| 1 | 起垄措施对重度盐碱化草地土壤水盐和植被状况的影响显示文摘通过对起垄处理5年(2003-2007年)后的重度苏打盐碱化草地土壤水盐分布、物理特性及植被状况等相关指标的测定,探讨了起垄措施对重度苏打盐碱化草地的改良效果。结果表明:与自然状态下的土壤相比,起垄提高了0-30 cm内垄沟和垄台的表层土壤含水量,垄沟的土壤电导率(EC)及pH呈现出一定程度的降低,其中0-10cm内的土壤EC显著降低(P〈0.05),但是垄台土壤EC,pH升高,其土壤表面出现积盐现象,地表出现条带状碱斑;起垄后垄沟、垄台的土壤物理状况得到改善,其中垄沟0-10 cm的土壤容重显著降低而土壤孔隙度显著提高(P〈0.05);起垄还提高了地表植被生物量和植被盖度。因此,起垄措施的应用加快了重度盐碱化草地的改良进程。 | 关法春 苗彦军 Tianfang Bernie Fang 兰小中 梁正伟 | 2010 | 草地学报2010,18,6: | 10 |
| 2 | Wrist-ankle acupuncture and Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of WAA combined with fluoxetine in the clinical treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).METHODS: In this randomized, controlled and single-blind trial, 105 PSD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three equal groups: Thin wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)group(Thin WAA needle + Fluoxetine), Thick WAA group(Thick WAA needle + Fluoxetine), and Sham WAA group(sham WAA needle + Fluoxetine). In this trial, the primary outcome was Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), while the secondary outcomes included Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(QQL).RESULTS: Ninety nine PSD patients completed all the treatment. The HAMD scores and SDS scores of all the three groups decreased after treatment(P <0.05);thick WAA group and thin WAA group decreased more obviously than the sham WAA group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the QQL scores of the three groups(P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the three scales between the thick wrist ankle needles and the thin wrist ankle needles(P >0.05).CONCLUSION: The present study showed that WAA combined with fluoxetine can relieve the symptoms of depression after stroke. | 3 | Guidelines on common cold for Traditional Chinese Medicine based on pattern differentiation显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To establish the guidelines on common cold treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in terms of pattern identification. METHODS: The guidelines were formulated by using the basic patterns of common cold in ChinaPharmacopeia integrated with findings from systematic literature review and the experts' consensus on the issue in question. RESULTS: Common cold was divided into four patterns in the guidelines. The medications were recommended respectively: Ganmaoqingre granule for wind-cold exterior syndrome,Yinqiaojiedu granule for wind-heat exterior syndrome, Huoxiangzhengqi Wan for summer-heat dampness exterior syndrome and Shensu Wan for wind-cold exterior syndrome accompanied with Qi deficiency. CONCLUSION: The guidelines were primarily derived from the practice experience of TCM and the experts' consensus. The process was not strictly evidence-based because of lacking enough clinical studies. | 8 | Self-sacrificial template synthesis of Fe, N co-doped porous carbon as efficient oxygen reduction electrocatalysts towards Zn-air battery application显示文摘Designing highly efficient non-precious based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is of significance for the rapid development of metal-air batteries.Herein,a hydrothermal-pyrolysis method is employed to fabricate Fe,N co-doped porous carbon materials as effective ORR electrocatalyst through adopting graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)) as both the self-sacrificial templates and N sources.The gC_(3)N_(4)provides a high concentration of unsaturated pyridine-type N to coordinate with iron to form Fe-N active sites.Through adjusting the Fe doping amounts,it is proved that appropriate Fe doping content is conducive to the construction of abundant defects and active sites of Fe-N.The as-prepared catalyst exhibits superior electrocatalytic ORR performance in alkaline media with half-wave potential(E_(1/2)=0.82 V) and onset potential(E_(onset)=0.95 V),equivalent to the commercial Pt/C catalyst.Moreover,there is almost no activity loss after 10 k continuous cyclic voltammetry cycles and methanol tolerance,indicating the excellent durability and superior methanol tolerance.Remarkably,when assembled as the cathode in a Zn-air battery,the device displays a power density of 99 mW/cm^(2),an open-circuit potential of 1.48 V and long-term discharge-charge cycling stability,indicating the promising potential to substitute the Pt catalyst for practical application. | Tianfang Yang Ye Chen Yang Liu Xupo Liu Shuyan Gao | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4: | 1 |
| 9 | Chinese herbal medicine combined with nucleotide analogues for compensated HBV-related cirrhosis: a systematic review of randomized controlled trials显示文摘Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) plus nucleotide analogues (NAs) for treating compensated HBV-related cirrhosis,the early stage of cirrhosis.Methods:PubMed,Cochrane library,China Network Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI),Chinese Scientific Journals Database (VIP),Wan Fang Database and Sino-Med Database were searched.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-RCTs comparing NAs and NAs plus CHM therapy on patients with compensated HBV-related cirrhosis were included.Two reviewers independently extracted information and assessed the methodological quality of the trials.Different CHM herbal formulas used in the trials were considered.Primary metaanalysis was conducted when there were at least two trials comparing the same CHM formula.Results:Forty-five trials comprising 3497 participants were included.The quality of most of the trials was moderate or low.Twenty-six herbal formulations were identified.A meta analysis was conducted for compound Biejia Ruangan (FFBJ),Dahuang Zhechong (DHZC),and Fuzheng Huayu (FZHY).The results of the subgroup analysis showed a beneficial effect of FFBJ plus entecavir (ETV),and DHZC plus adefovir dipivoxil (ADV) on hyaluronic acid (HA);FFBJ plus ADV on laminin (LN);and FZHY plus ADV on HA,LN,and precollagen type Ⅲ (PC-Ⅲ).The results from other studies suggested significant benefits of CHM plus NAs compared with NAs alone,except those on albumin (ALB).None of the trials evaluated the quality of life or reported severe adverse events.Conclusions:A positive effect was found for FFBJ plus ETV,DHZC plus ADV,and FZHY plus ADV on HA;FZHY plus ADV and FFBJ plus ADV on LN;and FZHY plus ADV on PCⅢ compared with the effects of NAs used alone. | Tingting Li Tianfang Wang Yutong Fei Xiaolin Xue Xiuyan Wu | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,1: | 1 |

| 19 | Applying latent tree analysis to classify Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes(Zheng)in patients with psoriasis vulgaris显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To treat patients with psoriasis vulgaris using Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),one must stratify patients into subtypes(known as TCM syndromes or Zheng)and apply appropriate TCM treatments to different subtypes.However,no unified symptom-based classification scheme of subtypes(Zheng)exists for psoriasis vulgaris.The present paper aims to classify patients with psoriasis vulgaris into different subtypes via the analysis of clinical TCM symptom and sign data.METHODS:A cross-sectional survey was carried out in Beijing from 2005-2008,collecting clinical TCM symptom and sign data from 2764 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Roughly 108 symptoms and signs were initially analyzed using latent tree analysis,with a selection of the resulting latent variables then used as features to cluster patients into subtypes.RESULTS:The initial latent tree analysis yielded a model with 43 latent variables.The second phase of the analysis divided patients into three subtype groups with clear TCM Zheng connotations:'blood deficiency and wind dryness';'blood heat';and'blood stasis'.CONCLUSIONS:Via two-phase analysis of clinic symptom and sign data,three different Zheng subtypes were identified for psoriasis vulgaris.Statistical characteristics of the three subtypes are presented.This constitutes an evidence-based solution to the syndromedifferentiation problem that exists with psoriasis vulgaris. | XU Wenjie ZHANG Nevin L.
