1参量阵浅地层剖面仪在海底羽状流探测中的应用--以ATLAS P70在马克兰海域调查为例显示文摘海底渗漏的羽状流是沉积层赋存天然气水合物的重要证据之一,基于非线性水声学原理的参量阵浅地层剖面仪作为海洋探测的重要设备,对于获得羽状流在水体中的物性特征和渗漏点的浅地层信息有着重大意义.本文根据ATLAS P70浅地层剖面仪在马克兰海域调查中得到的浅地层剖面数据,结合多道地震数据、多波束数据以及地质样品等资料,刻画了研究区内羽状流形态特征,分析了羽状流区海底地层流体运移的通道以及近海底微地形地貌特征.通过研究发现在羽状流区伴随泥火山喷发,自生碳酸盐岩发育,剥蚀海底松散沉积物形成大小不一的麻坑,滋生生物群落等特征.反映在浅剖初始高频(20 kHz)数据界面上羽状流表现为柱状浑浊反射异常,形态呈火焰状,高度由80 m到1500 m不等;对应在次级低频(4 kHz)信号界面可以清晰显示流体渗漏的浅地层结构特征,从中不仅可以识别出流体的运移通道,如泥火山和管状通道等,而且揭示了流体逸散的残留地貌,如麻坑构造和海底滑坡等.本文依托参量阵浅地层剖面数据,对巴基斯坦马克兰海域羽状流有了较全面的认识,为天然气水合物的研究垫定了基础.单晨晨 邓希光 温明明 冯强强 Syed Waseem Haider 黄伟 2020地球物理学进展2020,35,3:6
2PLC指令表程序的一种语法分析方法及其在代码静态测试上的应用显示文摘可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是工业控制领域中广泛使用的自动控制装置。由于PLC程序缺乏具有普适性的测试工具,开发人员往往只能采用人工方式排查代码错误,导致测试效率低下。工业用户亟需一种标准化PLC代码检测方法,自动完成PLC程序语法检测与分析。该文以IEC61131-3标准为基础,建立基于Backus-Naur范式(BNF)的指令表语法模型。基于该模型构造抽象语法树,进而设计出一种具有线性复杂度的PLC指令表代码语法检测算法。利用2段控制工程中的PLC指令表代码对所提出的算法与商用软件CODESYS Static Analysis进行对比测试,验证了所提算法的可用性。李学良 赵千川 杨文 Syed Naeem HAIDER 2021清华大学学报(自然科学版)2021,61,10:5

4坐骑式割草机侧翻驾驶员损伤研究显示文摘为进一步研究坐骑式割草机翻滚保护装置(Roll-Over Protective Structures,简称为ROPS)的安全保护性能,以某坐骑式割草机为研究对象,分别建立坐骑式割草机失稳后无初速度沿15°斜坡自由翻滚的几何非线性有限元模型和多刚体有限元模型,得到坐骑式割草机侧翻过程中ROPS变形和驾驶员分别在两点式安全带和三点式安全带约束系统保护下的动态响应和损伤值。以上两种有限元结合仿真的结果表明:(1)两点式安全带驾驶员与三点式安全带驾驶员在侧翻过程中均未被坐骑式割草机甩出;两点式安全带驾驶员在15°坡侧翻过程中相较于其他部位,颈部受到的伤害更大;三点式安全带由于肩带的作用,驾驶员的颈部受到很好地保护。(2)验证了ISO21299标准要求的坐骑式割草机侧翻后地面上的任何物体以及ROPS变形过程中的任何部位不侵入容身空间(Deformation Limiting Volume,简称为DLV),不能作为驾驶员安全的唯一评价标准。杨茜 王新彦 张权 Syed Zeeshan Haider 2019中国农机化学报2019,40,1:3

6New high-resolution 2D seismic imaging of fluid escape structures in the Makran subduction zone,Arabian Sea显示文摘Seabed fluid escape is active in the Makran subduction zone,Arabian Sea.Based on the new highresolution 2D seismic data,acoustic blanking zones and seafloor mounds are identified.Acoustic blanking zones include three kinds of geometries:Bell-shaped,vertically columnar and tilted zones.The bellshaped blanking zone is characterized by weak and discontinuous reflections in the interior and upbending reflections on the top,interpreted as gas chimneys.Vertically columnar blanking zone is interpreted as side-imaged gas chimneys associated with focused fluid flow and topped by a seafloor anomaly expressed as a localized reflection discontinuity,which may together serve as a vent structure.Tilted acoustic blanking zone could be induced by accretionary thrust activity and rapid sedimentation surrounding slope.Seafloor mounds occur at the sites of bell-shaped acoustic blanking zone and may be associated with the material intrusion.Bottom simulating refectors(BSRs)are widely distributed and exhibit a series of characteristics including diminished amplitude,low continuity as well as local shoaling overlapping with these acoustic blanking zones.The large amount of gases dissociated from the gas hydrates migrated upwards and then arrived at the near-seafloor sediments,followed by the formation of the gas hydrates and hence the seafloor mound.Bin Liu Jiang-xin Chen Syed Waseem Haider Xi-guang Deng Li Yang Min-liang Duan 2020China Geology2020,3,2:3
7西南印度洋中脊49.5°E离轴地壳结构显示文摘超慢速扩张西南印度洋中脊岩浆的集中供给在空间维度上表现为岩浆扩张段(NVR)与相邻的非转换断层不连续带(NTD)地壳结构的差异,而在时间维度上表现为离轴与沿轴地壳结构的差异.为了进一步揭示岩浆集中供给的时空分布特征,本文选取西南印度洋中脊热液区2010年海底地震仪深部探测中平行于洋中脊距轴部偏北约10 km的离轴测线d0d10,使用射线追踪正演和反演的方法,得到了NVR和NTD北侧离轴区域的地壳及上地幔P波速度结构,并与轴部速度结构进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:(1)NTD北侧离轴区域的地壳厚度约5.2 km,其厚度明显大于轴部NTD下方地壳厚度(~3.2 km),由此推测洋脊轴部NTD区域形成的地壳在不断减薄;(2)NVR北侧离轴区域的地壳厚度约7.0 km,其厚度亦大于轴部NVR地壳厚度(~5.8 km),表明在洋中脊演化过程中洋脊轴区域的岩浆供给在不断减少,其活动性在不断减弱.王伟 牛雄伟 阮爱国 Syed Waseem Haider 胡昊 王奥星 卫小冬 张洁 2018地球物理学报2018,61,11:2
8Diapir structure and its constraint on gas hydrate accumulation in the Makran accretionary prism, offshore Pakistan显示文摘The Makran accretionary prism is located at the junction of the Eurasian Plate,Arabian Plate and Indian Plate and is rich in natural gas hydrate(NGH)resources.It consists of a narrow continental shelf,a broad continental slope,and a deformation front.The continental slope can be further divided into the upper slope,middle slope,and lower slope.There are three types of diapir structure in the accretionary prism,namely mud diapir,mud volcano,and gas chimney.