2中国东北松嫩平原1990–2015年的农田环境变化特征分析(英文)显示文摘Quantitative characterization of environmental characteristics of cropland(ECC)plays an important role in maintaining sustainable development of agricultural systems and ensuring regional food security. In this study, the changes in ECC over the Songnen Plain, a major grain crops production region in Northeast China, were investigated for the period 1990–2015. The results revealed significant changes in climate conditions, soil physical properties and cropland use patterns with socioeconomic activities. Trends in climate parameters showed increasing temperature(+0.49°C/decade, p < 0.05) and decreasing wind speed(–0.3 m/s/decade, p < 0.01) for the growing season, while sunshine hours and precipitation exhibited non-significant trends. Four topsoil parameters including soil organic carbon(SOC), clay, bulk density and pH, indicated deteriorating soil conditions across most of the croplands, although some do exhibited slight improvement. The changing amplitude for each of the four above parameters ranged within –0.052 to 0.029 kg C/kg, –0.38 to 0.30,–0.60 to 0.39 g/cm^3, –3.29 to 2.34, respectively. Crop production significantly increased(44.0 million tons) with increasing sown area of croplands(~2.5 million ha) and fertilizer application(~2.5 million tons). The study reveals the dynamics of ECC in the Songnen Plain with intensive cultivation from 1990 to 2015. 3Snow effects on alpine vegetation in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Understanding the relationships between snow and vegetation is important for interpretation of the responses of alpine ecosystems to climate changes.The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is regarded as an ideal area due to its undisturbed features with low population and relatively high snow cover.We used 500 m Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)datasets during 2001–2010 to examine the snow–vegetation relationships,specifically,(1)the influence of snow melting date on vegetation green-up date and(2)the effects of snow cover duration on vegetation greenness.The results showed that the alpine vegetation responded strongly to snow phenology(i.e.,snow melting date and snow cover duration)over large areas of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.Snow melting date and vegetation green-up date were significantly correlated(p<0.1)in 39.9% of meadow areas(accounting for 26.2% of vegetated areas)and 36.7% of steppe areas(28.1% of vegetated areas).Vegetation growth was influenced by different seasonal snow cover durations(SCDs)in different regions.Generally,the December–February and March–May SCDs played a significantly role in vegetation growth,both positively and negatively,depending on different water source regions.Snow’s positive impact on vegetation was larger than the negative impact.Kun Wang Li Zhang Yubao Qiu Lei Ji Feng Tian Cuizhen Wang Zhiyong Wang 2015International Journal of Digital Earth2015,8,1:3
4Studies on the edwardsiellosis and characterization of pathogenic bacteria from diseased flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus L.) and turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.)显示文摘Edwardsiellosis of flounder and turbot occurring in different mariculture farms during 2001~2004 was examined, including the conditions of disease occurrence, clinical signs and pathological changes. The results showed that all diseased fishes expressed bacterial septicaemia. A total of 148 strains were identified using a combination of traditional physiological and biochemical tests and partial 16S rRNA gene analysis. In addition, the mole fraction G+C ratio of the DNA of representative strain of isolates and serum homology were detected, and pathogenicity tests of isolates were conducted by experimental infection. 