1Experimental study on the bolt–cable combined supporting technology for the extraction roadways in weakly cemented strata显示文摘Aiming at the characteristics of the poor steady ability, the short stable time and severe deformation behavior of weakly cemented soft surrounding rock around extraction roadway, a bolt–cable combined supporting technology was proposed. Numerical simulation was performed by using FLAC3 D software to study the effects of different supporting systems. The simulation result proves that those supporting systems have good practical values. Based on real-time monitoring and analysis of the deformation of surrounding rock and the stress of supporting structure, real time information of deformation of surrounding rock and stress state of supporting structure of extraction roadway within weakly cemented strata was obtained. Monitoring results show that large deformation and failure of surrounding rock of extraction roadway within weakly cemented strata can be effectively controlled by the bolt–cable combined supporting technology, which ensures the long-term stability and safety of surrounding rock and supporting structure.Meng Qingbin Han Lijun Sun Jingwu Min Fengqing Feng Wei Zhou Xing 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,1:13
2Association of the Platelet Glycoprotein Ia C807T Gene Polymorphism With Risk of Myocardial Infarction in Chinese显示文摘Objectives To investigate the relationship of the GPIa C807T dimorphism to the risk of myocardial infarction (MI) in Chinese. Methods We did a case-control study including 100 patients and 110 controls with same race. An allele-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used for genotyping of C807T polymorphism. Results An apparent association was found between the T807 allele and MI among individuals younger than the mean age of 60 years (odds ratio, 2.49; 95% confidence interval, 1.08~6.22). The T807 allele remained an independent risk factor for MI when age, sex, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, body-mass index, LDL-cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol were adjusted by logistic regression. 5Fusing Carbocycles of Inequivalent Ring Size to a Bis(imino)pyridine-Iron Ethylene Polymerization Catalyst: Distinctive Effects on Activity, PE Molecular Weight, and Dispersity显示文摘The 4,6-bis(arylimino)-1,2,3,7,8,9,10-heptahydrocyclohepta[b]quinoline-iron(II)chlorides(aryl=2,6-Me_(2)C_(6)H_(3) Fe1;2,6-Et_(2)C_(6)H_(3) Fe_(2);2,6-i-Pr_(2)C_(6)H_(3) Fe_(3);2,4,6-Me3C_(6)H_(2) Fe4;and 2,6-Et_(2)-4-Me_(2)C_(6)H_(2) Fe_(5))have been prepared in good yield by a straightforward one-pot reaction of 2,3,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-1H-cyclohepta[b]quinoline-4,6-dione,FeCl_(2)·4H_(2)O,and the appropriate aniline in acetic acid.All ferrous complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy.In addition,the structure of Fe_(3) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction,which showed the iron center to adopt a distorted square pyramidal geometry with the saturated sections of the fused six-and sevenmembered carbocycles to be cis-configured.In combination with either MAO or MMAO,Fe1–Fe5 exhibited exceptionally high activities for ethylene polymerization(up to 15:86×10^(6) g(PE)mol^(−1)(Fe)h^(−1) at 40℃(MMAO)and 9:60×10^(6) g(PE)mol^(−1)(Fe)h^(−1) at 60℃(MAO))and produced highly linear polyethylene(HLPE,Tm≥128℃)with a wide range in molecular weights;in general,the MMAO-promoted polymerizations were more active.Irrespective of the cocatalyst employed,the 2,6-Me_(2)-substituted Fe1 and Fe4 proved the most active while the more sterically hindered 2,6-i-Pr_(2) Fe_(3) the least but afforded the highest molecular weight polyethylene(Mw:65.6–72.6 kg mol^(-1)).Multinuclear NMR spectroscopic analysis of the polymer formed using Fe4/MMAO at 40℃ showed a preference for fully saturated chain ends with a broad bimodal distribution a feature of the GPC trace(Mw/Mn=13:4).By contrast,using Fe4/MAO at 60℃ a vinyl-terminated polymer of lower molecular weight(Mw=14:2 kg mol^(−1))was identified that exhibited a unimodal distribution(Mw/Mn=3:8).Moreover,the amount of aluminoxane cocatalyst employed,temperature,and run time were also found to be influential on the modality of the polymer.Zheng Wang Gregory A.Solan Yanping Ma Qingbin Liu Tongling Liang Wen-Hua Sun 2019Research2019,,1:1

8Coastal mudflats as reservoirs of extracellular antibiotic resistance genes: Studies in Eastern China显示文摘Despite coastal mudflats serving as essential ecological zones interconnecting terrestrial/freshwater and marine systems,little is known about the profiles of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in this area.In this study,characteristics of typical ARGs,involving both intracellular(iARGs)and extracellular ARGs(eARGs)at different physical states,were explored in over 1000 km of coastal mudflats in Eastern China.Results indicated the presence of iARGs and eARGs at states of both freely present or attached by particles.The abundance of eARGs was significantly higher than that of iARGs(87.3%vs 12.7%),and their dominance was more significant than those in other habitats(52.7%-76.3%).ARG abundance,especially for eARGs,showed an increasing trend(p<0.05)from southern(Nantong)to northern(Lianyungang)coastalmudflats.Higher salinity facilitated the transformation from iARGs to eARGs,and smaller soil particle size was conducive to the persistence of eARGs in northern coastal mudflats.This study addresses the neglected function of coastal mudflats as eARGs reservoirs.Qingbin Yuan Xiaolin Wang Hui Fang Yuan Cheng Ruonan Sun Yi Luo 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,7:0
