| 2 | The status of exploitation techniques of natural gas hydrate显示文摘Natural gas hydrate(NGH)has been widely considered as an alternative form of energy with huge potential,due to its tremendous reserves,cleanness and high energy density.Several countries involving Japan,Canada,India and China have launched national projects on the exploration and exploitation of gas hydrate resources.At the beginning of this century,an early trial production of hydrate resources was carried out in Mallik permafrost region,Canada.Japan has conducted the first field test from marine hydrates in 2013,followed by another trial in 2017.China also made its first trial production from marine hydrate sediments in 2017.Yet the low production efficiency,ice/hydrate regeneration,and sand problems are still commonly encountered;the worldwide progress is far before commercialization.Up to now,many gas production techniques have been proposed,and a few of them have been adopted in the field production tests.Nevertheless,hardly any method appears really promising;each of them shows limitations at certain conditions.Therefore,further efforts should be made on the economic efficiency as well as sustainability and environmental impacts.In this paper,the investigations on NGH exploitation techniques are comprehensively reviewed,involving depressurization,thermal stimulation,chemical inhibitor injection,CO2–CH4 exchange,their combinations,and some novel techniques.The behavior of each method and its further potential in the field test are discussed.The advantages and limitations of laboratory studies are also analyzed.The work could give some guidance in the future formulation of exploitation scheme and evaluation of gas production behavior from hydrate reservoirs. | Lei Yang Yulong Liu Hanquan Zhang Bo Xiao Xianwei Guo Rupeng Wei Lei Xu Lingjie Sun Bin Yu Shudong Leng Yanghui Li | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,9: | 9 |
| 3 | Multi-functional polyethersulfone nanofibrous membranes with ultra-high adsorption capacity and ultra-fast removal rates for dyes and bacteria显示文摘The adsorption technology has been widely applied in water remediation for contamination removal of dyes and bacteria,by virtue of the advantages of adsorption technology including high efficiency,energy conservation and ease of operation.Simultaneous removal of dyes and bacteria has been realized by some reported materials,but to achieve satisfactory adsorption amounts and rates remain an unmet goal for decades.Herein,a poly(methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride-co-methyl methacrylate)copolymer was synthesized,and then blended with polyethersulfone for the fabrication of nanofibrous membranes via electrospinning for the use of fast and massive removal of dyes and bacteria.Owing to the introduction of abundant quaternary ammonium groups,the maximum adsorption amount for methyl orange was up to 909.8 mg g^(-1).In addition,the modified nanofibrous membranes showed good recyclability,broad applications in severe environments,selective adsorption ability,and excellent dynamic removal performance.Especially,thanks to the abundant functional groups,the membranes showed fast adsorption ability for bacteria through electrostatic interaction.It should be noted that the clearance ratio for Staphylococcus aureus or Escherichia coli by 6 min of static adsorption could reach 93%or 90%for each.Additionally,dynamic removal ratio via filtration with the nanofibrous membranes could reach 99.7%for Staphylococcus aureus or 98.7%for Escherichia coli in 90 s.Therefore,the proposed approach towards the quaternary ammonium modified polyethersulfone nanofibrous membranes creates a new route for ultra-high adsorption capacity and ultra-fast removal rates for dyes and bacteria in water remediation. | Jianxu Bao Hang Li Yuanting Xu Shengqiu Chen Zhoujun Wang Chunji Jiang Huilin Li Zhiwei Wei Shudong Sun Weifeng Zhao Changsheng Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19: | 4 |
| 4 | Multi-EAP: Extended EAP for multi-estimate extraction for SMC-PHD filter显示文摘The ability to extract state-estimates for each target of a multi-target posterior, referred to as multi-estimate extraction(MEE), is an essential requirement for a multi-target filter, whose key performance assessments are based on accuracy, computational efficiency and reliability. The probability hypothesis density(PHD) filter, implemented by the sequential Monte Carlo approach,affords a computationally efficient solution to general multi-target filtering for a time-varying number of targets, but leaves no clue for optimal MEE. In this paper, new data association techniques are proposed to distinguish real measurements of targets from clutter, as well as to associate particles with measurements. The MEE problem is then formulated as a family of parallel singleestimate extraction problems, facilitating the use of the classic expected a posteriori(EAP) estimator, namely the multi-EAP(MEAP) estimator. The resulting MEAP estimator is free of iterative clustering computation, computes quickly and yields accurate and reliable estimates. | 5 | Aqueous Synthesis of Mesostructured BiVO_(4) Quantum Tubes with Excellent Dual Response to Visible Light and Temperature显示文摘Analysis of the atomic structure of monoclinic BiVO4 reveals its fascinating structure-related dual response to visible light and temperature.Although there have been a few