6Assessing 40 years of spatial dynamics and patterns in megacities along the Belt and Road region using satellite imagery显示文摘The Belt and Road(B&R)region,a vital area with historical,economic,cultural and political significance,has undergone rapid urbanization in the past several decades,especially in the form of urban expansion.In this study,20 megacities in the B&R region were selected to explore different spatiotemporal patterns of urban expansion.Object-oriented support vector machines(SVM),annual growth rate(AGR)models,and landscape metrics were employed to delineate the urban areas and characterize spatiotemporal characteristics and landscape patterns of these megacities during 1975–2015.All urban maps presented high overall accuracies(80.70%–95.90%)and overall Kappa coefficients(0.76–0.95).The study revealed that megacities in the B&R region have undergone different types of urban sprawl,mainly adopting a‘concentric circle’pattern in inland areas and a‘sector’pattern in coastal areas.Besides,six expansion modes were summarized according to the AGRs of individual megacities.Differences existed in megacities of the developing and developed countries and among five sub-regions.Moreover,‘dispersion,gathering,and re-dispersion’and‘coalescence’were two major landscape patterns of megacities in developing and developed countries.Results of this study can provide a scientific reference for urban planning and aid in sustainable development of local areas.Zhongchang Sun Sisi Yu Huadong Guo Cuizhen Wang ZengXiang Zhang Ru Xu 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,1:1

8Role of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in mitral valve repair显示文摘Background and objective Pre-operative assessment of mitral valve (MV) anatomy is essential to surgical design in patients undergoing MV repair.Although 2-dimensional (2D) echocardiography provides precise information regarding MV anatomy,RT-3D TEE could increase the understanding of MV apparatus and individual scallop identification.We aimed to investigate the value of RT- 3DTEE in MV repair.Methods RT-3DTEE was performed in six patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) by using Philips 1E33 with X7-2t probe.Preoperative RT-3DTEE studies were compared with surgical findings in patients undergoing surgical mitral valve repair,and quantitative evaluation was performed by QLab 6.0 software before and after surgical mitral valve repair.Results RT- 3DTEE could display dynamic morphology of MV,the location of prolapse,and spatial relation to the surrounding tissue.It could provide surgical views of the valves and the valvular apparatus.These results were consistent with surgical findings.The quantitative evaluation before and after surgical MV repair indicated that anterolateral to posteromedial diameter of annulus,anterior to posterior diameter of annulus,perimeter of annulus,and area of annulus in projection plane were significantly smaller after operation compared with those before operation (P<0.05).The length of posterior leaflet,the area of anterior and posterior leaflet,the maximal prolapse height,the volume of leaflet prolapse and the length of coaptation in projection plane were significantly reduced after operation (P<0. 05).Conclusion RT-3DTEE is a unique new modality for rapid and accurate evaluation ofmitral valve prolapse and mitral valve repair.Cuizhen Pan~1 Xianhong Shu~1 Qiling Cao~2 Chunsheng Wang~1 Wenjun Ding~1 Haozhu Chen~1 1 Department of Echocardiography, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Shanghai 200032, China, 2 Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, USA 2008Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2008,5,3:1

10Distribution of heavy metals in the topsoil of the Jining mining area显示文摘The geochemical baseline is the fundamental reference for environmental change and assessment.In this article we describe cluster and regression analyses with a normalization procedure.The elements Sc and Ag were chosen to calculate the environmental geochemical baseline.The geoaccumulation index was calculated and mapped to indicate the environmental quality of the soil.The results show that the urban areas are barely polluted with Ni and Cr but the rural areas in the southern part of the city, and the western part of the lake,are polluted with Ni,Cr,and Cu at the second level.On the other hand,the rural areas in the southern part of the city,and the western part of the lake,are polluted with As at a moderate level.The other area is polluted at the second level.An increase in As pollution occurs