(1)The mud diapirs can be grouped into two types,namely the ones with low arching amplitude and weak-medium activity energy and the ones with high arching amplitude and medium-strong activity energy.The mud diapirs increase from offshore areas towards onshore areas in general,while the ones favorable for the formation of NGH are mainly distributed on the middle slope in the central and western parts of the accretionary prism.(2)The mud volcanoes are mainly concentrated along the anticline ridges in the southern part of the lower slope and the deformation front.(3)The gas chimneys can be grouped into three types,which are located in piggyback basins,active anticline ridges,and inactive anticline ridges,respectively.They are mainly distributed on the middle slope in the central and western parts of the accretionary prism and most of them are accompanied with thrust faults.The gas chimneys located at different tectonic locations started to be active at different time and pierced different horizons.The mud diapirs,mud volcanoes,and gas chimneys and thrust faults serve as the main pathways of gas migration,and thus are the important factors that control the formation,accumulation,and distribution of NGH in the Makran accretionary prism.Mud diapir/gas chimney type hydrate develop in the middle slope,mud volcano type hydrate develop in the southern lower slope and the deformation front,and stepped accretionary prism type hydrate develop on the central and northern lower slope.The middle slope,lower slope and deformation front in the central and western parts of the Makran accretionary prism jointly constitute the NGH prospect area.Zhen Zhang Gao-wen He Hui-qiang Yao Xi-guang Deng Miao Yu Wei Huang Wei Deng Syed Waseem Haider Naimatullah Sohoo Noor Ahmed Kalhoro 2020China Geology2020,3,4:2
9Intelligent Islanding Detection of Multi-distributed Generation Using Artificial Neural Network Based on Intrinsic Mode Function Feature显示文摘The integration of distributed energy resources(DERs) into distribution networks is becoming increasingly important, as it supports the continued adoption of renewable power generation, combined heat and power plants, and storage systems. Nevertheless, inadvertent islanding operation is one of the major protection issues in distribution networks connected to DERs. This study proposes an intelligent islanding detection method(IIDM) using an intrinsic mode function(IMF)feature-based grey wolf optimized artificial neural network(GWO-ANN). In the proposed IIDM, the modal voltage signal is pre-processed by variational mode decomposition followed by Hilbert transform on each IMF to derive highly involved features. Then, the energy and standard deviation of IMFs are employed to train/test the GWO-ANN model for identifying the islanding operations from other non-islanding events. To evaluate the performance of the proposed IIDM, various islanding and non-islanding conditions such as faults, voltage sag, linear and nonlinear load and switching, are considered as the training and testing datasets. Moreover, the proposed IIDM is evaluated under noise conditions for the measured voltage signal. 12Exploration prospects of oil and gas in the Northwestern part of the Offshore Indus Basin, Pakistan显示文摘Oil and gas resources are short in Pakistan and no commercially viable oil and gas sources have been yet discovered in its offshore areas up to now.In this study,the onshore-offshore stratigraphic correlation and seismic data interpretation were conducted to determine the oil and gas resource potential in the Offshore Indus Basin,Pakistan.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the results and previous data,it is considered that the Cretaceous may widely exist and three sets of source rocks may be developed in the Offshore Indus Basin.The presence of Miocene mudstones has been proven by drilling to be high-quality source rocks,while the Cretaceous and Paleocene–Eocene mudstones are potential source rocks.Tectonic-lithologic traps are developed in the northwestern part of the basin affected by the strike-slip faults along Murray Ridge.Furthermore,the Cretaceous and Paleocene–Eocene source rocks are thick and are slightly affected by volcanic activities.Therefore,it can be inferred that the northwestern part of Offshore Indus Basin enjoys good prospects of oil and gas resources.Jian-ming Gong Jing Liao Jie Liang Bao-hua Lei Jian-wen Chen Muhammad Khalid Syed Waseem Haider Ming Meng 2020China Geology2020,3,4:1

