1High efficient catalytic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural into 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid under benign conditions with nitrogen-doped graphene encapsulated Cu nanoparticles显示文摘Selective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfual(HMF) to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA) as a bioplastics monomer is efficiently promoted by a simple system without noble-metal and base additives. In this work, graphene oxide(GO) was first synthesised by an electrochemical method with flexible graphite paper(FGP) as start carbon material, then, nitrogen-doped graphene(NG) layers encapsulated Cu nanoparticles(NPs) was prepared by one-step thermal treatment of GO supported Cu2+ in flowing NH3 atmosphere. Compared with NG supported Cu NPs prepared by the traditional impregnation method, enhanced catalytic activity was achieved over Cu/NG and an FDCA yield of 95.2% was achieved under mild reaction conditions with tert-butylhydroperoxide(t-BuOOH) as the oxidant. Control experiments with different catalysts and different addition procedure of t-BuOOH showed the yield of HMF and various intermediates during reaction. From the changing of intermediates concentrations and reaction rates, a reaction pathway through HMF-DFF-FFCA-FDCA was proposed. 2Current Situation of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Hainan Province and Development Strategies显示文摘This paper introduces the distribution, membership structure and industrial structure of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hainan Province, and points out some problems in farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hainan Province, such as small scale, low ability to resist risks, lack of standardization in operation, and generally low quality of cooperative members. 3A Universal Principle to Accurately Synthesize Atomically Dispersed Metal–N_4 Sites for CO_2 Electroreduction显示文摘Atomically dispersed metal-nitrogen sites-anchored carbon materials have been developed as effective catalysts for CO2 electroreduction(CO2 ER),but they still suffer from the imprecisely control of type and coordination number of N atoms bonded with central metal.Herein,we develop a family of single metal atom bonded by N atoms anchored on carbons(SAs-M-N-C,M=Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)for CO2 ER,which composed of accurate pyrrole-type M-N4 structures with isolated metal atom coordinated by four pyrrolic N atoms.Benefitting from atomically coordinated environment and specific selectivity of M-N4 centers,SAs-Ni-N-C exhibits superior CO2 ER performance with onset potential of-0.3 V,CO Faradaic efficiency(F.E.) of 98.5%at-0.7 V,along with low Tafel slope of 115 mV dec-1 and superior stability of 50 h,exceeding all the previously reported M-N-C electrocatalysts for CO2-to-CO conversion.Experimental results manifest that the different intrinsic activities of M-N4 structures in SAs-M-N-C result in the corresponding sequence of Ni> Fe> Cu> Co for CO2 ER performance.An integrated Zn-CO2 battery with Zn foil and SAs-Ni-N-C is constructed to simultaneously achieve CO2-to-CO conversion and electric energy output,which delivers a peak power density of 1.4 mW cm-2 and maximum CO F.E.of 93.3%.Wanzhen Zheng Feng Chen Qi Zeng Zhongjian Li Bin Yang Lecheng Lei Qinghua Zhang Feng He Xilin Wu Yang Hou 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,9:2

7Prototype of space-borne LTT module and its ground tests显示文摘In order to develop the technique of Laser Time Transfer(LTT) ,Shanghai Astronomical Observatory has built a prototype of space-borne LTT module. The performance of the LTT module and the results of ground tests are discussed in the paper. 11FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION DETERMINATION OF COPPER IN CEREALS FOOD SAMPLES WITH THE PRECONCENTRATION OF POTASSIUM TETRATITANATE WHISKER显示文摘A simple and reliable method has been developed for separation and preconcentration of trace amounts of copper ions in cereals food for subsequent measurement by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The Cu2+ ions are adsorbed selectively and quantitatively during the passage. The retained copper ions were desorbed from the potassium tetratitanate whisker with 10.0mL of 2mol/L sulphuric acid solutions as eluent and were determined by FAAS. The linear range was 0.05μg/mL^0.20μg/mL in the original solution with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The detection limit of the proposed method is 2.1ng/mL in the original solution (3σ, n=9). Determination of copper in standard ions showed that the proposed method has good accuracy (recovery was more than 95%). 13How to Develop Rubber Production in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture?显示文摘The natural rubber planting area in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture accounts for about 30% of rubber planting area in China. At the end of 2013,the rubber planting area in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture was 29. 