1Climate change over the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin during 1961-2005显示文摘The Yarlung Zangbo River (YR) is the highest great river in the world, and its basin is one of the centers of human economic activity in Tibet. Using 10 meteorological stations over the YR basin in 1961–2005, the spatial and temporal characteristics of temperature and precipitation as well as potential evapotranspiration are analyzed. The results are as follows. (1) The annual and four seasonal mean air temperature shows statistically significant increasing trend, the tendency is more significant in winter and fall. The warming in Lhasa river basin is most significant. (2) The precipitation is decreasing from the 1960s to the 1980s and increasing since the 1980s. From 1961 to 2005, the annual and four seasonal mean precipitation is increasing but not statistically significant, especially in fall and spring. The increasing precipitation rates are more pronounced in Niyangqu and Palong Zangbo river basins, the closer to the upper YR is, the less precipitation increasing rate would be. (3) The annual and four seasonal mean potential evapotranspiration has decreased, especially after the 1980s, and most of it happens in winter and spring. The decreasing trend is most significant in the middle YR and Nianchu river basin. (4) Compared with the Mt. Qomolangma region, Tibetan Plateau, China and global average, the magnitudes of warming trend over the YR basin since the 1970s exceed those areas in the same period, and compared with the Tibetan Plateau, the magnitudes of precipitation increasing and potential evapotranspiration decreasing are larger, suggesting that the YR basin is one of the most sensitive areas to global warming.YOU Qinglong KANG Shichang WU Yanhong YAN Yuping 2007Journal of Geographical Sciences2007,17,4:25
296-Week Treatment of Tenofovir Amibufenamide and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir amibufenamide(TMF)is a novel phosphoramidated prodrug of tenofovir with nonin-ferior efficacy and better bone and renal safety to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in 48 weeks of treatment.Here,we update 96-week comparison results.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned(2:1)to receive either 25 mg TMF or 300 mg TDF with matching placebo for 96 weeks.The virological suppression was defined as HBV DNA levels<20 IU/mL at week 96.Safety was evaluated thoroughly with focusing on bone,renal,and metabolic pa-rameters.Results:Virological suppression rates at week 96 were similar between TMF and TDF group in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative populations.Noninferior efficacy was maintained in the pooled population,while it was first achieved in patients with HBV DNA≥7 or 8 log10 IU/mL at baseline.Non-indexed estimated glomerular filtration rate for renal safety assessment was adopted,while a smaller decline of which was seen in the TMF group than in the TDF group(p=0.01).For bone mineral density,patients receiv-ing TMF displayed significantly lower reduction levels in the densities of spine,hip,and femur neck at week 96 than those receiving TDF.In addition,the lipid parameters were stable after week 48 in all groups while weight change still showed the opposite trend.Conclusions:TMF maintained similar efficacy at week 96 compared with TDF with continued superior bone and renal safety profiles(NCT03903796).Zhihong Liu Qinglong Jin Yuexin Zhang Guozhong Gong Guicheng Wu Lvfeng Yao Xiaofeng Wen Zhiliang Gao Yan Huang Daokun Yang Enqiang Chen Qing Mao Shide Lin Jia Shang Huanyu Gong Lihua Zhong Huafa Yin Fengmei Wang Peng Hu Qiong Wu Chao Pan Wen Jia Chuan Li Chang’an Sun Junqi Niu Jinlin Hou TMF Study Group 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,3:3
3Natural products against hematological malignancies and identification of their targets显示文摘Naturally occurring molecules derived from higher plants, animals, microorganisms and minerals play an important role in the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents. The identification of molecular targets is of interest to elucidate the mode of action of these compounds, and it may be employed to set up target-based assays and allow structure-activity relationship studies to guide medicinal chemistry efforts toward lead optimization. In recent years, plant-derived natural compounds possessing potential anti-tumor activities have been garnering much interest and efforts are underway to identify their molecular targets. 