| 1 | Plasmonic tip internally excited via an azimuthal vector beam for surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘The synergy of a plasmonic tip and fiber-based structure light field excitation can provide a powerful tool for Raman examination. Here, we present a method of Raman spectrum enhancement with an Ag-nanoparticles(Ag-NPs)-coated fiber probe internally excited via an azimuthal vector beam(AVB), which is directly generated in a few-mode fiber by using an acoustically induced fiber grating. Theoretical analysis shows that gap mode can be effectively generated on the surface of the Ag-NPs-coated fiber probe excited via an AVB. The experimental result shows that the intensity of Raman signal obtained with analyte molecules of malachite green by exciting the Ag-NPs-coated fiber probe via an AVB is approximately eight times as strong as that via the linear polarization beam(LPB), and the activity of the AVB-excited fiber probe can reach 10^-11 mol∕L, which cannot be achieved by LPB excitation.Moreover, the time stability and reliability are also examined, respectively. | Min Liu Wending Zhang Fan fan Lu Tianyang Xue Xin Li Lu Zhang Dong Mao Ligang Huang Feng Gao Ting Mei Jianlin Zhao | 2019 | Photonics Research2019,7,5: | 3 |
| 2 | Azimuthal vector beam exciting silver triangular nanoprisms for increasing the performance of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)with high-sensitivity performance is a very necessary detection technology.Here,we present a method for increasing the performance of SERS based on silver triangular nanoprism arrays(ATNAs)vertically excited via a focused azimuthal vector beam(AVB).The ATNA substrates with different structural parameters are prepared based on the traditional self-assembled and modified film lift-off technique.Based on a theoretical model established adopting the structural parameters of the ATNA substrates,theoretical simulation results show that AVB excitation can achieve greater electric-field enhancement than linearly polarized beam(LPB)excitation.Experimental result indicates that SERS sensitivity obtained via AVB excitation is 10^-13M(1 M=1 mol/L)using rhodamine 6 G(R6 G)as the target analyte,which is 2 orders of magnitude lower than that of LPB excitation(10^-11M).Meanwhile,the uniformity and reproducibility of the ATNA substrates are examined using Raman mapping and batch-to-batch measurement,respectively,and the Raman enhancement factor is calculated to be^3.3×10^7.This method of vector light field excitation may be used to improve the SERS performance of the substrates in fields of ultra-sensitive Raman detection. | LU ZHANG WENDING ZHANG FANFAN LU ZHIQIANG YANG TIANYANG XUE MIN LIU CHAO MENG PENG LI DONG MAO TING MEI JIANLIN ZHAO | 2019 | Photonics Research2019,7,12: | 3 |

| 4 | Isobaric Vapor–Liquid Equilibrium for tert-Butyl Alcohol + Water + Propane-1,3-Diol + 1-Ethyl-3-Methylimidazolium Chloride at 101.3 kPa显示文摘In this study, we used a mixture of organic liquid propane-1,3-diol and ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([emim]Cl) as the entrainer to separate tert-butyl alcohol(TBA) + water. We measured the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) for the quaternary system TBA + water + propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl at 101.3 kPa, and found the VLE data to be well correlated with the nonrandom two-liquid model. These results show that the mixed solvent of propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl can increase the relative volatility of TBA to water and break the azeotropic point. | 5 | Pharmacological mechanisms of Yishen Xingyang capsule in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia in rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects and pharmacological mechanisms of Yishen Xingyang capsule(YXC)in oligoasthenospermia(OA)rats.Methods:Forty-eight male SpragueeDawley rats were randomly divided into eight groups of six rats each:normal control(NC);model control(MC);three different positive drug(PD);and low-,medium-,and high-dose YXC groups.A rat model of OA was established by administering glucosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F(GTW).After YXC administration,penile erectile function was observed.The epididymis,blood,and testes of the rats were harvested for analysis of sperm quality,sex hormone levels,mitochondrial membrane potential,and the transforming growth factor(TGF)-b1/Smad signaling pathway.Results:Compared with that in the MC group,penile erectile function in the YXC groups and three PD groups increased(all P<.01).Moreover,sperm quality in the YXC groups and three PD groups improved(all P<.001).The levels of testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in the three PD and YXC groups increased(all P<.05).The mitochondrial membrane potential in the three PD and YXC groups significantly improved(all P<.001).Furthermore,the YXC and three PD groups showed decreased TGF-b1 expression(all P<.05)compared with the MC group.The high-dose YXC group and three PD groups improved Smad2 and Smad4 expression(all P<.05).Conclusion:YXC improved penile erectile function and sperm quality in OA rats,and the underlying mechanism included increase in sex hormones,inhibition of sperm apoptosis,and regulation of the TGFb1/Smad signaling pathway.Meanwhile,this study provides a new effective drug option for the treatment of OA,which is beneficial to male reproductive health and social harmony. | Zhenghui Chang Xue Bai Yibo Tang Guimin Liu Dan Liu Xiaolei Fan Tianyang Tan Zhejun Liu Jinsheng Li Zhenquan Liu | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,1: | 0 |
