1高光谱遥感在农作物长势监测中的应用显示文摘该研究是加拿大Saskatchewan Scott农作物轮作系统(ACS)研究的一部分。研究始于1994年,历时18a,评价9个可耕种农作物产量系统的可靠性。由3种处理水平(organic,reduced,high)和3种作物多样性水平(low,diversified annual grains,diversified annual perennials)结合而产生的9个农作物产量系统,被用于监测和评价加拿大牧场不同处理和不同作物种植轮作下可耕种农作物的产量。在2003年生长季共收集了3次叶面积指数和光谱反射率的数据:生长季前期(6月)、生长季旺盛期(7月)、生长季后期(8月)。叶面积指数是由LAI-2000植物冠层分析仪监测的,光谱测量是由覆盖了350-2500 nm波长范围共2215个波段的ADS便携式高光谱仪完成的。结果显示,光学测量可以用于监测农作物生长状况的差异。从生长季的早期到中期,光谱和叶面积指数在不同处理下有显著差异。7月中期是用遥感资料监测农作物长势的最佳季节;红光波段与近红外波段反射率的比值和基于这两个波段构造的归一化植被指数,是检测农作物长势的最佳植被指数。郑有飞 Guo X Olfert O Brandt S Thomas G Weiss R Sproule L 2007气象与环境科学2007,30,1:22

4Adiponectin and its receptors in rodent models of fatty liver disease and liver cirrhosis显示文摘AIM: To determine circulating and hepatic adiponectin in rodents with fatty liver disease or liver cirrhosis and investigate expression of the adiponectin receptors AdipoR1 on the mRNA and protein level and AdipoR2 on the mRNA level. METHODS: Fat fed rats were used as a model for fatty liver disease and bile duct ligation in mice to investigate cirrhotic liver. Expression of AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 mRNA was determined by real time RT-PCR. AdipoR1 protein was analysed by immunoblot. Adiponectin was measured by ELISA. RESULTS: Systemic adiponectin is reduced in fat- fed rats but is elevated in mice after bile duct ligation (BDL). Hepatic adiponectin protein is lower in steatotic liver but not in the liver of BDL-mice when compared to controls. Adiponectin mRNA was not detected in human liver samples or primary human hepatocytes nor in rat liver but recombinant adiponectin is taken up by isolated hepatocytes in-vitro. AdipoR1 mRNA and AdipoR1 protein levels are similar in the liver tissue of control and fat fed animals whereas AdipoR2 mRNA is induced. AdipoR2 mRNA and AdipoR1 mRNA and protein is suppressed in the liver of BDL-mice. CONCLUSION: Our studies show reduced circulating adiponectin in a rat model of fatty liver disease whereas circulating adiponectin is elevated in a mouse model of cirrhosis and similar fi ndings have been described in humans. 5Socio-cultural determinants of timely and delayed treatment of Buruli ulcer: implications for disease control显示文摘Introduction:Public health programmes recommend timely medical treatment for Buruli ulcer(BU)infection to prevent pre-ulcer conditions from progressing to ulcers,to minimise surgery,disabilities and the socio-economic impact of BU.Clarifying the role of socio-cultural determinants of timely medical treatment may assist in guiding public health programmes to improve treatment outcomes.This study clarified the role of socio-cultural determinants and health system factors affecting timely medical treatment for BU in an endemic area in Ghana.Methods:A semi-structured explanatory model interview based on the explanatory model interview catalogue(EMIC)was administered to 178 BU-affected persons.Based on research evidence,respondents were classified as timely treatment(use of medical treatment 3 months from awareness of disease)and delayed treatment(medical treatment 3 months after onset of disease and failure to use medical treatment).The outcome variable,timely treatment was analysed with cultural epidemiological variables for categories of distress,perceived causes of BU,outside-help and reasons for medical treatment