| 1 | Microstructures and mechanical properties of the third generation automobile steels fabricated by ART-annealing显示文摘The mechanical properties dependence on the microstructure was reviewed and analyzed,and the ultrafine grained duplex microstructure of BCC matrix and large fractioned austenite was given as one of the optimum structures to develop the third generation steel with high strength and high ductility.The medium-Mn steels with different carbon contents processed by austenite reverted transformation(ART-annealing) were studied thoroughly to fabricate the ultrafine duplex steels with large fractioned austenite.The lamellar typed ultrafine structure,the granular typed ultrafine duplex structure and the corresponding mechanical properties of the medium-Mn steels processed by ART-annealing were demonstrated in this paper.It was revealed that the duplex structure with large fraction of austenite and ultrafine grain structure is capable of producing steels with excellent combination of strength and ductility,i.e.,Rm A about 30-50 GPa%,which is about two times of that of the conventional automobile steels and close to that of the TWIP steels.It was concluded that the ART-annealing of the medium-Mn steels would be at least one of the promising ways to fabricate the third generation automobile steels in the near future. | CAO WenQuan WANG Chang WANG CunYu SHI Jie WANG MaoQiu DONG Han WENG YuQing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 13 |
| 2 | Third generation high strength low alloy steels with improved toughness显示文摘On-line thermo mechanical controlled processing(TMCP) was conducted to develop the third generation high strength low alloy(HSLA) steel with high toughness economically.The ultra-low carbon content ensured a high level of upper shelf energy while ultrafine lath martensitic structure transformed from super-thin pancaked austenite during controlled rolling and cooling.The reduction of martensite block size decreased ductile-to-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) and compensated the strength loss due to carbon reduction.Consequently,the excellent balance of strength and toughness values was obtained as 950-1060 MPa for yield strength,180 J for Charpy V-notch impact absorbed energy at 30℃,which is much superior to that of traditional martensitic steel.Two mechanisms for the refinement of lath martensite block were proposed:One is the austenite grain refinement in the direction of thickness,and the other is the reduction in the fraction of sub-block boundaries with small misorientation and the increase in the fraction of block boundaries with large misorientation,possibly due to austenite hardening. | SUN XinJun LI ZhaoDong YONG QiLong YANG ZhiGang DONG Han WENG YuQing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 7 |
| 3 | High-cycle Fatigue Fracture Behavior of Ultrahigh Strength Steels显示文摘<正>The fatigue fracture behavior of four ultrahigh strength steels with different melting processes and therefore different inclusion sizes were studied by using a rotating bar two-point bending fatigue machine in the high-cycle regime up to 10~7 cycles of loading.The fracture surfaces were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).It was found that the size of inclusion has significant effect on the fatigue behavior. For AISI 4340 steel in which the inclusion size is smaller than 5.5μm,all the fatigue cracks except one did not initiated from inclusion but from specimen surface and conventional S-N curve exists.For 65Si2MnWE and Aermet 100 steels in which the average inclusion sizes are 12.2 and 14.9μm,respectively,fatigue cracks initiated from inclusions at lower stress amplitudes and stepwise S-N curves were observed.The S-N curve displays a continuous decline and fatigue failures originated from large oxide inclusion for 60Si2CrVA steel in which the average inclusion size is 44.4μm.In the case of internal inclusion-induced fractures at cycles beyond about 1×10~6 for 65Si2MnWE and 60Si2CrVA steels,inclusion was always found inside the fish-eye and a granular bright facet(GBF)was observed in the vicinity around the inclusion.The GBF sizes increase with increasing the number of cycles to failure N_f in the long-life regime.The values of stress intensity factor range at crack initiation site for the GBF are almost constant with N_f,and are almost equal to that for the surface inclusion and the internal inclusion at cycles lower than about 1×10~6.Neither fish-eye nor GBF was observed for Aermet 100 steel in the present study. | Weijun HUI Yihong NIE Han DONG Yuqing WENG Chunxu WANG | 2008 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,5: | 2 |
| 4 | Effects of Magnetic Annealing on Magnetic Properties in Nd_4Fe_(76)Co_3(Hf_(1-x)Ga_x)B_(16) Alloy显示文摘The best linear fit of H_c(T)/M,(T) vs 2k_1(T)/μ_0M s^2(T) infers that H_c is determined by a nucleation process in nanocrystalline two-phase magnet.The condition of the grain shapes is improved after adding Hf and Ga,but the surfaces are deteriorated by some precipitates on the boundary.Taking into account the values of α,N_(eff),the results of TEM,and Moessbauer spectroscopy,the magnetic field heat-treatment not only induces grain refinement but also causes a uniform distribution of the soft and hard phases.It is one recommendable method to improve the condition of the microstructure.Both the remanence and energy product values are increased by 20%— 30%for all ribbons after annealing with magnetic field.The magnetic interaction in Nd_2Fe_(14)B/Fe_3B + αFe based nanocrystalline two-phase magnets is studied using δM plots in this paper.It is found that the exchange coupled interaction is greatly enhanced in the sample annealed with magnetic heat-treatment,specially,Nd_4Fe_(76)Co_3Hf_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)B_(16) which achieves the highest energy product(BH)_(max)=126.4kJ/m^3. | Gao Youhui Zhu Jinghan Weng Yuqing Eon Byung Park Choong Jin Yang | 1999 | Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)1999,6,1: | 2 |

