1Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors,which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein,laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy,microstructures with different geometries can be obtained,which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently,curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity,ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides,obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied.Finally,the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling,pulse detection and voice recognition.Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4:7
2Hyperelastic Graphene Aerogels Reinforced by In‑suit Welding Polyimide Nano Fiber with Leaf Skeleton Structure and Adjustable Thermal Conductivity for Morphology and Temperature Sensing显示文摘Graphene-aerogel-based flexible sensors have heat tolerances and electric-resistance sensitivities superior to those of polymer-based sensors.However,graphene sheets are prone to slips under repeated compression due to inadequate chemical con-nections.In addition,the heat-transfer performance of existing compression strain sensors under stress is unclear and lacks research,making it difficult to perform real-temperature detections.To address these issues,a hyperelastic polyimide fiber/graphene aerogel(PINF/GA)with a three-dimensional interconnected structure was fabricated by simple one-pot compound-ing and in-situ welding methods.The welding of fiber lap joints promotes in-suit formation of three-dimensional crosslinked networks of polyimide fibers,which can effectively avoid slidings between fibers to form reinforced ribs,preventing graphene from damage during compression.In particular,the inner core of the fiber maintains its macromolecular chain structure and toughness during welding.Thus,PINF/GA has good structural stabilities under a large strain compression(99%).Moreover,the thermal and electrical conductivities of PINF/GA could not only change with various stresses and strains but also keep the change steady at specific stresses and strains,with its thermal-conductivity change ratio reaching up to 9.8.Hyperelastic PINF/GA,with dynamically stable thermal and electrical conductivity,as well as high heat tolerance,shows broad applica-tion prospects as sensors in detecting the shapes and temperatures of unknown objects in extreme environments.Weida Yin Mengmeng Qin Huitao Yu Jinxu Sun Wei Feng 2023Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,3:1
3Molecular mechanisms of isoflavone puerarin against cardiovascular diseases:What we know and where we go显示文摘Puerarin(Pue),known as a phytoestrogen,has salient bioactivities and is promising against cardiovascular diseases.This article summarizes the underlying molecular mechanisms of Pue in treating cardiovascular diseases,especially regulating the intracellular signal transduction,influencing ion channels,modulating the expression of micro RNA,and impacting on the autophagy,which are mainly involved in the inflammatory signaling pathways,fatty acid/lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,apoptosis,and the like.The protective effect of Pue against cardiovascular diseases mainly involves attenuating the myocardial injury and decreasing the myocardial fibrosis,improving the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,as well as inhibiting the myocardial hypertrophy and atherosclerosis.The molecular mechanisms of Pue’s cardiovascular protective effects for the first time and comment on the state-of-the-art research methods and principles of Pue’s regulation of small molecules were reviewed,so as to provide the rationale for its basic research and clinical applications.Weida Qin Jianghong Guo Wenfeng Gou Shaohua Wu Na Guo Yuping Zhao Wenbin Hou 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,2:0
