1Nonlinear Analysis of Axial-load and Stress Distribution for Threaded Connection显示文摘Analytical method for the distributions of axial-load and stress is based on elastic assumption, but the threaded connections are often in plastic deformation stage in practice. Meanwhile the strain in the threaded connection is difficult to measure. So it is necessary to study the reliable numerical method. At present neither the convergence analysis of the computational results nor the elastic-plastic analysis in the loading-unloading process are studied. In this paper, von Mises plasticity and kinematic hardening model is used to describe the material response. A new convergence criterion for nonlinear finite element analysis of the loading-unloading process is proposed. An axisymmetric finite element model according to the proposed convergence criterion is developed and used to analyze the distributions of axial-load and stress. It can be conclude that the stress distribution analysis is more dependent on the mesh density than the axial-load distribution analysis. The stress distribution result indicates that with increasing of applied load, the engaged threads close to the nut-bearing surface become plastic firstly. The axial-load distribution result reveals that the load percentage carried by single thread depends on the position of thread and load intensity. When the load is relatively small, the applied load is mainly carried by the engaged threads near the nut-bearing surface, when the load is larger, the differences of percentages for all threads become small. The proposed convergence analyzing procedure is applicable for other nonlinear analyses. 2Relations between oxygen stable isotopic ratios in precipitation and relevant meteorological factors in southwest China显示文摘The correlations of isotopic ratios in precipitation with temperature, air pressure and humidity at dif- ferent altitudes, in southwest China, are analyzed. There appear marked negative correlations for the δ 18O in precipitation with precipitation amount, vapor pressure and atmospheric precipitable water (PW) at Mengzi, Simao and Tengchong stations on synoptic timescale; the marked negative correlations between the δ 18O in precipitation and the diurnal mean temperature at 400 hPa, 500 hPa, 700 hPa and 850 hPa are different from the temperature effect in middle-high-latitude inland. Moreover, the notable positive correlation between the δ 18O in precipitation and the dew-point deficit △Td at different altitudes is found at the three stations. On annual timescale, the annual precipitation amount weighted mean δ 18O display the negative correlations not only with annual precipitation but also with annual mean temperature at 500 hPa. It can be deduced that, in the years with abnormally strong summer monsoon, more warm and wet air from low-latitude oceans is transported northward along the vapor channel located in southwest China and generates abnormally strong rainfall on the way. Meanwhile, the ab- normally strong condensation process will release more condensed latent heat into atmosphere, and lead to the rise of atmospheric temperature during rainfall, but decline of the δ 18O in precipitation. 3Compound Zhebei granules combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of refractory acute leukemia: a randomized clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound Zhebei granules(CZBG) with chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory acute leukemia.METHODS: In this multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, we used a central(online) randomization system to assign 235 patients to two treatment groups. A total of 118 patients received chemotherapy combined with CZBG(4 g,twice daily) and 117 patients received chemotherapy plus placebo. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of one chemotherapeutic cycle.RESULTS: In the full analysis set, in which deaths due to disease progression were regarded as inefficacy, the rates of complete remission(CR) and partial remission(CR + PR) were 32.35% and 50.00%,respectively, for the chemotherapy combined with CZBG group, and 23.08% and 35.58%, respectively,for the chemotherapy plus placebo group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups according to a ysis set(PPχ2test(P < 0.05). 4Accumulation in Dasuopu ice core in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and solar activity显示文摘The time series of accumulation in recent 300 years correlated well with solar activity in Dasuopu ice core. Results of spectrum analysis on the accumulation time series of the Dasuopu ice core shows that there are some periods that coincide with the periods of solar activity. 5A prediction model of NH3 concentration for swine house in cold region based on Empirical Mode Decomposition and Elman neural network显示文摘In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of ammonia(NH3)concentration prediction,which can provides a support to the ventilation control strategy,so as to reduce the impact of NH3 on the health and productivity of swine,this paper proposed an NH3 concentration prediction method based on Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)and Elman neural network modelling.The NH3 concentration and other four environmental parameters including temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide and light intensity were decomposed into several different time-scale intrinsic mode functions(IMFs).Then,the Elman neural network prediction model was used to predict each IMF.The predicted NH3 was obtained by reconstructing all the IMFs by EMD.The results show that for the proposed method,the determination coefficient between the predicted and real measured value is 0.9856,the Mean Absolute Error is 0.7088 ppm,the Root Mean Square Error is 0.9096 ppm,and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error is 0.41%.Compared with the Elman neural network,the proposed method has a good improvement in the accuracy,and provide effective parameters for the environmental monitoring of the swine house and the regulation of the NH3 concentration.Weizheng Shen Xiao Fu Runtao Wang Yanling Yin Yan Zhang Udaybeer Singh Bilegtsaikhan Lkhagva Jian Sun 2019Information Processing in Agriculture2019,6,2:4
