1Quantitative evaluation of soil erosion of land subsided by coal mining using RUSLE显示文摘Based on a RUSLE model,we identified the key factors of the impact on soil erosion induced by coal mining subsidence.We designed a method for predicting LS factors of a mining subsidence basin,using analytical GIS spatial technology.Using the Huainan mining area as an example,we calculated the modulus of erosion,its volume and classified the grade of soil erosion for both the original area and the subsidence basin.The results show that the maximum modulus of erosion and the volume of erosion of the subsidence basin without water logging would increase by 78% and 23% respectively compared with the original situation.The edge of the subsidence basin,where the land subsidence was uneven,is subject to the greatest acceleration in soil erosion.In the situation of water logging after subsidence,the maximum modulus of erosion would decrease if the accumulated slope length were reduced.This maximum modulus around the water logged area within the subsidence basin is equal to that without water logging,while the total volume of erosion decreases.Therefore,mining subsidence aggravates soil erosion especially at the edge of basins where water and soil conservation measures should be taken.Meng Lei Feng Qiyan Wu Kan Meng Qingjun 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,1:13
2Analysis of the Quality of Daily DEM Generation with Geosynchronous InSAR显示文摘Up-to-date digital elevation model(DEM)products are essential in many fields such as hazards mitigation and urban management.Airborne and low-earth-orbit(LEO)space-borne interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)has been proven to be a valuable tool for DEM generation.However,given the limitations of cost and satellite repeat cycles,it is difficult to generate or update DEMs very frequently(e.g.,on a daily basis)for a very large area(e.g.,continental scale or greater).Geosynchronous synthetic aperture radar(GEOSAR)satellites fly in geostationary earth orbits,allowing them to observe the same ground area with a very short revisit time(daily or shorter).This offers great potential for the daily DEM generation that is desirable yet thus far impossible with space-borne sensors.In this work,we systematically analyze the quality of daily GEOSAR DEM.The results indicate that the accuracy of a daily GEOSAR DEM is generally much lower than what can be achieved with typical LEO synthetic aperture radar(SAR)sensors;therefore,it is important to develop techniques to mitigate the effects of errors in GEOSAR DEM generation.Zefa Yang Qingjun Zhang Xiaoli Ding Wu Chen 2020Engineering2020,6,8:5
3Revisiting the role of delta-1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase in drought-tolerant crop breeding显示文摘The delta-1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase(P5CS)gene exercises a protective function in stressed plants.However,the relationship between proline accumulation caused by P5CS and abiotic stress tolerance in plants is not always clear,as P5CS overexpression has been reported to repress plant growth under normal conditions in several reports.We re-evaluated the role of P5CS in drought-tolerant rice breeding by expressing the AtP5CS1 and feedback-inhibition-removed AtP5CS1(AtP5CS1^(F128A))genes under the regulation of an ABA-inducible promoter to avoid the potential side effects of P5CS overexpression under normal conditions.ABA-inducible AtP5CS1 and AtP5CS1^(F128A) increased seedling growth in a nutrient solution(under osmotic stress)and grain yield in pot plants.However,the evidently deleterious effects of AtP5CS1 on grain quality,tiller number,and grain yield in the field indicated the unsuitability of P5CS for drought-tolerance breeding.Xuanjun Feng Yue Hu Weixiao Zhang Rongqian Xie Huarui Guan Hao Xiong Li Jia Xuemei Zhang Hanmei Zhou Dan Zheng Ying Wen Qingjun Wang Fengkai Wu Jie Xu Yanli Lu 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:2
4Frequencies and mechanisms of pesticide resistance in Tetranychus urticae field populations in China显示文摘The two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticate is an important agricultural pest worldwide.It is extremely polyphagous and has developed resistance to many pesticides.Here,we assessed the pesticide resistance of seven field populations of T.urticae in China,their target site mutations and the activities of their detoxification enzymes.The results showed that abamectin and the traditional pesticides pyridaben,profenofos and bifenthrin had higher resistance or lower toxicity than more recently developed pesticides including chlorfenapyr,spinetoram,cyflumetofen,cyenopyrafen,bifenazate and B-azolemiteacrylic.The frequency of point mutations related to abamectin resistance,G314D in the glutamate-gated chloride channel 1(GluCl1)and G326E in GluC13,ranged 47%-70%and 0%-97%,respectively.The frequency of point mutations in A1215D and F1538I of the voltage-gated sodium channel gene(VGSC),which may increase resistance to pyrethroids,ranged 88%-100%and 10%-100%,respectively.For target sites related to organophosphate resistance,mutation frequencies ranged 25%-92%for G119S and 0%-23%for A201S in the acetycholinesterase gene(Ace).Mutation G126S in the bifenazate resistance-related cytochrome b gene(Cytb)was observed in three of the seven T.urticae populations.Higher activities of detoxification enzymes(P450,GST,CarEs and UGTs)were observed in two T.urticae populations,with significant difference in the XY-SX population.These results provide useful information on the status of pesticide resistance of T.urticae in China and suggest that T.urticae field populations may have multiple resistance mechanisms.Yan Zhang Dandan Xu Youjun Zhang Qingjun Wu Wen Xie Zhaojiang Guo Shaoli Wang 2022Insect Science2022,29,3:1

