1Dynamic blood single-cell immune responses in patients with COVID-19显示文摘The 2019 coronavirus disease(COVID-19)outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is an ongoing global health emergency.However,the virus'pathogenesis remains unclear,and there is no cure for the disease.We investigated the dynamic changes of blood immune response in patients with COVID-19 at different stages by using 5'gene expression,T cell receptor(TCR),and B cell receptors(BCR)V(D)J transcriptome analysis at a single-cell resolution.We obtained single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)data of 341,420 peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and 185,430 donotypic T cells and 28,802 donotypic B cells from 25 samples of 16 patients with COVID-19 for dynamic studies.In addition,we used three control samples.We found expansion of dendritic cells(DCs),CD14+monocytes,and megakaryocytes progenitor cells(MP)/platelets and a reduction of naive CD4+T lymphocytes in patients with COVID-19,along with a significant decrease of CD8+T lymphocytes,and natural killer cells(NKs)in patients in critical condition.The type I interferon(IFN-I),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and ferroptosis pathways were activated while the disease was active,and recovered gradually after patient conditions improved.Consistent with this finding,the mRNA level of IFN-I signal-induced gene IFI27 was significantly increased in patients with COVID-19 compared with that of the controls in a validation cohort that included 38 patients and 35 controls.The concentration of interferon-a(IFN-a)in the serum of patients with COVID-19 increased significantly compared with that of the controls in an additional cohort of 215 patients with COVID-19 and 106 controls,further suggesting the important role of the IFN-I pathway in the immune response of COVID-19.TCR and BCR sequences analyses indicated that patients with COVID-19 developed specific immune responses against SARS-CoV-2 antigens.Our study reveals a dynamic landscape of human blood immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection,providing clues for therapeutic potentials in treating COVID-19.Lulin Huang Yi Shi Bo Gong Li Jiang Zhixin Zhang Xiaoqi Liu Jialiang Yang Yongquan He Zhilin Jiang Ling Zhong Juan Tang Chunfang You Qi Jiang Bo Long Tao Zeng Mei Luo Fanwei Zeng Fanxin Zeng Shuqiang Wang Xingxiang Yang Zhenglin Yang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4:4

8Stormwater Runoff Pollution in a Rural Township in the Hilly Area of the Central Sichuan Basin,China显示文摘Stormwater runoff in rural townships has a high potential for water quality impairment but little information is available on strormwater runoff pollution from rural townships.To investigate the characteristics of runoff pollution in a rural township,a catchment(2.32 ha) in Linshan Township,Sichuan,China was selected to examine runoff and quality parameters including precipitation,flow rate,and total nitrogen(TN),dissolved nitrogen(DN),total phosphorus(TP),dissolved phosphorus(DP),particulate phosphorus(PP),chemical oxygen demand(COD) and suspended solid(SS) in 12 rainfall events occurring between June 2006 and July 2007.Results show that the annual pollutant loads were 47.17 kg ha-1 for TN,6.64 kg ha-1 for TP,1186 kg ha-1 for COD,and 4297 kg ha-1 for SS.DN and PP were the main forms of nitrogen and phosphorus in stormwater runoff.TP,COD and SS showed medium mass first flushes,in which nearly 40% of the total pollutant masses were transported by the first 30% of total flow volume.The peak of pollutant concentration appeared before the peak of runoff due to the first flush of accumulative pollutants in impervious areas and drainage ditches.The EMC values of TN,TP,DN and PP were negatively correlated to the maximum rainfall intensity,precipitation,total flow volume,and runoff duration(P<0.05,n=12),while EMC of COD and SS were not related to any rainfall characteristics.The FF30(FF,First Flush) for TN,TP,COD and SS were positively correlated to the maximum rainfall intensity(P<0.05,n=12),and TP was also positively correlated to the average rainfall intensity(P<0.05,n=12),indicating that the magnitude of first flush increased with the rainfall intensity in the Linshan Township.LUO Zhuanxi WANG Tao GAO Meirong TANG Jialiang ZHU Bo 2012Journal of Mountain Science2012,9,1:1
9Iodine-assisted ultrafast growth of high-quality monolayer MoS_(2) with sulfur-terminated edges显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors have attracted great attention to extend Moore’s law,which motivates the quest for fast growth of high-quality materials.However,taking MoS_(2) as an example,current methods yield 2D MoS_(2) with a low growth rate and poor quality with vacancy concentrations three to five orders of magnitude higher than silicon and other commercial semiconductors.Here,we develop a strategy of using an intermediate product of iodine as a transport agent to carry metal precursors efficiently for ultrafast growth of high-quality MoS_(2).The grown MoS_(2) has the lowest density of sulfur vacancies(~1.41×10^(12) cm^(−2))reported so far and excellent electrical properties with high on/off current ratios of 108 and carrier mobility of 175 cm^(2) V^(−1) s^(−1).Theoretical calculations show that by incorporating iodine,the nucleation barrier of MoS_(2) growth with sulfur-terminated edges reduces dramatically.The sufficient supply of precursor and low nucleation energy together boost the ultrafast growth of sub-millimeter MoS_(2) domains within seconds.This work provides an effective method for the ultrafast growth of 2D semiconductors with high quality,which will promote their applications.Qinke Wu Jialiang Zhang Lei Tang Usman Khan Huiyu Nong Shilong Zhao Yujie Sun Rongxu Zheng Rongjie Zhang Jingwei Wang Junyang Tan Qiangmin Yu Liqiong He Shisheng Li Xiaolong Zou Hui-Ming Cheng Bilu Liu 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0
10Model-Driven Deep Learning for Massive Space-Domain Index Modulation MIMO Detection显示文摘In this paper,a powerful model-driven deep learning framework is exploited to overcome the challenge of multi-domain signal detection in spacedomain index modulation(SDIM)based multiple input multiple output(MIMO)systems.Specifically,we use orthogonal approximate message passing(OAMP)technique to develop OAMPNet,which is a novel signal recovery mechanism in the field of compressed sensing that effectively uses the sparse property from the training SDIM samples.For OAMPNet,the prior probability of the transmit signal has a significant impact on the obtainable performance.For this reason,in our design,we first derive the prior probability of transmitting signals on each antenna for SDIMMIMO systems,which is different from the conventional massive MIMO systems.Then,for massive MIMO scenarios,we propose two novel algorithms to avoid pre-storing all active antenna combinations,thus considerably improving the memory efficiency and reducing the related overhead.Our simulation results show that the proposed framework outperforms the conventional optimization-driven based detection algorithms and has strong robustness under different antenna scales.Ping Yang Qin Yi Yiqian Huang Jialiang Fu Yue Xiao Wanbin Tang 2023China Communications2023,20,10:0