6The protective effects of peptides from Chinese baijiu on AAPH-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells via Nrf2 signaling pathway显示文摘Antioxidant peptides have been widely reported.However,only a few reports have been published examining the antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese baijiu.In this study,6 novel peptides derived from Chinese baijiu were identified successfully using high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupoletime-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF-MS)with a concentration of 0.835–24.540μg/L.The underlying molecular mechanisms were investigated,and their cytoprotective effects were examined against 2,2’-azobis(2-methylpropanimidamidine)dihydrochloride(AAPH)-induced oxidative stress in Hep G2 cells.The results showed that these peptides exerted protective effects by suppressing reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,preventing malondialdehyde(MDA)formation,and upregulating cellular antioxidant enzyme activities(SOD,CAT,and GSH-Px)in a dose-dependent manner.Further experiments proved that these peptides exerted antioxidant effects via Nrf2/ARE-mediated signaling pathway by promoting Nrf2 nuclear translocation,inhibiting ubiquitination,and enhancing transcription capacity of Nrf2 in Hep G2 cells.These findings provide the molecular basis for the effects of antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese baijiu,which is important for a deeper understanding of the relationship between human health and moderate drinking.Jiaying Huo Yuezhang Ming Huifeng Li Anjun Li Jiwen Zhao Mingquan Huang Weizheng Sun Jihong Wu Jinglin Zhang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,6:3
7Busuishengxue ranules mediate their effects upon non-severe aplastic anemia via mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Busuishengxue granules on non-severe aplastic anemia(NSAA)and investigate its effect on the mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MAPK/ERK)pathway.METHODS:Sixty NSAA patients were divided equally into two groups.Subjects in the experimental group were treated with Busuishengxue granules,and the control group with Zaizaoshengxue tablets.The treatment course was 6 months and cu-rative efficacy was compared between the two groups as well as with 10 healthy individuals.Flow cytometry(FCM)was used to detect the intracellular concentration of Ca2+([Ca2+]i).Western blotting was employed to detect the expression of enzymes in the MAPK/ERK pathway.RESULTS:The efficacy of Busuishengxue granules was significantly better than that of Zaizaoshengxue tablets(P<0.05).Before treatment,expression of JNK,phospho-ERK 1/2 and p-JNK was higher,and[Ca2+]i higher,than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment with Busuishengxue granules,expression of all enzymes related to signal transduction pathways in the blood cells of NSSA patients were altered to different degrees.CONCLUSION:Busuishengxue granules had a better effect with regard to improving symptom scores,increasing the number of blood leukocytes,and increasing hemoglobin levels than Zaizaoshengxue tablets,and they differed slightly in terms of increasing the number of platelets.Jinhuan Wang Feng Sun Weizheng Sun Yanli Yong Haitao Shi Sijia Liu Limei Liu 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,1:3
8Rumination recognition method of dairy cows based on the change of noseband pressure显示文摘Rumination is closely related to ruminant’s health and welfare,so it is very important to monitor rumination.Rumination monitoring equipment based on chewing and swallowing audio is easy to be affected by ambient noise,equipment based on acceleration sensor is not easy to monitor number of cuds and other information,equipment based on video monitoring has high cost and is easy to be affected by weather and other cows,while equipment based on chewing pressure can accurately record the chewing pressure of dairy cows,and use related processing technology to obtain the number of cuds and other information.In the related research,the peak value and interval of masticatory pressure peak in time domain were used to identify rumination.In view of the problem that the standard of pressure peak was not well defined due to the different head size and masticatory strength of different age and different breed cows,this paper proposed a method to identify the number of rumination,duration of rumination and number of cuds of cows by using standard deviation and noseband pressure signal frequency spectrum.The accurate and stable frequency spectrum range of rumination noseband pressure signal was obtained by frequency spectrum analysis,and the interference of feeding noseband pressure signal to rumination noseband pressure signal was eliminated by using standard deviation.Compared with the direct observation,the results showed that the recognition accuracy of the method proposed in this paper were 100%,94.2%and 94.45%for the number of rumination,duration of rumination and number of cuds respectively,and the average absolute errors were 0,2.0029%and 2.5623%respectively,which showed that the method can accurately identify the rumination information of dairy cows.Weizheng Shen Aijing Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoli Wei Jian Sun 2020Information Processing in Agriculture2020,7,4:3
