1Progress and trend of sensor technology for on-line oil monitoring显示文摘Oil monitoring constitutes an important and essential component of condition monitoring technologies and has distinguished advantages in revealing wear,lubrication and friction conditions of tribo-pairs.Newly developed on-line/in-line oil monitoring technologies extend the merits into real-time applications and demonstrate significant benefits in maintenance and management of equipment.This paper comprehensively reviews the progress of on-line/in-line oil monitoring techniques including sensor technologies,their scopes and industrial applications.Based on the existing developments and applications of the sensors for oil quality and wear debris measurements,the trends for future sensor developments are discussed with focuses on accurate,integrated and intelligent features along with exploring a fundamental issue,that is,acquiring the knowledge on degradation mechanisms which has not received sufficient attention until now.Current status of applications of on-line oil monitoring is also reviewed.Although limited reports have been found on this topic,increasing awareness and encouraging progress in on-line monitoring techniques are recognized in applications such as aircraft,shipping,railway,mining,etc.Key fundamental issues for further extending the on-line oil monitoring techniques in industries are proposed and they include long-term reliability of sensors in harsh conditions,and agreement with fault or maintenance determination.WU TongHai WU HongKun DU Ying PENG ZhongXiao 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,12:19

3Improvement on On-line Ferrograph Image Identification显示文摘A newly developed on-line visual ferrograph(OLVF) gives a new way for engine wear state monitoring. However, the reliability of on-line wear debris image processing is challenged in both monitoring ship engines and the Caterpillar bench test, which weren’t reported in previous studies. Two problems were encountered in monitoring engines and processing images. First, small wear debris becomes hard to be identified from the image background after monitoring for a period of time. Second, the identification accuracy for wear debris is greatly reduced by background noise because of oil getting dark after running a period of time. Therefore, the methods adopted in image processing are examined. Two main reasons for the problems in wear debris identification are generalized as follows. Generally, the binary threshold was determined by global image pixels, and was easily affected by the non-objective zone in the image. The boundary of the objective zone in the binary image was misrecognized because of oil color becoming lighter during monitoring. Accordingly, improvements were made as follows. The objective zone in a global binary image was identified by scanning a column of pixels, and then a secondary binary process confined in the objective zone was carried out to identify small wear debris. Linear filtering with a specific template was used to depress noise in a binary image, and then a low-pass filtering was performed to eliminate the residual noise. Furthermore,the morphology parameters of single wear debris were extracted by separating each wear debris by a gray stack, and two indexes, WRWR (relative wear rate) and WRWS (relative wear severity), were proposed for wear description. 4Study on body temperature detection of pig based on infrared technology: A review显示文摘Body temperature is an important physiological indicator in the whole process of pig breeding.Temperature measurement is also an effective means to assist in disease diagnosis and pig health monitoring.In the conventional method of measuring body temperature,a mercury column is used to obtain the rectal temperature.The operation of thismethod is complicated and requires a large amount of labor.This kind of temperature measurement method is contact and canmake the pig stressed,which is disadvantageous for the healthy growth of pigs.Therefore,rectal temperaturemeasurement no longer meets the needs of the large-scale pig industry in China's welfare agriculture.In recent years,the emerging pig body temperature detection technologies are electronic temperaturemeasurement technology,infrared temperature measurement technology and so on.Infrared temperature measurement technology has been the main means of measuring the temperature of pig body surface with its advantages of non-contact,long distance and real-time.At present,infrared temperature measurement technology and infrared image processing technology used in pig breeding are still in the exploration stage.Nowadays,the infrared temperature measurement equipment based on point-by-point analysis represented by infrared thermometer and temperature measurement equipment based on full-field analysis represented by infrared thermal imager have been applied to pig breeding industry.These types of temperaturemeasurement are more in line with the needs of the pig breeding industry to transform and upgrade to the automation,in line with the development concept of welfare farming and smart agriculture,and its development prospects are very impressive.Zaiqin Zhang Hang Zhang Tonghai Liu 2019Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2019,,1:6

