1Giant and light modifiable third-order optical nonlinearity in a free-standing h-BN film显示文摘Recently,hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)has become a promising nanophotonic platform for on-chip information devices due to the practicability in generating optically stable,ultra-bright quantum emitters.For an integrated information-processing chip,high optical nonlinearity is indispensable for various fundamental functionalities,such as all-optical modulation,high order harmonic generation,optical switching and so on.Here we study the third-order optical nonlinearity of free-standing h-BN thin films,which is an ideal platform for on-chip integration and device formation without the need of transfer.The films were synthesized by a solution-based method with abundant functional groups enabling high third-order optical nonlinearity.Unlike the highly inert pristine h-BN films synthesized by conventional methods,the free-standing h-BN films could be locally oxidized upon tailored femtosecond laser irradiation,which further enhances the third-order nonlinearity,especially the nonlinear refraction index,by more than 20 times.The combination of the free-standing h-BN films with laser activation and patterning capability establishes a new promising platform for high performance on-chip photonic devices with modifiable optical performance.Jun Ren Han Lin Xiaorui Zheng Weiwei Lei Dan Liu Tianling Ren Pu Wang Baohua Jia 2022Opto-Electronic Science2022,1,6:3
2Lactate:a prospective target for therapeutic intervention in psychiatric disease显示文摘Although antipsychotics that act via monoaminergic neurotransmitter modulation have considera ble therapeutic effect,they cannot completely relieve clinical symptoms in patients suffering from psychiatric disorde rs.This may be attributed to the limited range of neurotransmitters that are regulated by psychotropic drugs.Recent findings indicate the need for investigation of psychotropic medications that target less-studied neurotransmitte rs.Among these candidate neurotransmitters,lactate is developing from being a waste metabolite to a glial-neuronal signaling molecule in recent years.Previous studies have suggested that cerebral lactate levels change considerably in numerous psychiatric illnesses;animal experiments have also shown that the supply of exogenous la ctate exerts an antidepressant effect.In this review,we have described how medications targeting newer neurotransmitte rs offer promise in psychiatric diseases;we have also summarized the advances in the use of lactate(and its corresponding signaling pathways)as a signaling molecule.In addition,we have described the alterations in brain lactate levels in depression,anxiety,bipolar disorder,and schizophrenia and have indicated the challenges that need to be overcome before brain lactate can be used as a therapeutic target in psychopharmacology.Yanhui Cai Haiyun Guo Tianle Han Huaning Wang 2024Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,7:0
3ATOMIC LAYER DEPOSITION HfO_(2)FILM USED AS BUFFER LAYER OF THE Pt/(Bi_(0.95)Nd_(0.05))(Fe_(0.95)Mn_(0.05))O_(3)/HfO_(2)/Si CAPACITORS FOR FeFET APPLICATION显示文摘Neodymium and manganese doped BiFeO_(3)-(Bi_(0.95)Nd_(0.05))(Fe_(0.95)Mn_(0.05))O_(3)(BNFMO)ferro-electric film and HfO_(2)layer with different thickness were fabricated using metal-organic decomposition and atomic layer deposition(ALD)method,respectively.Metal ferroelectric-insulator-semiconductor(MFIS)capacitors with 200 nm thick BNFMO and 5 nm thick HfO_(2)layer on silicon substrate have been prepared and characterized.It is found that there is no distinct interdifusion and reaction occurring at the interface between BNFMO/HfO_(2)and HfO_(2)/Si.The capacitance-voltage(C-V)and leakage current properties of Pt/HfO_(2)/Si capacitors with different HfO_(2)thickness were studied.The MFIS structure showed clockwise C-V hysteresis loops due to the ferroelectric polarization of BNFMO.The maximum memory window is 5 V.The.leakage current of the Pt/BNFMO/HfO_(2)/Si capacitor was about 2.1×10^(-6)A/cm^(2)at an applied voltage of 4V.DAN XIE TINGTING FENG YAFENG LUO XUEGUANG HAN TIANLING REN MARKUS BOSUND SHUO LI VELI-MATTI AIRAKSINEN HARRI LIPSANEN SEPPO HONKANEN 2011Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2011,1,3:0
4Superplastic Tension Behavior of Dissimilar TC4/SP700 Laminate through Diffusion Bonding显示文摘Superplastic forming is a practical method to manufacture complex-shaped parts of titanium alloys with large deformation.Laminated parts of dissimilar titanium alloys fabricated by superplastic forming can achieve excellent performance by combining the advantages of components.This work displays the superplastic tension behavior and microstructural evolution of dissimilar TC4/SP700 laminate prepared by the diffusion bonding process.Two titanium alloys can achieve metallurgical bonding at parameters of 800℃/1 h/5 MPa.Except for dynamic recrystallization and grain growth behaviors upon superplastic tension,stress-induced phase transformation plays an important role inαtoβphase transformation apart from the elevated temperature.The superplastic deformation can be attributed to the grain boundary sliding accommodated multiplex motion of dislocations.In addition,the retained strengths of all dissimilar TC4/SP700 laminates after superplastic deformation with different strain rates and temperatures range from 807 to 890 MPa.Qianwen Zhang Tianle Li Yanbin Han Wei Zheng Xifeng Li Jianjun Wu 2024Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2024,37,2:0