4 ha,the tapped rubber plantation area was 17. 49 ha,and the dry rubber production was 317000 t. Currently,the production and management level of rubber plantation has declined in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,the tapping technique is outdated,and the tapping technology management system is difficult to implement. 17Theoretical investigation of the non-Condon effect on electron transfer:Application to organic semiconductor显示文摘The non-Condon effect plays an important role in the process of electron transfer (ET). Several theoretical models have been proposed to investigate its effect on ET rates. In this paper,we overview a theoretical method for the calculations of the non-Condon ET rate constants proposed by us,and its applications to organic semiconductors. First,full quantum expressions of the non-Condon ET rates are presented with the electronic couplings having exponential,Gaussian and linear dependences in terms of the nuclear coordinates,respectively. The proposed formulas have closed forms in time domain and they thus can be easily applied in multi-mode systems. Then,the driving force dependences of the ET rates involving the non-Condon effect are calculated with the use of full quantum mechanical formulas. It is found that these dependences show very different prop-erties from the Marcus one. As an example of applications,the approaches are used to investigate the non-Condon effect on the mobility of the organic semiconductor dithiophene-tetrathiafulvalene (DT-TTF). 19Distinctive phosphorylation pattern during mitotic exit network(MEN)regulation is important for the development and pathogenicity of Magnaporthe oryzae显示文摘The mitotic exit network(MEN)pathway is a vital kinase cascade regulating the timely and correct progress of cell division.In the rice blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae,the MEN pathway,consisting of conserved protein kinases MoSep1 and MoMob1-MoDbf2,is important in the development and pathogenicity of the fungus.We found that deletion of MoSEP1 affects the phosphorylation of MoMob1,but not MoDbf2,in contrast to what was found in the buddy yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae,and verified this finding by in vitro phosphorylation assay and mass spectrom-etry(MS)analysis.We also found that S43 residue is the critical phosphor-site of MoMob1 by MoSep1,and proved that MoSep1-dependent MoMob1 phosphorylation is essential for cell division during the development of M.oryzae.We further provided evidence demonstrating that MoSep1 phosphorylates MoMob1 to maintain the cell cycle during vegetative growth and infection.Taken together,our results revealed that the MEN pathway has both distinct and conservative functions in regulating the cell cycle during the development and pathogenesis of M.oryzae.Wanzhen Feng Jiansheng Wang Xinyu Liu Haowen Wu Muxing Liu Haifeng Zhang Xiaobo Zheng Ping Wang Zhengguang Zhang 2022Stress Biology2022,2,1:0
20Association of variants in the KIF1A gene with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis显示文摘Background:Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a devastating progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects neurons in the central nervous system and the spinal cord.As in many other neurodegenerative disorders,the genetic risk factors and pathogenesis of ALS involve dysregulation of cytoskeleton and neuronal transport.Notably,sen-sory and motor neuron diseases such as hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type 2(HSAN2)and spastic paraplegia 30(SPG30)share several causative genes with ALS,as well as having common clinical phenotypes.KIF1A encodes a kinesin 3 motor that transports presynaptic vesicle precursors(SVPs)and dense core vesicles and has been reported as a causative gene for HSAN2 and SPG30.Methods:Here,we analyzed whole-exome sequencing data from 941 patients with ALS to investigate the genetic association of KIF1A with ALS.Results:We identified rare damage variants(RDVs)in the KIF1A gene associated with ALS and delineated the clini-cal characteristics of ALS patients with KIF1A RDVs.Clinically,these patients tended to exhibit sensory disturbance.Interestingly,the majority of these variants are located at the C-terminal cargo-binding region of the KIF1A protein.Functional examination revealed that the ALS-associated KIF1A variants located in the C-terminal region preferentially enhanced the binding of SVPs containing RAB3A,VAMP2,and synaptophysin.Expression of several disease-related KIF1A mutants in cultured mouse cortical neurons led to enhanced colocalization of RAB3A or VAMP2 with the KIF1A motor.Conclusions:Our study highlighted the importance of KIF1A motor-mediated transport in the pathogenesis of ALS,indicating KIF1A as an important player in the oligogenic scenario of ALS.Panlin Liao Yanchun Yuan Zhen Liu Xiaorong Hou Wanzhen Li Jin Wen Kexuan Zhang Bin Jiao Lu Shen Hong Jiang Jifeng Guo Beisha Tang Zhuohua Zhang Zhonghua Hu Junling Wang 2022Translational Neurodegeneration2022,11,1:0
