2Targeted pH-responsive polyion complex micelle for controlled intracellular drug delivery显示文摘Cancer the rapy with nanoscale drug formulations has made significant progress in the past few decades.However,the selective accumulation and release of therapeutic agents in the lesion sites are still great challenges.To this end,we developed a cRGD-decorated pH-responsive polyion complex(PIC)micelle for intracellular targeted delivery of doxorubicin(DOX)to upregulate tumor inhibition and reduce toxicity.The PIC micelle was self-assembled via the electrostatic interaction between the positively charged cRGD-modified poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lysine)and the anionic acid-sensitive 2,3-dimethylmaleic anhydride-modified doxorubicin(DAD).The decoration of cRGD enhanced the cell internalization of PIC micelle through the specific recognition ofαvβ3 integrin on the membrane of tumor cells.The active DOX was released under intracellular acidic microenvironment after endocytosis following the decomposition of DAD.Moreover,the targeted PIC micelle exhibited enhanced inhibition efficacies toward hepatoma in vitro and in vivo compared with the insensitive controls.The smart multifunctional micelle provides a promising platform for target intracellular delivery of therapeutic agent in cancer therapy.Pan Zheng Yang Liu Jinjin Chen Weiguo Xu Gao Li Jianxun Ding 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5:4
3Enhancement of potassium resistance of Ce-Ti oxide catalyst for NH_(3)-SCR reaction by modification with holmium显示文摘Alkali metal K in exhaust gas has a deactivation effect on NH_(3)-SCR catalysts.In this work,it is discovered that the addition of Ho on CeTi catalyst can remarkably strengthen its K tolerance.The conclusions of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),NH_(3) temperature programmed desorption(NH_(3)-TPD)and H_(2)temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)analyses demonstrate that the enhancement of K resistance mainly originates from its stronger surface acidity and redox capability,the higher concentration of Ce^(3+)species and surface chemisorbed oxygen.In situ DRIFT analysis reveals that the introduction of Ho on CeTi can remarkably improve the adsorption of NH_(3) and NO_(x) species on catalyst surface,accompanied by the intensified reactivity of ad-NH_(3) species,which should also administer to improve the K resistance.Chaopeng Duan Ruitang Guo Yuanzhen Liu Guilin Wu Yufang Miao Jingwen Gu Weiguo Pan 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,1:3
4Low temperature catalytic oxidation of NO over different-shaped CeO2显示文摘To investigate the effect of CeO_2 nanomaterial morphology on its performance for NO catalytic oxidation.Three kinds of CeO_2 nanomaterials including CeO_2 nanorods,nanospheres and nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method and used for catalytic oxidation of NO at low temperature. The experimental results show that CeO_2 nanorods are of the best catalytic performance. Characterization techniques including TEM, XRD, H_2-TPR, NO-TPD and XPS were used to determine the relationship between the morphology of CeO_2 nanomaterial and its catalytic performance. TEM images show that CeO_2 nanorods predominantly exposed(110) and(10 0) planes, while CeO_2 nanospheres and CeO_2 nanoparticles predominantly exposed(111) plane. 5Expression,Purification and Identification of Recombinant Mouse Interleukin 21 Protein in E.coli显示文摘Interleukin 21 (IL-21) is a novel typeⅠcytokine that is significantly homologous to IL-2, IL-4 and IL-15. Its receptor complex containsγc chain which is also a component of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15, so there may be overlapping or relevancies in their biological functions. IL-21 is capable of co-stimulating mature T cells, B cells, NK cells, and of stimulating CD16 expression on the surface of NK cells to induce ADCC in innate immune response. It can also strengthen the anti-tumor effect of the cellular immunity, especially via enhancing the activities of NK and antigen specific CTL cells. Thus, IL-21 is a potential useful therapeutic molecule for immunotherapy of malignancies, by eliciting innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses in tumor-bearing hosts. In order to study the biological functions of IL-21, we constructed a mIL-21 prokaryotic expression plasmid and expressed the recombinant mIL-21 protein in E. coli in present study. The recombinant plasmid pET28a/mIL-21 with a carboxyl terminal His-tag was subcloned from the pcDNA3.1/mIL-21 and expressed in E. coli. The induced protein was detected by SDS-PAGE, and identified by Western-blot assay with anti-mIL-21 antibody. The recombinant protein was purified via Ni+ affinity chromatography, and renatured with GSH/GSSG system. 