| 1 | Development, chromosome location and genetic mapping of EST-SSR markers in wheat显示文摘A number of 151695 wheat expression sequence tags (ESTs) that originated from GenBank/dbEST from July 14, 2003 to August 24, 2004 were used to search for simple sequence repeats (SSRs) with motif 2―5 bp, and 2038 simple sequence repeats (EST-SSRs), which accounted for 1.34% of EST database, were identified. Based on these SSR sequences, 249 EST-SSR primer pairs and 166 amplified clear bands in various wheat cultivars were designed. These EST-SSR markers can be used as new molecular markers in wheat and related species. Using Chinese Spring nulli-tetrasomic lines, 93 EST-SSR primer pairs and 193 EST-SSR loci were located on 19 wheat chromosomes except for 4A and 4B. | 2 | Original position statistic distribution analysis study of low alloy steel continuous casting billet显示文摘The homogeneity of low alloy steels continuous casting billet obtained under different technological conditions has been investigated by original position statistic distribution analysis technique. On the basis of systematic analysis of ten thousands primary optical signals at the corresponding original positions, the quantitative statistic distribution information of each element was obtained. The biggest degrees of segregation of low alloy steel continuous casting billet were calculated accurately according to the quantitative distribution maps of the contents. It was suggested that the weight ratio in a certain content range was used to judge the homogeneity of the materials, and the two models —— the total weight ratio of contents (the degree of statistic homogeneity, H) within the permissive content range (C0±R) and the median value confidence extension ratio (the degree of statistic segregation, S) at 95% of confidence limit of weight ratio —— were put forward. The two models reflect the composition and state distribution regularity of the metal materials in a large region. | 3 | Typical Geochemical Elements in Loess Deposit in the Northeastern Tibetan Plateau and Its Paleoclimatic Implication显示文摘Widespread and thick loess deposit in the northeastern Tibetan Plateau records paleoclimatic changes over the Quaternary period. In this study, we investigate a loess section located in a high terrace of the Huangshui River in the Xining Basin, and collect samples at 20-cm intervals by digging a well of 16-m depth (including paleosol S1 and S0 and several loess interlayers over the last glacial-interglacial cycle and the Holocene). Concentration of some active elements (Sr and Ca) and inert elements (Rb, Zr, Ti) in these loess samples are measured. The results show that ratios of those elements (oxide), such as Rb/Sr, Ti/Sr, and Zr/CaO ratios, would indicate sensitively paleoclimatic changes, especially the history of precipitation over the last glacial-interglacial and the Holocene. Moreover, the curves of Rb/Sr, Ti/Sr, and Zr/CaO ratios had almost the same variable trends from the bottom to the top and also closely correlated with values of magnetic susceptibility and the global marine δ18O record. But compared with the curves of magnetic susceptibility, the changes of ratios of these elements (oxide) are clearer and easy to understand. | 4 | Liuwei Dihuang pill suppresses metastasis by regulating the wnt pathway and disrupting β-catenin/T cell factor interactions in a murine model of triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate if the Liuwei Dihuang pill(LWDHP)can inhibit metastasis to the liver and lungs in mice bearing triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),and the molecular mechanism underpinning this action.METHODS:Ninety-nine TNBC bearing-mice were distributed randomly to five groups:control(Con),paclitaxel(PTX),low-dose LWDHP(LLP,2.3 g·kg^-1·d^-1),middle-dose LWDHP(MLP,4.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1)and high-dose LWDHP(HLP,9.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1).The LWDHP were administered(p.o.)to the agonal stage.The morphology of BC cells was observed by hematoxylin&eosin staining.Expression of axin-2,β-catenin,T cell factor(TCF),cyclin-D1 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)was detected by western blotting or immunofluorescence.β-catenin/TCF-1 interaction was measured using a co-immunoprecipitation assay.RESULTS:After LWDHP treatment,metastasis of BC cells to the lungs and liver was inhibited,expression of axin-2 was increased,expression of TCF-1,β-catenin,cyclin-D1 and VEGF was decreased,andβ-catenin/TCF-1 interaction was disrupted.CONCLUSION:The LWDHP could inhibit metastasis of BC cells to the liver and lungs.The molecular mechanism underlying this action may be regulation of protein expression andβ-catenin/TCF-1 interactions in the Wnt pathway. | Zheng Lixiang Zheng Qing Yu Zhipeng Wang Jian Ren Xiaoying Gong Yan Yang Xue Hunag Ping Weng Meizhi Liu Hongning Liu Haizhou | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,6: | 9 |
| 5 | State-of-the-Art Review of High-Throughput Statistical Spatial-Mapping Characterization Technology and Its Applications显示文摘Macroscopic materials are heterogeneous,multi-elementary,and complex.No material is homogeneous or isotropic at a certain small scale.Parts of the material that differ from one another can be termed'natural chips.'At different spots on the material,the composition,structure,and properties vary slightly,and the combination of these slight differences establishes the overall material performance.This article presents a state-of-the-art review of research and applications of high-throughput statistical spatialmapping characterization technology based on the intrinsic heterogeneity within materials.Highthroughput statistical spatial-mapping uses a series of rapid characterization techniques for analysis from the macroscopic to the microscopic scale.Datasets of composition,structure,and properties at each location are obtained rapidly for practical