reported studies of its responses to visible light and temperature,an understanding of the effects of quantum size,particle shape or specific exposed facets on its dual responsive properties remains elusive;this is primarily due to the limited availability of high-quality monodisperse nanocrystals with extremely small sizes and specific_(4)exposed facets.Herein,we describe a novel assembly-fusion strategy for the synthesis of mesostructured monoclinic BiVO_(4)quantum tubes with ultranarrow diameter of 5 nm,ultrathin wall thickness down to 1 nm and exposed{020}facets,via a convenient hydrothermal method at temperatures as low as 100℃.Notably,the resulting high-quality quantum tubes possess significantly superior dual-responsive properties compared with bulk BiVO_(4)or even BiVO4 nanoellipsoids,and thus,show high promise for applications as visible-light photocatalysts and temperature indicators offering improved environmental quality and safety.This mild and facile methodology should be capable of extension to the preparation of other mesostructured inorganic quantum tubes with similar characteristics,giving a range of materials with enhanced dual-responsive properties. | Yongfu Sun Yi Xie Changzheng Wu Shudong Zhang Shishi Jiang | 2010 | Nano Research2010,3,9: | 4 |
| 6 | Importance measure of system reliability upgrade for multi-state consecutive k-out-of-n systems显示文摘Importance measures in reliability systems are used to identify weak components in contributing to a proper function of the system. Traditional importance measures mainly concerned the changing value of the system reliability caused by the change of the reliability of the component, and seldom considered the joint effect of the probability distribution, improvement rate of the object component. This paper studies the rate of the system reliability upgrading with an improvement of the component reliability for the multi-state consecutive k-out-of-n system. To verify the multi-state consecutive k-out-of-n system reliability upgrading by improving one component based on its improvement rate, an increasing potential importance (IPI) and its physical meaning are described at first. Secondly, the relationship between the IPI and Birnbaum importance measures are discussed. And the IPI for some different improvement actions of the component is further discussed. Thirdly, the characteristics of the IPI are analyzed. This paper proposes an immune algorithm based method(BN-IA) for the learning of the BN structure with the idea of vaccination. Furthermore, the methods on how to extract the effective vaccines from local optimal structure and root nodes are also described in details.Finally, the simulation studies are implemented with the helicopter convertor BN model and the car start BN model. | 9 | A decomposition approach to job-shop scheduling problem with discretely controllable processing times显示文摘Job-shop scheduling problem with discretely controllable processing times (JSP-DCPT) is modeled based on the disjunctive graph, and the formulation of JSP-DCPT is presented. A three-step decomposition approach is proposed so that JSP-DCPT can be handled by solving a job-shop scheduling problem (JSP) and a series of discrete time-cost tradeoff problems. To simplify the decomposition approach, the time-cost phase plane is introduced to describe tradeoffs of the discrete time-cost tradeoff problem, and an extreme mode-based set dominant theory is elaborated so that an upper bound is determined to cut discrete time-cost tradeoff problems generated by using the proposed decomposition approach. | 10 | Pre-deformation for Assembly Performance of Machine Centers显示文摘The current research of machine center accuracy in workspace mainly focuses on the poor geometric error subjected to thermal and gravity load while in operation,however,there are little researches focusing on the effect of machine center elastic deformations on workspace volume.Therefore,a method called pre-deformation for assembly performance is presented.This method is technically based on the characteristics of machine tool assembly and collaborative computer-aided engineering(CAE)analysis.The research goal is to enhance assembly performance,including straightness,positioning,and angular errors,to realize the precision of the machine tool design.A vertical machine center is taken as an example to illustrate the proposed method.The concept of travel error is defined to obtain the law of the guide surface.The machine center assembly performance is analyzed under cold condition and thermal balance condition to establish the function of pre-deformation.Then,the guide surface in normal direction is processed with the pre-deformation function,and the machine tool assembly performance is measured using a laser interferometer.The measuring results show that the straightness deviation of the Z component in the Y-direction is 158.9%of the allowable value primarily because of the gravity of the spindle head,and the straightness of the X and Y components is minimal.When the machine tool is processed in pre-deformation,the straightness of the Z axis moving component is reduced to 91.2%.This research proposes a pre-deformation machine center assembly method which has sufficient capacity to improving assembly accuracy of machine centers. | SUN Yongping WANG Delun DONG Huimin XUE Runiu YU Shudong | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 2 |