| 6 | Ausforming effects on anisotropy of mechanical properties in HSLA martensitic steel显示文摘In order to clarify effects of prior pancaked austenitic structure on microstructure and mechanical properties of transformed martensite in ausformed steel,a super-thin pancaked austenite was processed by multi-pass rolling in a 0.03-2.6Mn0.06Nb-0.01Ti(wt%) low alloy steel.The evolution of prior pancaked austenite grain during multi-pass rolling was studied using Ni-30Fe model alloy.Related with the structure and texture in the prior super-thin pancaked austenite in Ni-30Fe alloy,the texture and anisotropy of mechanical properties of transformed martensite in the studied ausformed steel were focused on.There were mainly three kinds of rolling texture components in the super-thin pancaked austenite:Goss {110} 001,copper {112} 111 and brass {110} 112.They were further transformed into the weak {001} 110 and strong {112} 110,{111} 112 texture components in the martensitic structure.The orientation relationship(OR) of lath martensite transformation from pancaked austenite in the ausformed steel deviated larger from the exact Kurdjumov-Sachs(K-S) OR than in the case of equiaxed austenite without deformation.The tensile and yield strengths of the ausformed martensitic steel first decreased and then increased as the angle between tension direction and rolling direction increased.The main reason for the anisotropy of strength was considered as the texture component {112} 110 in martensite.However,the anisotropy of impact toughness was more complex and the main reasons for it are unknown. | LI ZhaoDong SUN XinJun CAO WenQuan YONG QiLong YANG ZhiGang DONG Han WENG YuQing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 1 |
| 7 | Efficacy and safety of darbepoetin alfa injection replacing epoetin alfa injection for the treatment of renal anemia in Chinese hemodialysis patients:A randomized,open-label,parallel-group,noninferiority phase III trial显示文摘Background:This study was to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of darbepoetin alfa injection replacing epoetin alfa injection(recombinant human erythropoietin injection,rHuEPO)for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney failure in Chinese patients undergoing hemodialysis.Method:This study was a multicenter,randomized,open-label,intergroup parallel control phase III noninferiority trial from April 19,2013 to September 9,2014 at 25 sites.In this study,the members of the darbepoetin alfa group underwent intravenous administration once per week or once every two weeks.The members of the control drug epoetin alfa group underwent intravenous administration two or three times per week.All subjects underwent epoetin alfa administration during the 8-week baseline period.After that,subjects were randomly assigned to the darbepoetin alfa group or epoetin alfa group.The noninferiority in the changes of the average Hb concentrations from the baseline to the end of the evaluation period(noninferiority threshold:-1.0 g/dl)was tested between the two treatments.The time-dependent hemoglobin(Hb)concentration and the maintenance rate of the target Hb concentration(the proportion of subjects with Hb concentrations between 10.0 and 12.0 g/dl)were also evaluated.Iron metabolism,including changes in the serum iron,total iron-binding capacity,ferritin,transferrin saturation,and comparisons of the dose adjustments between the two groups during the treatment period were analyzed further.Adverse events(AEs)were also observed and compared,and the safety was analyzed between the two treatment groups.The conversion rate switching from epoetin alfa to darbepoetin alfa was also discussed.SAS?software version 9.2 was used to perform all statistical analyses.Descriptive statistics were used for all efficacy,safety,and demographic variable analyses,including for the primary efficacy indicators.Results:Four hundred and sixty-six patients were enrolled in this study,and ultimately 384 cases were analyzed for safety,including 267 cases in the darbepoetin alfa group and 117 cases in the epoetin alfa group.There were 211 cases in the per-protocol set,including 152 cases in the darbepoetin alfa group and 59 cases in the epoetin alfa group.The changes in the average Hb concentrations from the baseline to the end of the evaluation period were-0.07 and-0.15 g/dl in the darbepoetin alfa group and epoetin alfa group respectively.The difference between the two groups was 0.08 g/dl(95%confidence interval[CI]:-0.22 to 0.39),and the lower limit of the 95%CI was-0.22>-1.0 g/dl.The average Hb concentrations of the two groups were 10.88-11.43 g/dl(darbepoetin alfa)and 10.91-11.38 g/dl(epoetin alfa)during the study period of Weeks 0-28,with the maintenance rates of the target Hb concentration ranging within 71%-87%and 78%-95%in the darbepoetin alfa group and epoetin alfa group respectively.During the period of comparison between the two groups,the incidence of AEs in the darbepoetin alfa group was 61.42%,while in the epoetin alfa group it was 56.41%.All of the adverse events and reactions in the study were those commonly associated with hemodialysis.Conclusion:The overall efficacy and safety of darbepoetin alfa for the treatment of Chinese renal anemia patients undergoing hemodialysis are consistent with those of epoetin alfa. | Bicheng Liu Nan Chen Jinghong Zhao Aiping Yin Xiongfei Wu Changying Xing Gengru Jiang Junzhou Fu Mei Wang Rong Wang Jianying Niu Ping Fu Zhaohui Ni Fanfan Hou Jiuyang Zhao Jing Chen Yuqing Chen Wei Shi Jianghua Chen Wenge Li Gang Xu Ling Zhong Wenhu Liu Guohua Ding Yuichiro Kondo Changhe Yue Changlin Mei | 2022 | Chronic Diseases and Translational Medicine2022,8,2: | 1 |