in a direction from northeast to southwest.The Cd pollution follows a trend similar to As,with an additional smaller contaminated area polluted at levelⅢ.The Hg pollution typical of urban areas occurs in the main and northern parts of the city.The geochemical accumulation index decreases from the city center to the periphery.The highest pollution level reaches levelⅣ,which indicates that the soil is seriously polluted with Hg.The southern part of the city and the rural areas to the west of the lake are not contaminated with Hg.Geological factors and the disturbance from human activities are both possible major factors:further research is needed to identify them.HAO Junliang HAN Zuozhen WANG Cuizhen ZHOU Guangzhu LI Yinming 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,3:1

12A 100 m population grid in the CONUS by disaggregating census data with open-source Microsoft building footprints显示文摘In the Big Data era,Earth observation is becoming a complex process integrating physical and social sectors.This study presents an approach to generating a 100 m population grid in the Contiguous United States(CONUS)by disaggregating the US cen-sus records using 125 million of building footprints released by Microsoft in 2018.Land-use data from the OpenStreetMap(OSM),a crowdsourcing platform,was applied to trim original footprints by removing the non-residential buildings.After trimming,several metrics of building measurements such as building size and build-ing count in a census tract were used as weighting scenarios,with which a dasymetric model was applied to disaggregate the American Community Survey(ACS)5-year estimates(2013-2017)into a 100 m population grid product.The results confirm that the OSM trimming process removes non-residential buildings and thus provides a better representation of population distribution within complicated urban fabrics.The building size in the census tract is found in the optimal weighting scenario.The product is 2.5Gb in size containing 800 million populated grids and is currently hosted by ESRI(http://gffzz0d826fd3b8f24a9chonqu5qunq5ub6c9o.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/19S4qK)for visualization.The data can be accessed via http://gffzzd3cc09b8251d45dfsonqu5qunq5ub6c9o.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/10.7910/DVN/DLGP7Y.With the accel-erated acquisition of high-resolution spatial data,the product could be easily updated for spatial and temporal continuity.Xiao Huang Cuizhen Wang Zhenlong Li Huan Ning 2021Big Earth Data2021,5,1:1

17Identifying disaster related social media for rapid response:a visual-textual fused CNN architecture显示文摘In recent years,social media platforms have played a critical role in mitigation for a wide range of disasters.The highly up-to-date social responses and vast spatial coverage from millions of citizen sensors enable a timely and comprehensive disaster investigation.However,automatic retrieval of on-topic social media posts,especially considering both of their visual and textual information,remains a challenge.This paper presents an automatic approach to labeling on-topic social media posts using visual-textual fused features.Two convolutional neural networks(CNNs),Inception-V3 CNN and word embedded CNN,are applied to extract visual and textual features respectively from social media posts.Well-trained on our training sets,the extracted visual and textual features are further concatenated to form a fused feature to feed the final classification process.The results suggest that both CNNs perform remarkably well in learning visual and textual features.The fused feature proves that additional visual feature leads to more robustness compared with the situation where only textual feature is used.The on-topic posts,classified by their texts and pictures automatically,represent timely disaster documentation during an event.Coupling with rich spatial contexts when geotagged,social media could greatly aid in a variety of disaster mitigation approaches.Xiao Huang Zhenlong Li Cuizhen Wang Huan Ning 2020International Journal of Digital Earth2020,13,9:0