6Intelligent Identification of Wear Mechanism via On-line Ferrograph Images显示文摘Condition based maintenance(CBM) issues a new challenge of real-time monitoring for machine health maintenance. Wear state monitoring becomes the bottle-neck of CBM due to the lack of on-line information acquiring means. The wear mechanism judgment with characteristic wear debris has been widely adopted in off-line wear analysis; however, on-line wear mechanism characterization remains a big problem. In this paper, the wear mechanism identification via on-line ferrograph images is studied. To obtain isolated wear debris in an on-line ferrograph image, the deposition mechanism of wear debris in on-line ferrograph sensor is studied. The study result shows wear debris chain is the main morphology due to local magnetic field around the deposited wear debris. Accordingly, an improved sampling route for on-line wear debris deposition is designed with focus on the self-adjustment deposition time. As a result, isolated wear debris can be obtained in an on-line image, which facilitates the feature extraction of characteristic wear debris. By referring to the knowledge of analytical ferrograph, four dimensionless morphological features, including equivalent dimension, length-width ratio, shape factor, and contour fractal dimension of characteristic wear debris are extracted for distinguishing four typical wear mechanisms including normal, cutting, fatigue, and severe sliding wear. Furthermore, a feed-forward neural network is adopted to construct an automatic wear mechanism identification model. By training with the samples from analytical ferrograph, the model might identify some typical characteristic wear debris in an on-line ferrograph image. 7A potent PGK1 antagonist reveals PGK1 regulates the production of IL-1βand IL-6显示文摘Glycolytic metabolism enzymes have been implicated in the immunometabolism field through changes in metabolic status. PGK1 is a catalytic enzyme in the glycolytic pathway. Here, we set up a high-throughput screen platform to identify PGK1 inhibitors. DC-PGKI is an ATPcompetitive inhibitor of PGK1 with an affinity of Kd= 99.08 nmol/L. DC-PGKI stabilizes PGK1in vitro and in vivo, and suppresses both glycolytic activity and the kinase function of PGK1. In addition,DC-PGKI unveils that PGK1 regulates production of IL-1β and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated macrophages.Mechanistically, inhibition of PGK1 with DC-PGKI results in NRF2(nuclear factor-erythroid factor 2-related factor 2, NFE2L2) accumulation, then NRF2 translocates to the nucleus and binds to the proximity region of Il-1β and Il-6 genes, and inhibits LPS-induced expression of these genes. DC-PGKI ameliorates colitis in the dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis mouse model. 9Dimensional Description of On-line Wear Debris Images for Wear Characterization显示文摘As one of the most wear monitoring indicator, dimensional feature of individual particles has been studied mostly focusing on off-line analytical ferrograph. Recent development in on-line wear monitoring with wear debris images shows that merely wear debris concentration has been extracted from on-line ferrograph images. It remains a bottleneck of obtaining the dimension of on-line particles due to the low resolution, high contamination and particle's chain pattern of an on-line image sample. In this work, statistical dimension of wear debris in on-line ferrograph images is investigated. A two-step procedure is proposed as follows. First, an on-line ferrograph image is decomposed into four component images with different frequencies. By doing this, the size of each component image is reduced by one fourth, which will increase the efficiency of subsequent processing. The low-frequency image is used for extracting the area of wear debris, and the high-frequency image is adopted for extracting contour. Second, a statistical equivalent circle dimension is constructed by equaling the overall wear debris in the image into equivalent circles referring to the extracted total area and premeter of overall wear debris. The equivalent circle dimension, reflecting the statistical dimension of larger wear debris in an on-line image, is verified by manual measurement. Consequently, two preliminary applications are carried out in gasoline engine bench tests of durability and running-in. Evidently, the equivalent circle dimension, together with the previously developed concentration index, index of particle coverage area(IPCA), show good performances in characterizing engine wear conditions. The proposed dimensional indicator provides a new statistical feature of on-line wear particles for on-line wear monitoring. 20Accurate detection method of pig's temperature based on non-point source thermal infrared image显示文摘Body temperature measurement is a very important task in the sow breeding process.The authors used an infrared camera to detect the temperature of the body surface of the sows,relying on calculating the average of the infrared image temperature in the ear root region.Based on the grayscale value of the target image of the infrared image and the corresponding temperature value of 180 infrared images,a G-T(Gray-Temperature)model was established by linear least squares method,which achieved temperature inversion of each pixel of the target pig.For the different growth stages and different breeds of sows,the R-square of the all established models is greater than 0.95.The average relative error of the model inversion of the body temperature was only 0.076977%.This means that the body temperature of the sows could be detected without relying on the software.Based on the G-T model,the authors design a kind of sow's ear root recognition and body surface temperature detection algorithm for different sow population scenarios.Zaiqin Zhang Hao Wang Tonghai Liu Yueqiang Wang Hang Zhang Feiyan Yuan Xue Yang Shunlai Xu Yuhuan Meng 2021CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2021,6,3:1