10Novel orbit-attitude combination mode for solar power satellites to reduce mass and fuel显示文摘Solar power satellite receives great attention because it can release the energy crisis and environmental problems in the future.However,the launch and maintenance costs are tremendous due to the large system mass and large fuel consumption to counteract space perturbations.To reduce mass and fuel,a novel quasi-Sun-pointing attitude in Sun-frozen orbit is proposed.The Sun-frozen orbit has a nonzero eccentricity vector that always points towards the Sun.The quasi-Sun-pointing attitude is a periodic solution of the Sun-pointing attitude angle.Although about 3%electricity must be given up because of the variation of Sun-pointing attitude angle,little control action is required to deal with the solar radiation pressure and gravity-gradient torque.The algorithm to obtain initial conditions is proposed.The influences of system parameters and structural flexibilities are studied.Simulation results reveal that the quasi-Sun-pointing attitude in Sunfrozen orbit dramatically reduce fuel consumption,the dry mass,and complexity of the control system.In addition,structural vibration is hardly induced by the gravity-gradient torque.Thus,the bending stiffness as well as the mass of the supporting structure can be reduced.Qingjun LI Yi WEI Zhigang WU Jianping JIANG 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8:1

16Labor control and task autonomy under the sharing economy:a mixed-method study of drivers’work显示文摘This mixed-method study analyzes the labor process and labor supply of drivers on a Chinese mobile-travel platform.Different from the control of the traditional labor process,such platforms have a more-fragmented control of labor,which coexists with workers’task autonomy.Based on this assessment,we propose three core mechanisms by which platforms control the labor process and produce work consent:task autonomy,performance-related pay and motivation,and the star rating system.Under the influence of these three mechanisms,workers form both active consent to and passive acceptance of the platform and its rules.Moreover,we analyze data from a survey of 15,484 drivers to show that drivers’work consent could be transformed into overwork,although identity difference is at play in the transformation process.Qingjun Wu Zhen Li 2019The Journal of Chinese Sociology2019,6,1:0
17A photovoltage-based integrated sensor for extracellular redox potential measurement and acidification detection显示文摘In this study,photovoltage technique is applied in the development of a monolithically integrated sensor for redox(reduction–oxidation)potential and pH measurement.The sensor employs the electrolyte–insulator–semiconductor structure,with deposition of a layer of gold metal on partial surface of insulator silicon dioxide.Silicon dioxide and gold layer on a single chip form two distinct sensing sites,by sharing the same measuring system,the detection of redox potential and pH variation can be realized.In this work,the sensor characteristics is tested,and the sensitivity for redox potential and pH measurement is53.8 mV/log([Fe(II)]/[Fe(III)])and 44.3 mV/pH respectively.To demonstrate the validity of the sensor in extracellular detection,neonatal rat kidney cells are cultured on the sensor surface and then packaged in a flow chamber,thus the acidification rate of metabolites and the redox potential variation in extracellular microenvironment can be continuously monitored.Experimental results indicate increasing acidification and reducing potentials under physiological conditions.The synthesis parameters have potentials in detail revelation of cell metabolism.Jun Wang Chengxiong Wu Jie Zhou Hua Cai Qingjun Liu Ping Wang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,19:0
18A Case of Premature Ventricular Complexes from the Proximal Left Bundle Branch Successfully Ablated from the Right Coronary Cusp显示文摘Background:Premature ventricular complexes(PVCs)from the proximal left bundle branch(LBB)can be ablated in the left ventricular outflow tract but can easily damage normal conduction bundles.Here,we report a case of successful ablation of PVCs from the proximal LBB within the right coronary cusp(RCC).Case presentation:Our patient was a 70-year-old woman with PVCs from the proximal LBB that were successfully ablated via the RCC through radiofrequency catheter ablation with a 3D mapping system;she had a complication of incomplete right bundle branch block(RBBB)and remained asymptomatic during follow-up.Conclusion:The RCC provides an alternative approach for ablating PVCs originating from the proximal LBB,ow-ing to the close relationship between the RCC and proximal LBB.Qiong Wu Jianfeng Qian Qingjun Liu Jianhua Fan 2022Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2022,6,2:0
19Synergistic effect of vermiculite and submerged plants on lake sediments显示文摘The synergistic effect of vermiculite and the submerged macrophytes Vallisneria spiralis and Hydrilla verticillata on lake sediment was studied using diffusive gradients in thin films(DGT)technology.The dynamics of phosphorus(P)fractions in sediment,the labile-P and labile-S in the water-sediment continuum,and the microbial community in the rhizosphere were studied.Vermiculite effectively promoted reproduction of microorganisms in the sediments Microbial abundance in treatments containing V.spiralis with sediments containing 10%added vermiculite,and H.verticillata containing 50%added vermiculite being 1.7 and 3.5 times higher than the controls which contained no added vermiculite.Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria populations,which are both beneficial for the sediment microenvironment,were higher in treatment groups containing vermiculite.The bioavailable-P in treatment groups containing added vermiculite was lower at the sediment-water interface,with a correlating decrease of TP by between 63%and 91%in the overlying water.This suggests that vermiculite can affect the release of labile P and facilitate the assimilation of nutrients by macrophyte roots.Additionally,vermiculite can improve the Oxidation-Reduction potential and further reduce sulfide toxicity to plants.These results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the application of vermiculite combined with submerged plants for the remediation of eutrophic lakes.Rou Wang Yunli Liu Feng Luo Guoliang Bai Yadong Tang Qingjun Fang Jiying Zhu Beining Li Zisen Liu Feng He Qiaohong Zhou Zhenbin Wu Yi Zhang 2023Water Biology and Security2023,2,3:0