| 11 | Darbepoetin alfa injection versus epoetin alfa injection for treating anemia of Chinese hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney failure:A randomized,open-label,parallel-group,non-inferiority Phase III trail显示文摘Background:Erythropoietin is a glycoprotein that mainly regulates erythropoiesis.In patients with chronic renal failure with anemia,darbepoetin alfa can stimulate erythropoiesis,correct anemia,and maintain hemoglobin levels.This study was designed to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of darbepoetin alfa injections as being not inferior to epoetin alfa injections(Recombinant Human Erythropoietin injection,rHuEPO)when maintaining hemoglobin(Hb)levels within the target range(10.0-12.0 g/dL)for the treatment of renal anemia.Methods:Ninety-five patients were enrolled in this study from April 15,2013 to April 10,2014 at 25 sites.In this study,patients(n=95)aged 18-70 years were randomized into a once per week intravenous darbepoetin alfa group(n=56)and a twice or three times per week intravenous epoetin alfa group(n=39)for 28 weeks,who had anemia with hemoglobin levels between 6 g/dL and 10 g/dL due to chronic kidney disease(CKD)and were undergoing hemodialysis or hemofiltration with ESA-naive(erythropoiesis stimulating agent-naive).The primary efficacy profile was the mean Hb level(the non-inferiority margin was-1.0 g/dL,week 21-28);the secondary efficacy profiles were the Hb increase rate(week 0-4),the target Hb achievement cumulative rate and time,the change trends of the Hb levels,and the target Hb maintenance ratio.Adverse events(AEs)were observed and compared,and the efficacy and safety were analyzed between the two treatment groups.Additionally,the frequencies of dose adjustments between the darbepoetin alfa and epoetin alfa groups were compared during the treatment period.SAS?software version 9.2 was used to perform all statistical analyses.Descriptive statistics were used for all efficacy,safety,and demographic variable analyses,including for the primary efficacy indicators.Results:The mean Hb level was 11.3 g/dL in the darbepoetin alfa group and 10.7 g/dL in the epoetin alfa group,respectively;the difference of the lower limits of the 95%confidence intervals(CI)between the two groups was 0.1 g/dL(>-1.0 g/dL),and non-inferiority was proven;the Hb levels started to increase in the first four weeks at a similar increase rate;no obvious differences were observed between the groups in the target Hb achievement cumulative rates,and the Hb levels as well as the target Hb level maintenance rate changed over time.The incidence of AEs was 62.5%in the darbepoetin alfa group and 76.9%in the epoetin alfa group.All the adverse events observed in the study were those commonly associated with hemodialysis.Conclusion:Darbepoetin alfa intravenously once per week can effectively increase Hb levels and maintain the target Hb levels well,which makes it not inferior to epoetin alfa intravenously twice or three times per week.Darbepoetin alfa shows an efficacy and safety comparable to epoetin alfa for the treatment of renal anemia. | Nan Chen Changying Xing Jianying Niu Bicheng Liu Junzhou Fu Jiuyang Zhao Zhaohui Ni Mei Wang Wenhu Liu Jinghong Zhao Ling Zhong Xiongfei Wu Wenge Li Yuqing Chen Wei Shi Jianghua Chen Aiping Yin Ping Fu Rong Wang Gengru Jiang Fanfan Hou Guohua Ding Jing Chen Gang Xu Yuichiro Kondo Yuliang Su Changlin Mei | 2022 | Chronic Diseases and Translational Medicine2022,8,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Method for the extraction of circulating nucleic acids based on MOF reveals cell-free RNA signatures in liver cancer显示文摘Cell-free RNA(cf RNA) allows assessment of health, status, and phenotype of a variety of human organs and is a potential biomarker to non-invasively diagnose numerous diseases. Nevertheless, there is a lack of highly efficient and bias-free cf RNA isolation technologies due to the low abundance and instability of cf RNA.Here, we developed a reproducible and high-efficiency isolation technology for different types of cell-free nucleic acids(containing cf RNA and viral RNA) in serum/plasma based on the inclusion of nucleic acids by metal-organic framework(MOF) materials, which greatly improved the isolation efficiency and was able to preserve RNA integrity compared with the most widely used research kit method. Importantly, the quality of cf RNA extracted by the MOF method is about 10-fold that of the kit method, and the MOF method isolates more than three times as many different RNA types as the kit method. The whole transcriptome mapping characteristics of cf RNA in serum from patients with liver cancer was described and a cf RNA signature with six cf RNAs was identified to diagnose liver cancer with high diagnostic efficiency(area under curve = 0.905 in the independent validation cohort) using this MOF method.