sample sizes.Accurate positional coordinate information and references to a point-to-point correspondence are used to set up a database that contains spatialmapping lattices.Based on material research and development design requirements,dataset spatialmapping within required target intervals is selected from the database.Statistical analysis can be used to select a suitable design that better meets the targeted requirements.After repeated verification,genetic units that reflect the material properties are determined.By optimizing process parameters,the assembly of these genetic unit(s)is verified at the mesoscale,and quantitative correlations are established between the microscale,mesoscale,macroscale,practical sample,across-the-scale span composition,structure,and properties.The high-throughput statistical spatial-mapping characterization technology has been applied to numerous material systems,such as steels,superalloys,galvanization,and ferrosilicon alloys.This approach has guided the composition and the process optimization of various materials. | Haizhou Wang Lei Zhao Yunhai Jia Dongling Li Lixi Yang Yuhua Lu Guang Feng Weihao Wan | 2020 | Engineering2020,6,6: | 7 |

| 7 | An Anomalous Behavior Detection Model in Cloud Computing显示文摘This paper proposes an anomalous behavior detection model based on cloud computing. Virtual Machines(VMs) are one of the key components of cloud Infrastructure as a Service(Iaa S). The security of such VMs is critical to Iaa S security. Many studies have been done on cloud computing security issues, but research into VM security issues, especially regarding VM network traffic anomalous behavior detection, remains inadequate.More and more studies show that communication among internal nodes exhibits complex patterns. Communication among VMs in cloud computing is invisible. Researchers find such issues challenging, and few solutions have been proposed—leaving cloud computing vulnerable to network attacks. This paper proposes a model that uses Software-Defined Networks(SDN) to implement traffic redirection. Our model can capture inter-VM traffic, detect known and unknown anomalous network behaviors, adopt hybrid techniques to analyze VM network behaviors, and control network systems. | 9 | Catalytic methanation of syngas over Ni-based catalysts with different supports显示文摘Co-precipitation method was selected for the preparation of Ni/Al_2O_3, Ni/ZrO_2 and Ni/CeO_2 catalysts, and their performances in methanation were investigated in this study. The structure and surface properties of these catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, H_2-TPD, TEM and H_2-TPR. The results showed that the catalytic activity at low temperature followed the order: Ni/Al_2O_3>Ni/ZrO_2>Ni/CeO_2. Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst presented the best catalytic performance with the highest CH_4 selectivity of 94.5%. | 11 | A modified scar model with controlled tension on secondary wound healing in mice显示文摘Pathological scars might cause a distorted appearance and restricted mobility,and the study of scar pathophysiology has been hindered by the absence of a reliable model.In this study,we introduce a model with a modified device to induce controlled tension on a wound healing by secondary intention to overcome the shortcomings of the model generated by Aarabi et al.We investigated and recommend an induction of 0.1 N/mm^(2) tension on day 7 for 14 days to mimic the characteristics of human scars.A 3.5-fold increase in scar tissue and a 2-fold increase in collagen production were induced by the modified model.Histologically,the modified method increased scar thickness.However,no significant difference was found in cell density between the two groups.This modified procedure significantly increased scar tissue,which could be used for further cellular and biomolecular research.The mechanical force applied to the wound became measurable and controllable.This method is more convenient for researchers to observe in realtime and for providing timely adjustments of the tension used in this modified model. | Zi Wang Xin Huang Tao Zan Qingfeng Li Haizhou Li | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 2 |

| 16 | Microarray gene expression analysis of chemosensitivity for docetaxel,cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)combined chemotherapeutic regimen in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To screen out a set of candidate genes which could help to determine whether patients with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(HSCC) could benefit from docetaxel, cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)induction chemotherapy.Methods: Gene-expression profiles in 12 TPF-sensitive patients were compared to 9 resistant controls by microarray analysis. Subsequently, expression levels of potential biomarkers in chemosensitive cell line Fa Du after TPF treatment were observed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR).Results: Through microarray analysis, 1,579 differentially expressed genes were identified, of which 815 were up-regulated in TPF chemotherapy-responsive tissues whereas 764 were down-regulated. Gene ontology(GO)analysis suggested these genes participating in physiological processes including transcription and its regulation,cellular signal transduction and metabolic process. Additionally, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database revealed that MAPK and Jat/STAT signaling pathways occupied important roles in TPF chemotherapeutic sensitivity. Moreover, in vitro cell culture experiments revealed the expression alternations of IL-6, MAPK14, JUN, CDK5 and CAMK2 A exposed to TPF treatment by q RT-PCR, whilst providing an insight into the mechanism underlying TPF chemotherapeutic response in HSCC.Conclusions: These results provided a battery of genes related to TPF chemotherapeutic sensitivity and might act as molecular targets in HSCC treatment.
