| 1 | Precise carbon structure control by salt template for high performance sodium-ion storage显示文摘Carbon materials are considered to be one of the most promising anode materials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),but the well-ordered graphitic structure limits the intercalation of sodium ions.Besides,the sluggish intercalation kinetics of sodium ions impedes the rate performance.Thus,the precise structure control of carbon materials is important to improve the battery performance.Herein,a 3D porous hard-soft composite carbon(3DHSC)was prepared using the NaCl as the template and phenolic resin and pitch as carbon precursors.The NaCl template restrains the growth of the graphite crystallite during the carbonization process,resulting in small graphitic domains with expanded interlayer spacing which is favorable for the sodium storage.Moreover,the Na Cl templates help to create abundant mesopores and macropores for fast sodium ion diffusion.The porous structure and the graphite crystalline structure can be precisely controlled by simply adjusting the mass ratio of Na Cl,and thus,the suitable structure can be prepared to reach high capacity and rate performance while keeping a relatively high Coulombic efficiency.Typically,a high reversible capacity(215 mA h g^(-1)at 0.05 A g^(-1)),an excellent rate capability(97 mA h g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)),and a high initial Coulombic efficiency(60%)are achieved. | Dong Qiu Tengfei Cao Jun Zhang Si-Wei Zhang Dequn Zheng Haoliang Wu Wei Lv Feiyu Kang Quan-Hong Yang | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4: | 3 |
| 2 | Photon-counting distributed free-space spectroscopy显示文摘Spectroscopy is a well-established nonintrusive tool that has played an important role in identifying and quantifying substances,from quantum descriptions to chemical and biomedical diagnostics.Challenges exist in accurate spectrum analysis in free space,which hinders us from understanding the composition of multiple gases and the chemical processes in the atmosphere.A photon-counting distributed free-space spectroscopy is proposed and demonstrated using lidar technique,incorporating a comb-referenced frequency-scanning laser and a superconducting nanowire single-photon detector.It is suitable for remote spectrum analysis with a range resolution over a wide band.As an example,a continuous field experiment is carried out over 72 h to obtain the spectra of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and semi-heavy water(HDO,isotopic water vapor)in 6 km,with a range resolution of 60 m and a time resolution of 10 min.Compared to the methods that obtain only column-integrated spectra over kilometer-scale,the range resolution is improved by 2-3 orders of magnitude in this work.The CO_(2)and HDO concentrations are retrieved from the spectra acquired with uncertainties as low as±1.2%and±14.3%,respectively.This method holds much promise for increasing knowledge of atmospheric environment and chemistry researches,especially in terms of the evolution of complex molecular spectra in open areas. | Saifen Yu Zhen Zhang Haiyun Xia Xiankang Dou Tengfei Wu Yihua Hu Manyi Li Mingjia Shangguan Tianwen Wei Lijie Zhao Lu Wang Pu Jiang Chengjun Zhang Lixing You Leigang Tao Jiawei Qiu | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,11: | 1 |

| 4 | Fault prediction of combine harvesters based on stacked denoising autoencoders显示文摘Accurate fault prediction is essential to ensure the safety and reliability of combine harvester operation.In this study,a combine harvester fault prediction method based on a combination of stacked denoising autoencoders(SDAE)and multi-classification support vector machines(SVM)is proposed to predict combine harvester faults by extracting operational features of key combine components.In general,SDAE contains autoencoders and uses a deep network architecture to learn complex non-linear input-output relationships in a hierarchical manner.Selected features are fed into the SDAE network,deep-level features of the input parameters are extracted by SDAE,and an SVM classifier is then added to its top layer to achieve combine harvester fault prediction.The experimental results show that the method can achieve accurate and efficient combine harvester fault prediction.In particular,the experiments used Gaussian noise with a distribution center of 0.05 to corrupt the test data samples obtained by random sampling of the whole population,and the results showed that the prediction accuracy of the method was 95.31%,which has better robustness and generalization ability compared to SVM(77.03%),BP(74.61%),and SAE(90.86%). | Zhaomei Qiu Gaoxiang Shi Bo Zhao Xin Jin Liming Zhou Tengfei Ma | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2: | 0 |
