| 1 | A step metallogenetic model for gold deposits in the northwestern Shandong Peninsula, China显示文摘Based on our study of the nature and variation of mineralization-controlling faults in their deep extension and the spatial distribution of gold orebodies in the northwestern Shandong Peninsula (NSP), here we propose that the gold deposits in the Jiaojia gold belt are controlled by listric faults and the gold deposits in the NSP are controlled by extensional fault system. We also suggest that there is a multiple mineralization space in the deep part of the NSP gold belt. As steps or benches occur along the deep extention of the listric fault where its dipping angle changes from steep to gentle, a number of gold deposits are correspondingly distributed as a steplike pattern, which is named as a step metallogenetic model for gold deposits in the NSP. The gold deposits in Shandong Peninsula were formed in the Cretaceous when the crust in the region experienced extention and thinning following the strong collision between North China Plate and Yangtze Plate during the Triassic. | 4 | Recurrent cervical chordoma:A case illustration显示文摘A case is described of multi-recurrent cervical chordoma in a man over a 5 year period. The clinical features were of progressive spinal cord compression. The authors report a chordoma at C4 that recurred 3 times in five years. The patient underwent four operations and suffered distant metastases. This case confirms that thorough resection of the tumor during the first surgery and postoperative adjuvant treatment are the best assurance of a good prognosis with a chordoma. Multiple surgeries can stimulate biological activity of a chordoma and make its recurrence and distant metastases much more likely. The authors discuss the diagnosis, surgical treatment and the relationship between the histopathological changes and malignancy of a spinal chordoma after four operations. | 5 | A systematic analysis of the radial resonance frequency spectra of the PZT-based (Zr/Ti=52/48) piezoceramic thin disks显示文摘In this paper,both the ID radial mode and the equivalent circuit of a piezoceramic disk resonator were theoretically analyzed based on IEEE standards.And then,the radial resonance frequency spectra of the PZT-based(Nb/Ce co-doped Pb(Zro.s2Ti0.48)O3,abbreviated as PZT-NC)piezoceramic circular disks were measured by an impedance analyzer.A set of resonance frequency spectra including six electrical parameters:Z,R,X,Y,G,and B,were used for making a value distinction between three possible resonance frequencies,and between three possible antiresonance frequencies.A new-form Nyquist diagram was depicted to describe the position relations of these characteristic frequencies.Such a complete resonance frequency spectrum was used to perform the accurate calculation of some material constants and electromechanical coupling parameters for the PZT-NC piezoceramics.Further,the frequency dependence of the AC conductive behavior of the specimen was characterized by the complex impedance measurement.The values of AC conductivity at resonance/antiresonance were deduced from the equivalent circuit parameters.Moreover,the Van Dyke circuit model was assigned to each element contribution and the simulated curves showed a nice fitting with the experimental results.Finally,an additional impedance analysis associated with resonance frequency calculation revealed a complicated coupled vibration mode existing in the annular disk specimen. | Yu CHEN Shaozhao WANG Huajiang ZHOU Qian XU Qingyuan WANG Jianguo ZHU | 2020 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,3: | 1 |
| 6 | Interoceptive regulation of skeletal tissue homeostasis and repair显示文摘Recent studies have determined that the nervous system can sense and respond to signals from skeletal tissue,a process known as skeletal interoception,which is crucial for maintaining bone homeostasis.The hypothalamus,located in the central nervous system(CNS),plays a key role in processing interoceptive signals and regulating bone homeostasis through the autonomic nervous system,neuropeptide release,and neuroendocrine mechanisms.These mechanisms control the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts(OBs),the activation of osteoclasts(OCs),and the functional activities of bone cells.Sensory nerves extensively innervate skeletal tissues,facilitating the transmission of interoceptive signals to the CNS.This review provides a comprehensive overview of current research on the generation and coordination of skeletal interoceptive signals by the CNS to maintain bone homeostasis and their potential role in pathological conditions.The findings expand our understanding of intersystem communication in bone biology and may have implications for developing novel therapeutic strategies for bone diseases. | Yao Xiao Changhao Han Yunhao Wang Xinshu Zhang Rong Bao Yuange Li Huajiang Chen Bo Hu Shen Liu | 2023 | Bone Research2023,11,3: | 1 |

| 9 | A Study of Effect of Various Normal Force Loading Forms on Frictional Stick-Slip Vibration显示文摘In this work,a comparative study is performed to investigate the influence of time-varying normal forces on the friction properties and friction-induced stick-slip vibration(FIV)by experimental and theoretical methods.In the experiments,constant and harmonic-varying normal forces are applied,respectively.The measured vibration signals under two loading forms are compared in both time and frequency domains.In addition,mathematical tools such as phase space reconstruction and Fourier spectra are used to reveal the science behind the complicated dynamic behavior.It can be found that the friction system shows steady stick-slip vibration,and the main frequency does not vary with the magnitude of the constant normal force,but the size of limit cycle increases with the magnitude of the constant normal force.In contrast,the friction system under the harmonic normal force shows complicated behavior,for example,higher-frequency larger-amplitude vibration occurs and looks chaotic as the frequency of the normal force increases.The interesting findings offer a new way for controlling FIV in engineering applications. | Xiaocui Wang Runlan Wang Bo Huang Jiliang Mo Huajiang Ouyang | 2022 | Journal of Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnostics2022,1,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Influence of the angle between two crown ether moieties on supramolecular copolymerization of bis(crown ether)s and bisparaquat homoditopic monomers显示文摘Bis(crown ether) homoditopic monomers containing two bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10 moieties with different angles(180° for monomer 3,120°for monomer 4,and 60°for monomer 5) and a complementary bisparaquat homoditopic monomer(7) were designed and synthesized.The three bis(crown ether) monomers could organize into linear supramolecular polymers in concentrated solutions in CHCl3/CH3CN with the bisparaquat monomer 7,as demonstrated by 1 H NMR and viscosity studies. | 11 | Doping level effects in Gd/Cr co-doped Bi_(3)TiNbO_(9) Aurivillius-type ceramics with improved electrical properties显示文摘In this work, different amount of Cr_(2)O_(3) (x - 0e0.3 wt%) as dopant were doped into the Aurivillius-typecompound Bi2.8Gd0.2TiNbO9 (BGTN), such a kind of Gd/Cr co-doped Bi3TiNbO9 ceramics with improvedelectrical properties were synthesized by the convenient solid-state reaction route. The substitution of Cr^(3+) for Ti^(4+) at B-site induced the lattice distortion of pseduo-perovskite layer. Fewer Cr_(2)O_(3) dopant(x<0.2) resulted in the grain refinement of ceramics. After Cr_(2)O_(3) was added into BGTN, TC decreased tothe vicinity of 908 ℃. Below TC, the relaxed dielectric response resulted from charge carriers hoppinginduced another board dielectric permittivity peak, whose starting temperature shifts toward lower sidegradually with increase of x. The values of Eacon calculated from the Arrhenius relationship betweenconductivity and temperature indicated the intrinsic conduction at high temperature is dominated by thelong-range migration of doubly ionized oxygen vacancies. Moderate Cr_(2)O_(3) dopant (x=0.1e0.25) areconducive to the enhancement of piezoelectric property and thermal stability. The sample with x=0.2 achieved both a high T_(C)~903 - C and a high d_(33)~18 pC/N at the same time.
