficient among herbs, core combinations of herbs, andnew prescriptions were analyzed using modified mutual information, complex system entropy cluster, and unsupervised hierarchical clustering, respectively.RESULTS: Based on analysis of 345 Chinese medicine recipes for fuming-washing therapy, 68 herbs occurred frequently, 33 herb pairs occurred frequently, and 12 core combinations were found.Five new fuming-washing recipes for KOA were developed.CONCLUSION: Chinese medicines for fuming-washing therapy of KOA mainly consist of wind-dampness-dispelling and cold-dispersing herbs, blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,and wind-dampness-dispelling and heat-clearing herbs. The treatment of fuming-washing therapy for KOA also includes dispelling wind-dampness and dispersing cold, activating blood and resolving stasis, and dispelling wind-dampness and clearing heat. 18Unconventional Natural Gas Accumulations in Stacked Deposits:A Discussion of Upper Paleozoic Coal-Bearing Strata in the East Margin of the Ordos Basin, China显示文摘The Upper Paleozoic(Carboniferous to Permian) succession in the east margin of the Ordos Basin in the North China Craton has a potential to contain significant hydrocarbon resources, though attention have been mainly attracted for its successful development of coalbed methane(CBM). To improve the previous resource estimates and evaluate the hydrocarbon play possibilities, this study incorporated new discoveries of hydrocarbon units and their stratigraphic relation with source rocks, hydrocarbon migration and trapping configurations. Continuous hydrocarbon accumulation units were identified within the Upper Paleozoic, including the Taiyuan, Shanxi and Xiashihezi formations with great tight gas potential, and the Taiyuan and Shanxi formations also containing shale gas and CBM. Different strata combinations are identified with coal deposition and favour for continuous gas accumulations, including the tidal flat, deltaic and fluvial systems distributed in most of the study areas. Methane was not only generated from the thick coal seams in the Taiyuan and Shanxi formations, but also from shale and dark mudstones. The coal, shale and tight sandstones are proved of remarkable gas content and hydrocarbon indications, and the gas saturation of tight sandstones decreases upward. The stacked deposit combinations vary isochronally in different areas, while the coal seams were developed stably showing good gas sources. Two key stages control the hydrocarbon enrichment, the continuous subsidence from coal forming to Late Triassic and the anomalous paleo-geothermal event happened in Early Cretaceous, as indicated by the fluid inclusions evidence. 20Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging following major ozonated autohemotherapy for treatment of acute cerebral infarction显示文摘Major ozonated autohemotherapy has been shown to promote recovery of upper limb motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,but whether major ozonated autohemotherapy affects remote injury remains poorly understood.Here,we assumed that major ozonated autohemotherapy contributes to recovery of clinical function,possibly by reducing remote injury after acute cerebral infarction.Sixty acute cerebral infarction patients aged 30–80 years were equally and randomly allocated to ozone treatment and control groups.Patients in the ozone treatment group received medical treatment and major ozonated autohemotherapy(47 mg/L,100 m L ozone) for 10 ± 2 days.Patients in the control group received medical treatment only.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score,modified Rankin scale score,and reduced degree of fractional anisotropy values of brain magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging were remarkably decreased,brain function improved,clinical efficiency significantly increased,and no obvious adverse reactions detected in the ozone treatment group compared with the control group.These findings suggest that major ozonated autohemotherapy promotes recovery of neurological function in acute cerebral infarction patients by reducing remote injury,and additionally,exhibits high safety.Xiao-na Wu Tao Zhang Jun Wang Xiao-yan Liu Zhen-sheng Li Wei Xiang Wei-qing Du Hong-jun Yang Tie-gen Xiong Wen-ting Deng Kai-run Peng Su-yue Pan 2016Neural Regeneration Research2016,11,7:32