18A visual-textual fused approach to automated tagging of flood-related tweets during a flood event显示文摘In recent years,social media such as Twitter have received much attention as a new data source for rapid flood awareness.The timely response and large coverage provided by citizen sensors significantly compensate the limitations of non-timely remote sensing data and spatially isolated river gauges.However,automatic extraction of flood tweets from a massive tweets pool remains a challenge.Taking the Houston Flood in 2017 as a study case,this paper presents an automated flood tweets extraction approach by mining both visual and textual information a tweet contains.A CNN architecture was designed to classify the visual content of flood pictures during the Houston Flood.A sensitivity test was then applied to extract flood-sensitive keywords that were further used to refine the CNN classified results.A duplication test was finally performed to trim the database by removing the duplicated pictures to create the flood tweets pool for the flood event.The results indicated that coupling CNN classification results with flood-sensitive words in tweets allows a significant increase in precision while keeps the recall rate in a high level.The elimination of tweets containing duplicated pictures greatly contributes to higher spatio-temporal relevance to the flood.Xiao Huang Cuizhen Wang Zhenlong Li Huan Ning 2019International Journal of Digital Earth2019,12,11:0
19评估帕博利珠单抗在中国晚期黑色素瘤患者中的应用:基于KEYNOTE-151研究的3年随访数据显示文摘中国肢端和黏膜黑色素瘤的发病率较高,但治疗选择有限,晚期黑色素瘤患者的生存率普遍较低。对Ib期KEYNOTE-151研究的初步分析显示,帕博利珠单抗在作为二线药物治疗中国晚期黑色素瘤患者中,表现出了良好的耐受性和优异的临床抗肿瘤活性。本研究分析了3年随访的研究数据,纳入一线治疗后进展的不可切除的III/IV期中国黑色素瘤患者,给予帕博利珠单抗2 mg/kg治疗,每3周1次,最长使用35剂。主要终点为安全性和客观缓解率(objective response rate,ORR);次要终点包括疗效维持时间(duration of response,DOR)、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)。根据RECIST v1.1标准,采用独立中心盲法评估患者疗效。此外,根据黑色素瘤亚型,以及BRAF突变状态和PD-L1表达状态(仅肢端黑色素瘤)进行亚组分析。本研究共纳入103例患者,中位随访时间[从首次用药到数据截止时间(2020年7月13日)]为44.6个月[四分位距(interquartile range,IQR):39.1–46.2]。85.4%的患者发生了任一级别的治疗相关不良事件(treatment-related adverse events,TRAEs),12.6%的患者发生了3/4级的TRAEs,无5级TRAE发生。3例患者因TRAEs(免疫相关肝炎、肺炎和关节炎)停药。免疫相关AEs和输液反应发生比例为34.0%(3/4级,2.9%)。ORR为17.6%(95%CI:10.8–26.4;1例完全缓解/17例部分缓解),中位DOR为13.8个月(范围:2.7–37.4+)。中位PFS为2.8个月(95%CI:2.7–3.5),36个月的PFS率为5.0%。中位OS为13.2个月(95%CI:10.4–16.5),36个月的OS率为22.3%。肢端黑色素瘤中位OS为14.8个月,非肢端皮肤黑色素瘤为13.5个月,黏膜黑色素瘤为7.4个月。在肢端黑色素瘤亚组中,程序性死亡配体-1(programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1)阳性的中位OS为22.8个月,PD-L1阴性的中位OS为8.4个月,BRAF野生型的中位OS为18.5个月,BRAF突变型的中位OS为5.8个月。综上,本研究对3年随访数据分析结果表明,帕博利珠单抗作为二线治疗在中国晚期黑色素瘤患者中的安全性可控,且达到了具有临床意义的抗肿瘤活性,使部分患者获得持久缓解。亚组分析表明PD-L1阳性和BRAF野生型的肢端黑色素瘤患者从该治疗中获益较大,但由于亚组样本量较小,该研究结论仍需进一步验证。Lu Si Xiaoshi Zhang Yongqian Shu Hongming Pan Di Wu Jiwei Liu Lili Mao Xuan Wang Xizhi Wen Yanhong Gu Lingjun Zhu Shijie Lan Xin Cai Scott J.Diede Haiyan Dai Cuizhen Niu Jianfeng Li Jun Guo 李雯钰(翻译校对) 斯璐(点评) 2023癌症2023,42,8:0
20ubtor Mutation Causes Motor Hyperactivity by Activating mTOR Signaling in Zebrafish显示文摘Mechanistic target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling governs important physiological and pathological processes key to cellular life.Loss of mTOR negative regulators and subsequent over-activation of mTOR signaling are major causes underlying epileptic encephalopathy.Our previous studies showed that UBTOR/KIAA1024/MINAR1 acts as a negative regulator of mTOR signaling,but whether UBTOR plays a role in neurological diseases remains largely unknown.We therefore examined a zebrafish model and found that ubtor disruption caused increased spontaneous embryonic movement and neuronal activity in spinal interneurons,as well as the expected hyperactivation of mTOR signaling in early zebrafish embryos.In addition,mutant ubtor larvae showed increased sensitivity to the convulsant pentylenetetrazol,and both the motor activity and the neuronal activity were up-regulated.These phenotypic abnormalities in zebrafish embryos and larvae were rescued by treatment with the mTORC1 inhibitor rapamycin.Taken together,our findings show that ubtor regulates motor hyperactivity and epilepsy-like behaviors by elevating neuronal activity and activating mTOR signaling.Tiantian Wang Mingshan Zhou Quan Zhang Cuizhen Zhang Gang Peng 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,12:0
