Route strategy of satellite network in GNSS based on topology evolution law显示文摘As each type of satellite network has different link features, its data transmission must be designed based on its link features to improve the efficiency of data transferring. The transmission of navigation integrated services information(NISI)in a global navigation satellite system(GNSS) with inter-satellite links(ISLs) is studied by taking the real situation of inter-satellite communication links into account. An on-demand computing and buffering centralized route strategy is proposed based on dynamic grouping and the topology evolution law of the GNSS network within which the satellite nodes are operated in the manner of dynamic grouping. Dynamic grouping is based on satellites spatial relationships and the group role of the satellite node changes by turns due to its spatial relationships. The route strategy provides significant advantages of high efficiency, low complexity, and flexible configuration, by which the established GNSS can possess the features and capabilities of feasible deployment, efficient transmission, convenient management, structural invulnerability and flexible expansion. | Xianqing Yi Zhenwei Hou Tao Zhong Yaohong Zhang Zhili Sun | 2014 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2014,25,4: | 2
Prepartum body conditions affect insulin signaling pathways in postpartum adipose tissues in transition dairy cows显示文摘Background: Overconditioned dairy cows are susceptible to excessive lipolysis and increased insulin resistance during the transition period. The associations among body fat reserve, insulin resistance, and lipolysis in adipose tissues(AT) remain to be elucidated. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate whether excessive fat reserves influence the insulin signaling pathway in AT postpartum. Results: Twenty multiparous dairy cows were selected and assigned to one of two groups, according to prepartum body condition score(BCS): Control group(BCS = 3.0–3.5;n = 10) and Overconditioned group(BCS ≥ 4.0;n = 10).Blood samples were collected on days-14,-7,-4,-2,-1,0,1,2,4,7,and 14 relative to parturition.Subcutaneous AT were collected on day 2 following parturition for quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot analyses. No differences were observed between the two groups in serum glucose,non-esterified fatty acids,β-hydroxybutyric acid, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)α,insulin,or leptin concentrations during the experimental period.Compared with the control cows, the overconditioned cows had lower serum triglyceride levels and higher adiponectin concentrations. In the AT postpartum, insulin receptor mRNA and protein levels were lower in the overconditioned cows than in the control cows, and no differences were found in glucose transporter 4 mRNA.Compared with the control cows, the overconditioned cows had lower mRNA levels of TNFα and higher mRNA levels of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ) in AT postpartum. The phosphorylated protein kinase B(AKT) content and phosphorylation rate of AKT were increased in the overconditioned cows compared with the control cows, which suggested that the downstream insulin signaling in AT was affected. Conclusions: In the present study, transition dairy cows with higher BCS did not show more fat mobilization. The changes of insulin signaling pathway in AT postpartum of overconditioned cows may be partly related to the expression of PPARγ and TNFα,and the secretion of adiponectin. | Fanjian Zhang Dan Li Qiong Wu Jian Sun Wenyi Guan Yinxu Hou Yaohong Zhu Jiufeng Wang | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,3: | 2

Sensor fault-tolerant observer applied in UAV anti-skid braking control under control input constraint显示文摘This paper proposes a method for addressing the problem of sensor fault-tolerant control(FTC) for anti-skid braking systems(ABSs). When the wheel velocity sensor of the ABS for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) becomes faulty, wheel velocity failure and feedback instability may occur. Firstly, a fault diagnosis and isolation(FDI) method based on a sliding mode observer approach is introduced to detect and isolate the fault of the sensor. When the wheel velocity sensor is in healthy conditions, the observer works in a diagnosis mode. If faults occur in the sensor,it acts as a wheel velocity estimator. Secondly, an FTC strategy, adopting a feedback compensation structure, is designed with input control constraints. In addition, based on the FDI result, a terminal sliding mode(TSM) controller is designed to guarantee that slip-ratio tracks its appropriate reference values in situations where runways change conditions during landing. The control system switches automatically from control using a wheel velocity sensor to sensorless control mode, so the observer-based FTC scheme is established. It is logical that the ABS keeps observedstate and remains stable when the wheel velocity sensor is broken and during external disturbance. Finally, simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. | Hui Sun Jianguo Yan Yaohong Qu Jie Ren | 2017 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2017,28,1: | 1
Effect of Gap Size on Coating Extrusion of Pb-GF Composite Wire by Theoretical Calculation and Experimental Investigation显示文摘A new method using lead coated glass fiber to produce continuous wire for battery grid of electric vehicles (EVs)and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) was introduced. Under equal flow, both the maximum and minimum theoreticalvalue of gap size were studied and estimation equation was established. The experimental results show that the gapsize is a key parameter for the continuous coating extrusion process. Its maximum value ( H m a x ) is 0.24 mm and theminimum one (Hmin) is 0.12 mm. At a gap size of 0.18 mm, the maximum of metal extrusion per unit of time andoptimal coating speed could be obtained. | Wenbin FANG , Hongfei SUN, Erde WANG and Yaohong GENGSchool of Materials Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China | 2005 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2005,21,5: | 1
The role of high-energy computed radiography(CR)in radiotherapy显示文摘Computed radiography(CR)imaging has high irradiation tolerance and it is easy to archive CR images along with other image information by Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM)format, and to process them.CR can be used in radiation Quality Control(QC)task and verification of treatment setting-up.In this paper, the role of high-energy CR in radiation oncology is studied. The patients were imaged by CR system and EPID before radiotherapy. All verification images were acquired with 1–2 MU(Monitor Unit)using 6 MV X-rays.QC for a linac was done with film and high-energy CR to collect the data on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The QC included Multileaf Collimators(MLC)calibration and mechanical iso-centre check.CR was also adapted to verify patient position, the film was used to compare with digitally reconstructed radiographs(DRR)and portal image from EPID. Treatment setting-up was verified based on the result of comparison.High quality verification images could be acquired by the CR system.Comparing to EPID,the results showed that the system was suitable for practical use to acquire daily verification images, and it was useful to fulfill part of quality assurance(QA)in radiation oncology. The quality of image acquired by the high-energy CR system is comparable or even better than DRRs and portal images. The final treatment set-up for the patients could be verified more accurately with the CR system. | LI Zhaobin SUN Yi LU Yaohong FU Shen | 2009 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2009,20,1: | 0
