| 2 | High energy-storage properties of Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3-BaTiO_3-SrTi_(0.875)Nb_(0.1)O_3 lead-free relaxor ferroelectrics显示文摘New lead-free ferroelectric(0.94-x)Bio_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3-0.06 BaTiO_(3-x)SrTi_(0.875)Nb_(0.1)O_3(BNBT-STN,x = 0 and 0.2)are synthesized by using a solid state reaction process. In this work, an obvious evolution of dielectric relaxation behavior and slim P-E hysteresis loops with high Pmax and low Pr is observed for BNBT-0.2 STN,indicating the dominant of ergodic relaxor phase with dynamic polar nano-regions(PNRs). A relatively large recoverable energy density(Wrec = 1.17 J/cm^3) with high energy efficiency(η= 91%) is obtained. Furthermore, it shows small variation(9%) in the temperature range of 30-150 ℃ and fatigue-free behavior,which can be attributed to the absence of ferroelectric domain in the relaxor phase. | 5 | Freeze-drying and hot-pressing strategy to embed two-dimensional Ti_(0.87)O_(2) monolayers in commercial polypropylene films with enhanced dielectric properties显示文摘The dielectric capacitor has been widely used in advanced electronic and electrical power systems due to its capability of ultrafast charging–discharging and ultrahigh power density.Nevertheless,its energy density is still limited by the low dielectric constant(≈2.2)of the commercial dielectric polypropylene(PP).The conventional enhancement strategy by embedding inorganic fillers in PP matrix is still difficult and challenging due to that PP hardly dissolves in any inorganic/organic solvent.In this work,we develop a new strategy including freeze-drying,surface functionalization,and hot-pressing to incorporate Ti_(0.87)O_(2) monolayers in PP film.A series of uniform composited Ti_(0.87)O_(2)@PP film has been successfully fabricated with Ti0.87O2 content range of 0–15 wt%.The maximum dielectric constant of the as-prepared Ti_(0.87)O_(2)@PP film is 3.27 when the Ti_(0.87)O_(2) content is 9 wt%,which is about 1.5 times higher than that of pure PP.Our study provides a feasible strategy to embed two-dimensional material into commercial PP thin-film with superior dielectric performance for practical application. | Wenchao Tian Fei Yan Cailing Cai Zeyi Wu Chenchen Zhang Ting Yin Sijia Lao Linfeng Hu | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,2: | 1 |

| 9 | Tailoring morphology symmetry of bismuth vanadate photocatalysts for efficient charge separation显示文摘Although spatial charge separation between different facets of semiconductor crystals has been recognized as a general strategy in photocatalysis, the vital role of crystal morphology symmetry in charge separation properties still remains elusive. Herein,taking monoclinic bismuth vanadate(BiVO_(4)) as a platform, we found distinct charge separation difference via rationally tailoring the morphology symmetry from octahedral to truncated octahedral crystals. For octahedral BiVO_(4), photogenerated electrons and holes can be separated between edges and quasi-equivalent facets. However, as for truncated octahedral crystals,photogenerated electrons tend to transfer to {010} facets while photogenerated holes prefer to accumulate on {120} facets, thus realizing the spatial separation of photogenerated charge between different facets. Morphology tailoring of BiVO_(4) crystals leads to a significantly improved photogenerated charge separation efficiency and photocatalytic water oxidation activity. The built-in electric field for driving the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes is considered to be modulated by tuning the morphology symmetry of BiVO_(4) crystals. | 11 | Oxygen vacancy migration and its lattice structural origin in A-site non-stoichiometric bismuth sodium titanate perovskites显示文摘Off-stoichiometry of perovskite structural Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT)ferroelectrics can give rise to considerable oxide-ion conductivity.The inherent structural characteristics are urgent to be resolved due to its particular sensitivity of the conduction mechanism to the nominal composition and synthesis process.Herein,a thorough study of the temperature-dependent neutron,X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrum is carried out on a series of equivalently substituted A-site deficient non-stoichiometric and pristine BNT.Phase transition and defect association are systemically investigated in these dominated rhombohedral phases at room temperature,associated with well saturated ferroelectric states.Significant structural evolution identified by Rietveld refinements and the origin of the electrical performance are clarified at elevated temperatures,focusing on the subtle distortions of ionic displacements,oxygen octahedral tilts and local chemical environments for oxygen vacancies.The ion migration ability mediated by oxygen vacancies that are not energetically favorable in BNT mainly depends on the external substitutional disorder,and is strongly affected by the dopant concentration.Together with the lone pair substitution concept,superior oxide ionic conductivity is achieved,and an alternative strategy is provided in designing BNT based oxide ion conductors. | Jing Shi Xiao Liu Fangyuan Zhu Wenchao Tian Yuanhua Xia Tangyuan Li Rongrong Rao Tao Zhang Laijun Liu | 2022 | Journal of Materiomics2022,8,3: | 0 |