9High expression of BCL6 inhibits the differentiation and development of hematopoietic stem cells and affects the growth and development of chickens显示文摘Background:B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6(BCL6)is a transcriptional master regulator that represses more than 1200 potential target genes.Our previous study showed that a decline in blood production in runting and stunting syndrome(RSS)affected sex-linked dwarf(SLD)chickens compared to SLD chickens.However,the association between BCL6 gene and hematopoietic function remains unknown in chickens.Methods:In this study,we used RSS affected SLD(RSS-SLD)chickens,SLD chickens and normal chickens as research object and overexpression of BCL6 in hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs),to investigate the effect of the BCL6 on differentiation and development of HSCs.Results:The results showed that comparison of RSS-SLD chickens with SLD chickens,the BCL6 was highly expressed in RSS-SLD chickens bone marrow.The bone marrow of RSS-SLD chickens was exhausted and red bone marrow was largely replaced by yellow bone marrow,bone density was reduced,and the levels of immature erythrocytes in peripheral blood were increased.At the same time,the hematopoietic function of HSCs decreased in RSS-SLD chickens,which was manifested by a decrease in the hematopoietic growth factors(HGFs)EPO,SCF,TPO,and IL-3,as well as hemoglobinα1 and hemoglobinβexpression.Moreover,mitochondrial function in the HSCs of RSS-SLD chickens was damaged,including an increase in ROS production,decrease in ATP concentration,and decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm).The same results were also observed in SLD chickens compared with normal chickens;however,the symptoms were more serious in RSS-SLD chickens.Additionally,after overexpression of the BCL6 in primary HSCs,the secretion of HGFs(EPO,SCF,TPO and IL-3)was inhibited and the expression of hemoglobinα1 and hemoglobinβwas decreased.However,cell proliferation was accelerated,apoptosis was inhibited,and the HSCs entered a cancerous state.The function of mitochondria was also abnormal,ROS production was decreased,and ATP concentration andΔΨm were increased,which was related to the inhibition of apoptosis of stem cells.Conclusions:Taken together,we conclude that the high expression of BCL6 inhibits the differentiation and development of HSCs by affecting mitochondrial function,resulting in impaired growth and development of chickens.Moreover,the abnormal expression of BCL6 might be a cause of the clinical manifestations of chicken comb,pale skin,stunted growth and development,and the tendency to appear RSS in SLD chickens.Hongmei Li Bowen Hu Shang Hu Wen Luo Donglei Sun Minmin Yang Zhiying Liao Haohui Wei Changbin Zhao Dajian Li Meiqing Shi Qingbin Luo Dexiang Zhang Qinghua Nie Xiquan Zhang 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:0
10WRKY2 and WRKY10 regulate the circadian expression of PIF4 during the day through interactions with CCA1/LHY and phyB显示文摘WRKY transcription factors are known mostly for their function in plant defense,abiotic stress responses,senescence,seed germination,and development of the pollen,embryo,and seed.Here,we report the regulatory functions of two WRKY proteins in photomorphogenesis and PIF4 expression.PIF4 is a critical signaling hub in light,temperature,and hormonal signaling pathways.Either its expression or its accumulation peaks in the morning and afternoon.WRKY2 and WRKY10 form heterodimers and recognize their target site in the PIF4 promoter near the MYB element that is bound by CCA1 and LHY under red and blue light.WRKY2 and WRKY10 interact directly with CCA1/LHY to enhance their targeting but interact indirectly with SHB1.The two WRKY proteins also interact with phyB,and their interaction enhances the targeting of CCA1 and LHY to the PIF4 promoter.SHB1 associates with theWRKY2 andWRKY10 loci and enhances their expression in parallel with the PIF4 expression peaks.This forward regulatory loop further sustains the accumulation of the two WRKY proteins and the targeting of CCA1/LHY to the PIF4 locus.In summary,interactions of two WRKY proteins with CCA1/LHY and phyB maintain an optimal expression level of PIF4 toward noon and afternoon,which is essential to sketch the circadian pattern of PIF4 expression.Shulei Wang Qingbin Sun Min Zhang Chengzhu Yin Min Ni 2022Plant Communications2022,3,2:0