5Predictive models for characterizing the atomization process in pyrolysis of methyl ricinoleate显示文摘Pyrolysis of methyl ricinoleate(MR)can produce undecylenic acid methyl ester and heptanal which are important chemicals.Atomization feeding favors the heat exchange in the pyrolysis process and hence increases the product yield.Herein,predictive models to characterize the atomization process were developed.The effect of spray distance on Sauter mean diameter(SMD)of atomized MR droplets was examined,with the optimal spray distance to be 40-50 mm.Temperature mainly affected the physical properties of feedstock,with smaller droplet size obtained at increasing temperature.In addition,pressure had significant influence on SMD and higher pressure resulted in smaller atomized droplets.Then,a model for SMD prediction,combining temperature,pressure,spray distance,and structural parameters of nozzle,was developed through dimensionless analysis.The results showed that SMD was a power function of Reynolds number(Re),Ohnesorge number(Oh),and the ratio of spray distance to diameter of swirl chamber in the nozzle(H/dsc),with the exponents of-1.6618,-1.3205 and 0.1038,respectively.The experimental measured SMD was in good agreement with the calculated values,with the error within±15%.Moreover,the droplet size distribution was studied by establishing the relationship between the standard deviation of droplet size and SMD.This study could provide reference to the regulation and optimization of the atomization process in MR pyrolysis.Xiaoning Mao Qinglong Xie Ying Duan Shangzhi Yu Xiaojiang Liang Zhenyu Wu Meizhen Lu Yong Nie 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,4:1

8Comparison of heavy metal accumulation by a bloom-forming cyanobacterium,Microcystis aeruginosa显示文摘Microcystis aeruginosa is the dominant species during cyanobacterial blooms in freshwater lakes.In the present study,we compared the bioaccumulation characteristics of cadmium(Cd) and zinc(Zn) in Microcystis cells.In short-term uptake tests,a rapid sorption of Cd and Zn occurred in the first few minutes,with a subsequent slower internalization process.No obvious difference was observed between Zn and Cd in terms of their short-term uptake kinetics.In efflux experiments,elimination of Zn from the cells was faster than that of Cd.In the 72-h exposure tests,the intracellular Cd concentrations increased with exposure time whereas the intracellular Zn concentrations always reached a plateau.The cellular Cd showed greater variation than the cellular Zn at various free Cd 2+ or Zn 2+ concentrations.The differences in Cd and Zn accumulation and elimination indicated that Microcystis cells had a higher bioaccumulation capacity for Cd than for Zn.In field studies,the bioconcentration factor(BCF) of Cd in lake-harvested Microcystis was more than 10 times higher than those of other metals.The results of the present study strongly suggested that the bloom-forming Microcystis may affect the Cd transportation and biogeochemical cycling in eutrophic freshwater ecosystems.ZENG Jin ZHAO DaYong JI YongBan WU QingLong 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,28:1

15Boron separation by adsorption and flotation with Mg-Al-LDHs and SDBS from aqueous solution显示文摘Layered double hydroxides(LDHs)have been shown to be effective adsorbents for boron.However,solid-liquid separation is still a problem when separating boron from industrial radioactive waste liquid.In this research,three types of Mg-Al-LDHs including Mg-Al-LDH(NO_(3)^(-)),Mg-Al-LDH(Cl^(-))and Mg-Al-LDH(SO_(4)^(2-))were applied to adsorb boron,and moreover sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS)was used to float the LDH particles from aqueous solution after boron adsorption.The results showed that 60 min was sufficient for the equilibrium adsorption of the three LDHs.The boron adsorption capacity of three LDHs was determined as follows:Mg-Al-LDH(NO_(3)^(-))>Mg-Al-LDH(Cl^(-))>Mg-Al-LDH(SO_(4)^(2-)),and was 2.0,0.98 and 0.2 mmol·g^(-1),each ranging from 0 to 80 mmol·L^(-1)with the initial boron concentration.The efficiency of boron removal by Mg-Al-LDH(NO_(3)^(-))and SDBS can reach up to 89.7%.Furthermore,the boron flotation mechanism of SDBS and LDHs has been studied,since SDBS as a flotation agent can react with LDHs and penetrate into the interlayer of LDHs in addition to electrostatic attraction.Therefore,LDHs in solution can be floated onto the foam layer to be separated from the solution,and the clarified solution was obtained.The method is simple and promising for boron removal from aqueous solution.Chun Bai Huifang Zhang Qinglong Luo Xiushen Ye Haining Liu Quan Li Jun Li Zhijian Wu 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,61,9:0
