1Fairness-Oriented Hybrid Precoding for Massive MIMO Maritime Downlink Systems with Large-Scale CSIT显示文摘Different from conventional cellular networks, a maritime communication base station(BS) has to cover a much wider area due to the limitation of available BS sites. Accordingly the performance of users far away from the BS is poor in general. This renders the fairness among users a challenging issue for maritime communications. In this paper, we consider a practical massive MIMO maritime BS with hybrid digital and analog precoding. Only the large-scale channel state information at the transmitter(CSIT) is considered so as to reduce the implementation complexity and overhead of the system. On this basis, we address the problem of fairness-oriented precoding design. A max-min optimization problem is formulated and solved in an iterative way. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme performs much better than conventional hybrid precoding algorithms in terms of minimum achievable rate of all the users, for the typical three-ray maritime channel model.Chengxiao Liu Wei Feng Te Wei Ning Ge 2018China Communications2018,15,1:23

3Effect of atorvastatin on expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in atherosclerotic rabbits显示文摘Objective:To study the effect of atorvastatin on atherosclerotic rabbits.Methods:A total of 60 Now Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and atorvastatin group.The replication rabbit atherosclerotic model with immune injury combined with a high fat diet feeding was used.All rabbits were sacrificed after 3 months.TLR4 and NF-κB p65 were observed by HE staining,immunohistochemistry and western blotting.Results: The expression of TLR4,NF- k B p65 were significantly increased in the model group compared widi the normal group.The expression of TI.R4 and NK- k B p65 decreased significantly in the atorvastatin group,and there was no difference compared with the normal group.Conclusions: The effect of atorvastatin on adierosclerosis may be achieved by the inhibition of the expression of TLK4 and NF-κB p65.Ding-Zhu Shen San-Li Xin Chuan Chen Te Liu 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2013,6,6:8
4Differentiation of illicit drugs with THz time-domain spectroscopy显示文摘The terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS) was used for sensing and identifying illicit drugs.The absorption spectra of seven illicit drug samples(morphine and its hydrochloride,cocaine hydrochloride,codeine phosphate,papaverine hydrochloride,pethidine hydrochloride,and thebaine) were studied by THz-TDS at 0.3-2.0 THz at room temperature.The geometric structure and vibration frequencies of morphine were calculated by density functional theory.The four absorption features were dominated by intra-/inter-molecular collective or lattice vibration modes.Each illicit drug has a distinct signature in its THz spectra.The results indicate that the THz-TDS can be used to identify and discriminate illicit drugs by their characteristic fingerprints.LIU Guifeng MA Shihua JI Te ZHAO Hongwei WANG Wenfeng 2010Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,4:7

6Decomposition of hexachlorobenzene over Al_2O_3 supported metal oxidecatalysts显示文摘Decomposition of hexachlorobenzene(HCB)was investigated over several metal oxides(i.e.,MgO,CaO,BaO,La2O3,CeO2,MnO2, Fe2O3,and Co3O4)supported on Al2O3,which was achieved in closed system at a temperature of 300°C.Catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation with different metal oxides loading and impregnating solvents.The decomposition effciency of different catalysts for this reaction depends on the nature of the metal oxide used,and Al2O3 supported La2O3 was found to be the most active one.Pentachlorobenzene(PeCB),and all tetrachlorobenzene(TeCB),trichlorobenzene(TrCB),and dichlorobenzene(DCB)isomers were detected after the decomposition reaction,indicating that the decomposition was mainly a dechlorination process.The detection of all lower chlorinated benzenes suggested the complexity of decomposition and the presence of more than one dechlorination pathway.Lifei ZHANG Minghui ZHENG Bing ZHANG Wenbin LIU Lirong GAO Te BA Zhiyuan REN Guijin SU 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,12:4
7Paris saponin Ⅶ,a direct activator of AMPK,induces autophagy and exhibits therapeutic potential in non-small-cell lung cancer显示文摘Paris saponinⅦ(PSⅦ),a bioactive constituent extracted from Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.,is cytotoxic to several cancer types.This study was designed to explore whether PSⅦprevents non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)proliferation and to investigate its molecular target.AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)has been implicated in the activation of autophagy in distinct tissues.In cultured human NSCLC cell lines,PSⅦinduces autophagy by activating AMPK and inhibiting m TOR signaling.Furthermore,PSⅦ-induced autophagy activation was reversed by the AMPK inhibitor compound C.Computational docking analysis showed that PSⅦdirectly interacted with the allosteric drug and metabolite site of AMPK to stabilize its activation.Microscale thermophoresis assay and drug affinity responsive target stability assay further confirmed the high affinity between PSⅦand AMPK.In summary,PSⅦacts as a direct AMPK activator to induce cell autophagy,which inhibits the growth of NSCLC cells.In the future,PSⅦtherapy should be applied to treat patients with NSCLC.XIANG Yu-Chen SHEN Jie SI Yuan LIU Xue-Wen ZHANG Liang WEN Jun ZHANG Te YU Qing-Qing LU Jun-Fei XIANG Ke LIU Ying 2021Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2021,19,3:4
8Design and optimization of DBR in 980 nm bottom-emitting VCSEL显示文摘According to the theory of DBR,with the P-type DBR as an example,the electrical characteristics and optical reflection of the DBR are analyzed by studying the energy band structure with various graded region widths and doping densities. The width and doping density of graded region are decided through a comparative study. The P-type DBR of 980 nm VCSELs is designed with Al0.9Ga0.1As and Al0.1Ga0.9As selected as the high and low refractive index material for the DBR. The 980 nm bottom VCSELs,which consists of 30 pairs P-type DBR and 28 pairs N-type DBR,are then fabricated. In P-type DBR,the width of graded region is 0.02 μm and the uniformity doping concentration is 2.5×1018cm-3. Its reflectivity is 99.9%. In N-type DBR,the width of graded region is also 0.02 μm and the uniformity doping concen-tration is 2×1018cm-3. Its reflectivity is 99.3%. The I-V curve shows that the series resistance of the device is about 0.05 Ω. 10Controlling plasmon‐exciton interactions through photothermal reshaping显示文摘We investigated the plasmon-exciton interactions in an individual gold nanorod(GNR)with monolayer MoS2 at room temperature with the single-particle spectroscopy technique.To control the plasmon-exciton interaction,we tuned the local surface plasmon resonance of an individual GNR in-situ by employing the photothermal reshaping effect.The scattering spectra of the GNR-MoS2 hybrids exhibited two dips at the frequencies of the A and B excitons of monolayer MoS2,which were caused by the plasmon-induced resonance energy transfer effect.The resonance energy transfer rate increased when the surface plasmon resonance of the nanorod matched well with the exciton transition energy.Also,we demonstrated that the plasmon-enhanced fluorescence process dominated the photoluminescence of the GNR-MoS2 hybrid.These results provide a flexible way to control the plasmon-exciton interaction in an all-solid-state operating system at room temperature.Aiqin Hu Shuai Liu Jingyi Zhao Te Wen Weidong Zhang Qihuang Gong Yongqiang Meng Yu Ye Guowei Lu 2020Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,1:2