| 5 | KCNH2 regulates the growth and metastasis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Objective:Due to the characteristics of insidious onset and early metastasis of pancreatic cancer(PC),patients are often diag-nosed at an advanced stage and often delayed in completing surgical resection timely,resulting in poor prognosis.Therefore,this study aims to explore the expression of potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 2(KCNH2)in PC and its relation-ship with clinicopathological parameters and the related mechanisms.Methods:GEPIA database and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze the difference in KCNH2 expression be-tween PC and adjacent tissue in RNA and protein levels.Chi-squared test was used to evaluate the relationship between KCNH2 expression and clinicopathological features.The Cox regression model was used for multivariate analysis and univariate analysis.Histological diagnosis was performed according to World Health Organization(WHO)criteria to evaluate the relationship between KCNH2 expression and clinicopathological features.Results:KCNH2 expression was upregulated in PC compared with normal pancreatic tissue.In addition,the knockdown of KCNH2 inhibits PC cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation and promotes their apopto-sis.In addition,clinical data showed that the abnormal expression of KCNH2 in PC was related to the tumor stage.Patients with high expression of KCNH2 had a poor prognosis.Conclusions:KCNH2 is expected to be a novel targeted molecule in treating PC. | Jinghao Lei Qiang Wang Tengfei Qu Lichao Cha Hanxiang Zhan Jianwei Xu Shanglong Liu Lantian Tian Chuandong Sun Jingyu Cao Fabo Qiu Weidong Guo Bin Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Electraesalopsis beuteli gen. & sp. nov., the first lucanid beetle from the Cretaceous Burmese amber(Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea)显示文摘Absract The first stag beetle found in Cretaceous Myanmar amber, Electraesalopsis beuteli Bai, Zhang & Qiu gen. & sp. nov., is described and illustrated on the basis of one well-preserved specimen. This specimen provides more detailed morphological characters compared with compression fossils, e.g. the highly setose antennae and the punctured elytra. However, the systematic position of the new genus is still questionable and we provisionally place it as Lucanidae incertae sedis. In addition, the discovery of Electraesalopsis Bai, Zhang & Qiu gen. nov. also indicates that there is very high biodiversity in Burmese amber. | 7 | Design and experiment of conical diversion virus-free potato minituber precision seed-metering device显示文摘In order to accelerate the development of sowing mechanization of virus-free potato minituber,a conical diversion virus-free potato minituber precision seed-metering Device was designed according to the structural characteristics and agronomic requirements of virus-free potato minituber.The device is mainly composed of conical turntable,transmission shaft,outer baffle of seed-metering Device,baffle,seed outlet,seed cleaning device,type hole,etc.The working principle of conical diversion precision seed-metering device for virus-free potato minituber was expounded,and the stress analysis of virus-free potato minituber in each region was carried out.By EDEM discrete element simulation software,the structure of the type hole is optimized to determine the optimal structure of the type hole and according to the physical characteristics of virus-free potato minituber,the single factor experiments of the effects of length of type hole,cone disc speed and cone disc angle on seed filling performance were completed.The orthogonal regression test was carried out with the length of type hole,cone disc speed,and cone disc angle as the test objects,and the leakage rate and qualified rate as the response indexes.The regression models of leakage rate,replay rate,and qualified rate were established,and the parameters of the regression model were optimized.The optimal parameter combination is that the length of type hole is 33.61 mm,the cone disc speed is 6.35 r/min,and the cone disc angle is 26.59°.Bench test was carried out under the optimal conditions,the leakage rate was 3.80%,the replay rate was 0.80%,and the qualified rate was 95.40%,which was basically consistent with the prediction results of the regression model,and met the requirements of precision sowing of virus-free potato minituber. | Zhaomei Qiu Shanshan Jin Xin Jin Jiangtao Ji Tengfei Ma | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3: | 0 |