16Back Frame Section Size Optimization of Large Aperture Telescope显示文摘The back frame structure of a large radio telescope is an important component supporting the reflecting surface,which is directly related to the surface precision.Its optimal design is of key significance for ensuring the surface precision and reducing structural weight.Two methods are constructed to optimize the cross-section size of the telescope back frame in this paper,the criterion method and the first-order optimization method.The criterion method is based on the Lagrangian multiplier method and Kuhn-Tucker condition.This method first establishes the mathematical model by taking the inner and outer radiuses of the back frame beams as the design variables,the structural weight as the constraint condition,and the structural compliance as the objective function,then derives the optimization criterion.The first-order optimization method takes the inner and outer radiuses of the beams as the design variables,the back frame RMS as the objective function,and the structural weight as the constraint condition.Comparison of RMS,structural stress uniformity and optimization efficiency shows that both algorithms can effectively reduce structural deformation and improve RMS,but the criterion method has relatively better result than the first-order method.Qinglong Wu Zhan Yao Tanhui Wu Yangqing Hou Huazhen Zhang Qian Xu Na Wang 2023Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2023,30,4:0
17Insights into biobased epoxidized fatty acid isobutyl esters from biodiesel:Preparation and application as plasticizer显示文摘Biodiesel was used to prepare epoxidized fatty acid isobutyl esters(Ep-FABEs)as a biobased plasticizer in this work.Transesterification of biodiesel with isobutanol catalyzed by tetrabutyl titanate was carried out in a gas-liquid tower reactor.The conversion achieved nearly 100%within 5 h under the reaction temperature,the mass ratio of catalyst to fatty acid methyl esters(FAMEs),and isobutanol to FAMEs total molar ratio of 180℃,0.4%(mass),and 5.4:1,respectively.In addition,kinetic model of the transesterification reaction was developed at 150–190℃.The calculated activation energy was 48.93 kJ·mol^(-1).Then,the epoxidation of obtained fatty acid isobutyl esters(FABEs)was conducted in the presence of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The Ep-FABEs was further analyzed for its plasticizing effectiveness to replace dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and compared with conventional epoxy plasticizer epoxidized fatty acid methyl esters(Ep-FAMEs).The results indicated that the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PVC films with Ep-FABEs plasticizer were significantly improved compared with those plasticized with DOP.In addition,the extraction resistance and migration stability of Ep-FABEs were better than those of EpFAMEs.Overall,the prepared Ep-FABEs via structural modification of biodiesel proved to be a promising biobased plasticizer.Xiaojiang Liang Fengjiao Wu Qinglong Xie Zhenyu Wu Jinjin Cai Congwen Zheng Junhong Fu Yong Nie 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,4:0
18The Warming of the Tibetan Plateau in Response to Transient and Stabilized 2.0℃/1.5℃Global Warming Targets显示文摘As 'the third pole', the Tibetan Plateau(TP) is sensitive to climate forcing and has experienced rapid warming in recent decades. This study analyzes annual and seasonal near-surface air temperature changes on the TP in response to transient and stabilized 2.0℃/1.5℃ global warming targets based on simulations of the Community Earth System Model(CESM). Elevation-dependent warming(EDW) with faster warming at higher elevations is predicted. A surface energy budget analysis is adopted to uncover the mechanisms responsible for the temperature changes. Our results indicate a clear amplified warming on the TP with positive EDW in 2.0℃/1.5℃ warmer futures, especially in the cold season. Mean TP warming relative to the reference period(1961–90) is dominated by an enhanced downward longwave radiation flux, while the variations in surface albedo shape the detailed pattern of EDW. For the same global warming level, the temperature changes under transient scenarios are ~0.2℃ higher than those under stabilized scenarios, and the characteristics of EDW are broadly similar for both scenarios. These differences can be primarily attributed to the combined effects of differential downward longwave radiation, cloud radiative forcing, and surface sensible and latent heat fluxes.
