| 1 | Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network. | Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing | 2020 | Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3: | 57 |

| 3 | A practical nonlinear robust control approach of electro-hydraulic load simulator显示文摘This paper studies a nonlinear robust control algorithm of the electro-hydraulic load simulator(EHLS). The tracking performance of the EHLS is mainly limited by the actuator's motion disturbance, flow nonlinearity, and friction, etc. The developed controller is developed based on the nonlinear motion loading model. The problems of the actuator's disturbance and flow nonlinearity are considered. To address the friction problem, the friction model of the loading motor is identified experimentally. The friction disturbance is compensated using the obtained friction model. Therefore, this paper considers the main three factors comprehensively. The developed algorithm is easy to apply since the controller can be obtained just with one step back-stepping design. The stability of the developed algorithm is proven via Lyapunov analysis. | 4 | Distributed cooperative localization based on Gaussian message passing on factor graph in wireless networks显示文摘In conventional localization, agents may not be able to reach sufficient number of anchors to obtain unambiguous locations, especially in sparse networks. Cooperative localization is a promising solution in that harsh environment, which enables the agents to cooperate with each other by exchanging location information and performing range measurements. In this paper, a distributed cooperative localization method based on factor graph is proposed in wireless networks. Gaussian parametric messages are used to represent the messages passed on factor graph. However, because of the nonlinear observation model, no closed-form solutions can be obtained. To solve this problem, the Taylor expansion is used to approximate the nonlinear terms in message updating, which leads to the Gaussian message passing on factor graph. Accordingly, only two parameters of the Gaussian distribution have to be transmitted and the communication overhead for localization can be significantly reduced. The two proposed algorithms for the application with accurate and inaccurate anchors,respectively, are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulations and compared with the SPAWN and maximum likelihood(ML) estimator. | 5 | Effect of HCO_3^- concentration on CO_2 corrosion in oil and gas fields显示文摘The effect of HCO_3^- concentration on CO_2 corrosion was investigated by polarization measurement of potentiodynamic scans and weight-loss method. Under the conditions of high pressure and high temperature, the corrosion rate of steel X65 decreased with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration, while pH of solution increased. SEM, EDS, and XRD results of the corrosion scales indicated that the typical FeCO_3 crystallite was found at low HCO_3^- concentration but Ca(Fe,Mg)(CO_3)_2 was found at high HCO_3^- concentration. Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) are precipitated preferential to Fe^(2+) at high pH value. Potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that the cathodic current density decreases with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration at low HCO_3^- concentration. When the HCO_3^- concentration reaches 0.126 mol/L, increasing HCO_3^- concentration promotes cathodic reactions. Anodic behavior is an active process at low HCO_3^- concentration and the anodic current density decreases with the increase of HCO_3^- concentration. | 8 | Enhanced dynamic deformability and strengthening effect via twinning and microbanding in high density NiCoFeCrMoW high-entropy alloys显示文摘High density alloys with enhanced deformability and strength are urgently required in energy,military and nuclear industries,etc.In this work,we present a new kind of NiCoFeCrMoW high entropy alloys(HEAs)which possess higher densities and sound velocities than copper.We systematically investigate the phase structure,quasi-static tensile,dynamic compression and related deformation mechanism of these HEAs.It is shown that single FCC or FCC+μdual phases were formed in the HEAs depending on Mo and W content and annealing temperature.Excellent quasi-static tensile and dynamic compression properties have been achieved for these HEAs,e.g.Ni_(30)Co_(30)Fe_(21)Cr_(10)W_(9)HEA annealed at 1573 K exhibited a yield and ultimate tensile strength and elongation of~364 MPa,~866 MPa and~32%,respectively,in quasi-static test;a yield strength of~710 MPa and no fracture under the dynamic strain rate of 4100 s^(-1).Superior strain rate sensitivity(SRS)of yield strength than that of previously reported FCC HEAs have been evidenced.The dynamic stress-strain constitutive relation can be described by the modified Johnson-Cook model.As for the dynamic deformation mechanism,it is envisaged that the regulation of stacking fault energy and Peierls barrier in current HEAs resulted in occurrences of abundant nanoscale deformation twins and microbands during high strain rate compression.The synergistic microbanding and twinning effectively contributes to the enhanced dynamic deformability and strengthening effect.Besides,the interactions of dislocations with precipitates,stacking faults(SFs)with twins,and between SFs also contribute to extraordinary work-hardening capacity. | Xuli Liu Yidong Wu Yansong Wang Jinbin Chen Rui Bai Lei Gao Zhe Xu William Yi Wang Chengwen Tan Xidong Hui | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,32: | 1 |

| 10 | 人胆囊癌耐砷细胞株的建立及其凋亡相关基因差异表达检测(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to establish an arsenic trioxide(ATO)-resistant cell line of human gallbladder carcinoma,GBC-SD/ATO,and to analyze the differential expressions of its apoptosis-associated genes,so as to investigate a correlation between ATO induced resistance of gallbladder carcinoma and expressions of apoptosis associated genes.Methods:The resistant cell line was obtained in vitro by culture of human gallbladder carcinoma cell line GBC-SD with increasingly stepwise concentrations of ATO.The sensitivities of GBC-SD cells and GBC-SD/ATO cells to ATO were determined by MTT assay respectively.cDNA microarray containing 458 apoptosis-related human genes was used to compare the gene expression profiles of GBC-SD/ATO cells and corresponding sensitive cell line GBC-SD.Results:GBC-SD/ATO cell line was established successfully after 8 months of exposure to increasing concentrations of ATO.Compared with the parental cell line,GBC-SD/ATO was 13.6 times more resistant to ATO.Of the 458 apoptosis-related genes,17 genes were detected having > 2-fold difference of expression between the GBC-SD/ATO and GBC-SD cells,with 6 genes up-regulated and 11 genes down-regulated in GBC-SD/ATO cells.Conclusion:The 17 genes involved in the apoptosis pathway might be relevant to the resistance of GBC-SD/ATO cells to ATO,suggesting that the modulation of expression of apoptosis-related genes may be a main mechanism of acquired resistance in GBC-SD/ATO. | Dalong Wu Xiaowei He Chengwen Zhang | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,2: | 1 |

| 14 | 氯喹衍生物CQ11逆转乳腺癌多药耐药细胞株MCF/DOX对多柔比星的耐药性(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of CQ11, a chloroquine derivative, on multidrug resistance (MDR) in doxorubicin (DOX)-resistant human breast carcinoma cell line MCF/DOX. Methods: Cells of a human breast cancer cell line, MCF, and its DOX-resistant variant, MCF/DOX, were cultivated with DOX and /or CQ11. The cytotoxicity of drugs in vitro was assayed by MTT method. The accumulation of DOX in these cells was detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results: MCF/DOX cells were 119 times more resistant to DOX in comparison with MCF cells. After simultaneous treatment with CQ11 at the concentrations of 1.0, 2.5 and 5.0 μmol/L, the IC50 of DOX for MCF/DOX cells decreased from 3.1 ± 0.47 μmol/L to 0.58 ± 0.032, 0.19 ± 0.012 and 0.081 ± 0.015 μmol/L, respectively, thus, increasing the DOX sensitivity by 5.3-fold (P < 0.01), 16- fold (P < 0.01) and 38-fold (P < 0.01), respectively. In the accumulation assay of DOX, simultaneous incubation of MCF/DOX cells with CQ11 significantly increased the DOX accumulation in MCF/DOX cells. No such results were found in parental MCF cells.