in logistic regression models.The median time for the onset of symptoms to treatment was computed in days.Qualitative phenomenological analysis of respondents’narratives clarified the meaning,context and dynamic features of the relationship of explanatory variables with timely medical treatment.Results:The median time for initiating treatment was 25 days for pre-ulcers,and 204 days for ulcers.Income loss and use of herbalists showed significantly negative associations with timely treatment.Respondents’use of herbalists was often motivated by the desire for quick recovery in order to continue with work and because herbalists were relatives and easily accessible.However,drinking unclean water was significantly associated with timely treatment and access to health services encouraged timely treatment(OR 8.5,p=0.012).Findings show that health system factors of access are responsible for non-compliance to treatment regimes.Conclusions:Findings highlight the importance of an integrated approach to BU control and management considering the social and economic features that influence delayed treatment and factors that encourage timely medical treatment.This approach should consider periodic screening for early case-detection,collaboration with private practitioners and traditional healers,use of mobile services to improve access,adherence and treatment outcomes.Mercy M Ackumey Margaret Gyapong Matilda Pappoe Cynthia Kwakye Maclean Mitchell G Weiss 2012Infectious Diseases of Poverty2012,1,1:3
6Single port laparoscopy in gastroenterology and hepatology: A fine step forward显示文摘Single incision laparoscopy(SIL) has become an emerging technology aiming at a further reduction of abdominal wall trauma in minimally invasive surgery. Available data is encouraging for the safe application of standardized SIL in a wide range of procedures in gastroenterology and hepatology. Compared to technically simple SIL procedures, the merit of SIL in advanced surgeries, such as liver or colorectal interventions, compared to conventional laparsocopy is self-evident without any doubt. SIL has already passed the learning curve and is routinely utilized in expert centers. This minimized approach has allowed to enter a new era of surgical management that can not be acceded without a fruitful combination of prudent training, consistent day-to-day work and enthusiastic motivation for technical innovations. Both, basic and novel technical specifics as well as particular procedures are described herein. 8群体药物代谢动力学方法研究伏立康唑的变异度:以优化给药方案显示文摘伏立康唑为广谱抗真菌药物,主要经肝药代谢酶CYP2C19、或CYP3A4和CYP2C9代谢,其药动学特征呈非线性并变异程度大,且该药治疗窗窄,使临床应用复杂。本研究将4项健康受试者研究和2项患者临床研究的数据(包括240名受试者的3352个血药浓度数据)建立非线性混合效应模型分析(NONM EM ),以剂量模拟检验协变量影响效应和据CYP2C19表型分层的伏立康唑浓度(2~5 mg/L )达标情况。结果表明伏立康唑符合滞后时间的一级口服吸收和消除米氏方程的二房室模型。伏立康唑在健康受试者中的最大代谢速率(Vmax )比患者高111%。具有一个或多个CYP2C19功能缺失(LoF)等位基因的受试者的 Vmax较没有上述等位基因缺失的受试者偏低41.2%。合并使用苯妥英钠或利福平,圣约翰草提取物或糖皮质激素可显著增加伏立康唑的消除。口服或静脉注射伏立康唑200 mg ,每日2次,第7天的谷浓度<2 mg/L的概率对无CYP2C19 LoF等位基因的受试者分别为72%和63%;口服或静脉给药300 mg ,每日2次,该概率分别较低,为49%和35%。相反,对于具有CYP2C19 LoF等位基因的受试者,上述给药方案第7天的伏立康唑谷浓度>5 mg/L 的概率分别为29%、39%、57%和77%。因此,目前伏立康唑的给药方案在无CYP2C19 LoF等位基因的受试者中暴露量偏低,需增加给药剂量,但在CYP2C19活性降低的受试者中暴露量则偏高。尽管本研究中伏立康唑生物利用度较高(94%),但个体差异较大(36.7%),且不同研究的结果差异较大(63%~96%),改变给药途径时也需要进行药物浓度监测。本研究表明,为保证伏立康唑的有效性和安全性,需进行治疗药物浓度监测。Dolton M J Mikus G Weiss J 赵苗 2015中国感染与化疗杂志2015,15,5:2