6Chemotherapy initiation with single-course methotrexate alone or combined with dactinomycin versus multi-course methotrexate for low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia: a multi-centric randomized clinical trial显示文摘We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of single-course initial regimens in patients with low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN).In this trial (NCT01823315),276 patients were analyzed.Patients were allocated to three initiated regimens:single-course methotrexate(MTX),single-course MTX+dactinomycin(ACTD),and multi-course MTX(control arm).The primary endpoint was the complete remission(CR)rate by initial drug(s).The primary CR rate was 64.4%with multi-course MTX in the control arm.For the single-course MTX arm,the CR rate was 35.8%by one course;it increased to 59.3%after subsequent multi-course MTX,with non-inferiority to the control(difference-5.1%,95%confidence interval(CI)-19.4%to 9.2%,P=0.014).After further treatment with multi-course ACTD,the CR rate(93.3%)was similar to that of the control(95.2%,P=0.577).For the single-course MTX+ACTD arm,the CR rate was 46.7%by one course,which increased to 89.1%after subsequent multi-course,with non-inferiority(difference 24.7%,95%CI 12.8%-36.6%,P<0.001)to the control.It was similar to the CR rate by MTX and further ACTD in the control arm(89.1%vs.95.2%,P=0.135).Four patients experienced recurrence,with no death,during the 2-year follow-up.We demonstrated that chemotherapy initiation with single-course MTX may be an alternative regimen for patients with low-risk GTN.Lili Chen Ling Xi Jie Jiang Rutie Yin Pengpeng Qu Xiuqin Li Xiaoyun Wan Yaxia Chen Dongxiao Hu Yuyan Mao Zimin Pan Xiaodong Cheng Xinyu Wang Qingli Li Danhui Weng Xi Zhang Hong Zhang Quanhong Ping Xiaomei Liu Xing Xie Beihua Kong Ding Ma Weiguo Lu 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,2:2
7Self-powered electronic paper with energy supplies and information inputs solely from mechanical motions显示文摘The electronic paper(E-paper)displays features such as flexibility,sunlight visibility,and low power consumption,which makes it ideal for Internet of Things(IoT)applications where the goal is to eliminate bulky power modules.Here,we report a unique self-powered E-paper(SPEP),where information inputs and energy supplies are all converted from mechanical motion by a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).The operation of an electrophoretic E-paper is first investigated,identifying the current density as a determinative parameter for driving pigment particle motion and color change.Electrical and optical responses of the E-paper driven by a slidingmode TENG are then found to be consistent with that under a current source mode.All-in-one monochromic and chromatic SPEPs integrated with a flexible transparent TENG are finally demonstrated,and a pixelated SPEP is discussed for future research.The sliding-driven mechanism of SPEP allows for a potential handwriting function,is free of an extra power supply,and promises undoubtedly a wide range of future applications.YIFAN GU TINGTING HOU PENG CHEN JINXIN CAO CHONGXIANG PAN WEIGUO HU BO-RU YANG XIONG PU AND ZHONG LIN WANG 2020Photonics Research2020,8,9:2

16A preventive opportunistic maintenance method for railway traction power supply system based on equipment reliability显示文摘Conventional maintenance mode for the traction power supply system(TPSS)is to perform scheduled regular maintenance activities for power supply equipment,while such maintenance mode may result in undue maintenance tasks and low efficiency due to different degradation processes of different sorts of equipment.To address this problem,this paper introduces a preventive opportunistic maintenance(POM)method for TPSS based on equipment reliability.Firstly,a POM model is established by considering the equipment reliability degradation process based on Weibull distribution.Then,by considering the total power outage time in the planned operation cycle of TPSS as the optimization objective,the optimal maintenance scheme of TPSS is formulated by iterative method of maintenance strategies.The proposed method is verified by introducing practical maintenance strategies and fault record data of the traction transformer,circuit breaker and disconnector in an actual TPSS of a railway administration.Results show that the presented method can make full use of the existing fault data to develop a POM scheme for TPSS.It can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce power outage time,providing guidance to formulate scientific maintenance strategies for TPSS.Sheng Lin Nan Li Ding Feng Xiaomin Guo Weiguo Pan Jun Wang Chao Yang 2020Railway Engineering Science2020,28,2:1
