| 4 | Application of Ag/AgBr/GdVO_4 composite photocatalyst in wastewater treatment显示文摘Ag/AgBr/GdVO_4 composite photocatalysts were designed and synthesized in this paper. The physical and chemical structures, as well as optical properties of the synthesized composite were investigated via XRD, XPS, TEM, and UV–vis. It is found that the composite showed a ternary heterojunction structure of Ag, Ag Br and GdVO_4. Meanwhile, it has a high intensity of light current, indicating its high separation efficiency of electron and hole.Photocatalytic oxidation of rhodamine B(RhB) under visible light irradiation was performed to investigate the activity of the Ag/Ag Br/GdVO_4 composite. Result indicates that it shows excellent photocatalytic activity. Under visible light irradiation for 12 min, about 80% of Rh B(30 μmol/L) was degraded. The degradation rate is estimated to be 0.253 min1, which is three times higher than that of pure AgBr. The high photoactivity can be ascribed to the synergetic effect of Ag Br, GdVO_4, and Ag nanoparticle in separation of electron–hole pairs. | Xin Zhang Chenghao Wang Chengxi Yu Botao Teng Yiming He Leihong Zhao Maohong Fan | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Revisiting H/Pt(111) by a combined experimental study of the H-D exchange reaction and first-principles calculations显示文摘We report a detailed investigation of the behavior of chemisorbed hydrogen atoms (Ha) on Pt(111) by a combination of an ex-perimental study of the Ha + Da reaction and first-principles calculations. The coverage-dependent adsorption and desorption behavior of Ha and Da on Pt(111) have been systematically established and can be well interpreted in terms of repulsive inter-actions between adsorbates. Ha adsorbs exclusively on the face-centered cubic (fcc) sites of Pt(111) at coverages not exceeding 1 monolayer (ML). With increasing Ha coverage, repulsive interactions between Ha increase, leading to a reduction in both the adsorption energy and the desorption activation energy. It is proposed that the lateral interactions within a Ha layer are partly induced by the local repulsive interactions due to high mobility of Ha on Pt(111). For the Ha + Da exchange reaction on Pt(111),it is found that Ha has a higher selectivity for HD formation than Da. Considering that Ha diffuses much faster than Da on Pt(111),we propose that the difference in diffusion rates between Ha and Da may determine the selectivity of Ha and Da in forming HD in the Ha + Da reaction on Pt(111). | XU LingShun MA YunSheng ZHANG YuLin TENG BoTao JIANG ZhiQuan HUANG WeiXin | 2011 | Science China Chemistry2011,54,5: | 0 |
| 11 | A SLC31A1-MEK-DNMT1-miR-124 feedback loop contributes to pancreatic cancer progression显示文摘Although the role of copper (Cu) in promoting KRas- or BRaf-mutation driven cancers via activating MEK1/2 kinases is known, the mechanism by which the copper transporter SLC31A1 (CTR1) is upregulated in pancreatic cancer (PDAC, KRas mutation) is not defined. In this study, we provide evidence that MEK signal maintains a high level of SLC31A1 through silencing the expression of miR-124-3P (miR-124) via a novel MEK-DNMT1-miR-124 feedback loop in PDAC cells. Further, we reveal that miR-124 directly targets suppression of SLC31A1, and miR-124 introduction together with tetrathiomolybdate (TM) treatment hampered pancreatic cancer growth in vitro and in vivo. Our results demonstrate that a SLC31A1-MEK-DNMT1-miR-124 feedback loop is an important pathway to maintain copper absorption and promote pancreatic cancer progression, and we hope to provide a Cu-chelation as an adjuvant treatment strategy, to block the progression in Kras mutant PDAC patients. | Jing Jin Mingjun Ma Bingru Yan Botao Qiu Shounan Lu Lin Yang Yuzhe Nie Sheng Tai Ze Yu Chun-Bo Teng | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,3: | 0 |
