| 1 | Vapor phase growth of two-dimensional PdSe2 nanosheets for high-photoresponsivity near-infrared photodetectors显示文摘Palladium diselenide(PdSe2),a stable layered material with pentagonal structure,has attracted extensive interest due to its excellent electrical and optoelectronic performance.Here,we report a reliable process to synthesize PdSe2 via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.Through systematic regulation of temperature in the growth process,we can tune the thickness,size,nucleation density and morphology of PdSe2 nanosheets.Field-effect transistors based on PdSe2 nanosheets exhibit n-type behavior and present a high electron mobility of 105 cm^2·V^−1·s^−1.The electrical property of the devices after 6 months keeping in the air show little change,implying outstanding air-stability of PdSe2.In addition,PdSe2 near-infrared photodetector shows a photoresponsivity of 660 A·W^−1 under 914 nm laser.These performances are better than those of most CVD-grown 2D materials,making ultrathin PdSe2 a highly qualified candidate material for next-generation optoelectronic applications. | Weiting Xu Jiayang Jiang Huifang Ma Zhengwei Zhang Jia Li Bei Zhao Ruixia Wu Xiangdong Yang Hongmei Zhang Bailing Li Weining Shu Zucheng Zhang Bo Li Yuan Liu Lei Liao Xidong Duan | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 1 |

| 9 | Fluid-Dynamics Analysis and Structural Optimization of a 300 kW MicroGas Turbine Recuperator显示文摘Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is used here to reduce pressure loss and improve heat exchange efficiency in the recuperator associated with a gas turbine.First,numerical simulations of the high-temperature and lowtemperature channels are performed and,the calculated results are compared with experimental data(to verify the reliability of the numerical method).Second,the flow field structure of the low-temperature side channel is critically analyzed,leading to the conclusion that the flow velocity distribution in the low-temperature side channel is uneven,and its resistance is significantly higher than that in the high-temperature side.Therefore,five alternate structural schemes are proposed for the optimization of the low-temperature side.In particular,to reduce the flow velocity in the upper channel,the rib length of each channel at the inlet of the low-temperature side region is adjusted.The performances of the 5 schemes are compared,leading to the identification of the configuration able to guarantee a uniform flow rate and minimize the pressure drop.Finally,the heat transfer performance of the optimized recuperator structure is evaluated,and it is shown that the effectiveness of the recuperator is increased by 1.5%. | Weiting Jiang Tingni He Chongyang Wang Weiguo Pan Jiang Liu | 2023 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,6: | 0 |

| 11 | Concentration of linoleic acid from cottonseed oil by starch complexation显示文摘The extraction of linoleic acid from fatty acids(FA) of the cottonseed oil using starch–FA complexes was developed for the first time. We showed that starch can form inclusion complexes of different strengths with FA and that the different strengths stem from the differences in chain length, degree of unsaturation, and position of double bonds of FA. The optimal separation conditions were determined as follows: The inclusion temperature is 69 °C, the inclusion time is 30 min, the starch/FA mass ratio is 10:1, and the ratio of the volume of methanol–water solution and the mass of FA is 18:1. Compared to urea inclusion complexation, starch complexation has milder reaction temperature and shorter reaction time. Under these conditions, linoleic acid can be concentrated from 38.9% to 70.04% by one-off extraction. Moreover, the experimental results demonstrate the almost perfect reusability of starch.