17Hereditary hemochromatosis:Temporal trends,sociodemographic characteristics,and independent risk factor of hepatocellular cancer–nationwide population-based study显示文摘BACKGROUND Hereditary hemochromatosis(HH)has an increased risk of hepatocellular cancer(HCC)both due to genetic risks and iron overload as iron overload can be carcinogenic;HH impacts the increasing risk of HCC,not only through the development of cirrhosis but concerning hepatic iron deposition,which has been studied further recently.AIM To evaluate HH yearly trends,patient demographics,symptoms,comorbidities,and hospital outcomes.The secondary aim sheds light on the risk of iron overload for developing HCC in HH patients,independent of liver cirrhosis complications.The study investigated HH(without cirrhosis)as an independent risk factor for HCC.METHODS We analyzed data from National Inpatient Sample(NIS)Database,the largest national inpatient data collection in the United States,and selected HH and HCC cohorts.HH was first defined in 2011 International Classification of Disease-9th edition(ICD-9)as a separate diagnosis;the HH cohort is extracted from January 2011 to December 2019 using 275.01(ICD-9)and E83.110(ICD-10)diagnosis codes of HH.Patients were excluded from the HH cohort if they had a primary or secondary diagnostic code of cirrhosis(alcoholic,non-alcoholic,and biliary),viralhepatitis,alcoholic liver disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).We removed these patients from the HH cohort to rule out bias or ICD-10 diagnostic errors.The HCC cohort is selected from January 2011 to December 2019 using the ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes of HCC.We selected a non-HCC cohort with the 1:1 fixed ratio nearest neighbor(greedy)propensity score method using the patients'age,gender,and race.We performed multivariate analysis for the risk factors of HCC in the HCC and non-HCC matched cohort.We further analyzed HH without cirrhosis(removing HH patients with a diagnosis of cirrhosis)as an independent risk factor of HCC after adjusting all known risk factors of HCC in the multivariate model.RESULTS During the 2011-2019 period,a total of 18031 hospitalizations with a primary or secondary diagnosis of HH(excluding liver diseases)were recorded in the NIS database.We analyzed different patients’characteristics,and we found increments in inpatient population trend with a Ptrend<0.001 and total hospital cost of care trend from$42957 in 2011 to$66152 in 2019 with a Ptrend<0.001 despite no change in Length of Stay over the last decade.The multivariate analyses showed that HH without cirrhosis(aOR,28.8;95%CI,10.4–80.1;P<0.0001),biliary cirrhosis(aOR,19.3;95%CI,13.4–27.6;P<0.0001),non-alcoholic cirrhosis(aOR,17.4;95%CI,16.5–18.4;P<0.0001),alcoholic cirrhosis(aOR,16.9;95%CI,15.9–17.9;P<0.0001),hepatitis B(aOR,12.1;95%CI,10.85–13.60;P<0.0001),hepatitis C(aOR,8.58;95%CI,8.20–8.98;P<0.0001),Wilson disease(aOR,4.27;95%CI,1.18–15.41;P<0.0001),NAFLD or NASH(aOR,2.96;95%CI,2.73–3.20;P<0.0001),alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency(aOR,2.10;95%CI,1.21–3.64;P<0.0001),diabetes mellitus without chronic complications(aOR,1.17;95%CI,1.13–1.21;P<0.0001),and blood transfusion(aOR,1.80;95%CI,1.69–1.92;P<0.0001)are independent risk factor for liver cancer.CONCLUSION Our study showed an increasing trend of in-hospital admissions of HH patients in the last decade.These trends were likely related to advances in diagnostic approach,which can lead to increased hospital utilization and cost increments.Still,the length of stay remained the same,likely due to a big part of management being done in outpatient settings.Another vital part of our study is the significant result that HH without cirrhosis is an independent risk factor for HCC with adjusting all known risk factors.More prospective and retrospective large studies are needed to re-evaluate the HH independent risk in developing HCC.Maryam Bilal Haider Ali Al Sbihi Ahmed Jamal Chaudhary Syed M Haider Ahmed Iqbal Edhi 2022World Journal of Hepatology2022,14,9:1
