1Coopetition between B2C E-commerce Companies:Price Competition and Logistics Service Cooperation显示文摘This paper studies the impact of logistics cooperation in two competing companies,one of which is equipped with a self-run logistics system while the other is not.The latter outsources logistics services to a third-party logistics company before logistics cooperation,or to its competitor after logistics cooperation with the client's service quality being in proportion to and no greater than the service provider's service quality.We find that when the service provider is a price taker,logistics cooperation is beneficial to both firms only when the service quality after logistics cooperation is moderate.Interestingly,under some circumstances,the client's profit increases even when its service quality decreases after logistics cooperation because logistics cooperation eases the price competition.We also find that all-win situations in which logistics cooperation increases the firms7 profit,consumer surplus and social welfare can be achieved.Finally,when the service price can be chosen by the service provider,we propose a negotiation process in which agreement on logistics cooperation can be reached;when the firm can invest in service quality,logistics cooperation may lower the equilibrium investment level.Weixiang Huang Wenhui Zhou Feng Luo 2020Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2020,29,6:2
2Accelerated plasma degradation of organic pollutants in milliseconds and examinations by mass spectrometry显示文摘The rapid degradation of organic pollutants,process monitoring and online controlling to obtain advanced products and decreased by-products are great and challenging tasks in environmental treatments.Herein,an accelerated plasma degradation in milliseconds was achieved by combining electrospray-based acceleration and plasma-based degradation.Taking the degradation of chloroaniline as an example,97%of the degradation can be achieved in milliseconds.The velocity distribution of droplets was determined to be 40-50 m/s after being degraded for 0.30 ms,which exhibited different degradation behaviors in different milliseconds.Simultaneously,by virtue of the real-time and on-line detection ability of ambient mass spectrometry,intermediates,by-products and advanced products were monitored.Therefore,degradation mechanisms for different degradation times were proposed,which would provide theoretical guidance on obtaining efficient and green degradation.The fabrication,examining and understanding of accelerated plasma degradation not only enlarged application of accelerated reactions,but also promoted green and efficient degradation for environmental treatments.Hua Lu Yiyan Yin Jianghui Sun Weixiang Li Xiaotong Shen Xiujuan Feng Jin Ouyang Na Na 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:2

5中国儿童骨肉瘤与青少年骨肉瘤患者的相互比较分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to assess the differences in clinical appearance and prognosis of osteosarcoma between preadolescent and adolescent in Chinese patients and investigate whether age at diagnosis is a prognostic indicator.Methods:Between May 2002 and May 2009,ninety-six children with high-grade osteosarcoma treated at our institute were stratified according to the age of 10.There were 19 preadolescents(≤ 10 years) and 77 adolescents(10 years < age ≤ 19 years),and their medical records were reviewed and compared using Fisher exact tests.Overall survival and disease-free survival was estimated by Kaplan-Meier methods and compared using log-rank tests.The prognostic significance of the various factors on survival was examined by Cox regression analysis.Results:There were no significant differences in terms of Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS) score,Enneking stage,tumor location,histologic type,pathologic fracture,tumor necrosis rate,tumor size,relapse and frequencies of adjuvant chemotherapy between the two groups.A high proportion of preadolescent patients was treated with amputation(78.9% vs.44.2%;P = 0.01).The 5-year survival of the preadolescent and adolescent groups was(38 ± 14)% and(33 ± 10)%,and the 2-year disease free survival for each group was(45 ± 12)% and(44.4 ± 6.3)%,respectively.Our study showed that age did not have any statistical significance for survival(P = 0.803).Univariate analysis indicated that KPS score;frequencies of adjuvant chemotherapy,tumor size and relapse were significantly related to overall survival.Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that both frequencies of adjuvant chemotherapy and relapse were independently prognostic factors for survival.Conclusion:Clinical characteristics and survival between the preadolescents and adolescents with osteosarcoma in China were compatible.So we suggested that there did not need to treat preadolescents patients by alternative and/or aggressive therapies compared with adolescent patients.Weixiang Qi Zan Shen Lina Tang Aina He Yumei Yang Feng Lin Yang Yao 2012The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2012,11,5:0
6Flashover Probability of Wind Turbine Blade and Impact of Strong Electromagnetic Pulse from Lightning Strikes on Wind Turbine Safety显示文摘This paper systematically studies the flashover probability of wind turbine blade lightning arrester and the impact of strong electromagnetic pulses on the local and surrounding wind turbines during lightning strikes.The research results indicate that the flashover probability of direct lightning strikes by the wind turbine blade lightning arrester is almost negligible,and the strong electromagnetic pulse of wind turbine blade during lightning strikes has a serious impact on the electronic equipment of the machine,while the impact on the surrounding wind turbine is relatively small.At the same time,the calculation formula for the reflection of lightning current on the carbon brush between the wind turbine hub and the engine compartment during the flashing of the wind turbine blades is provided,and the calculation method for calculating the spatial gradient distribution of electromagnetic field intensity using Biot-Savart Law theorem is applied.The limitations of using wind turbine blades for lightning protection are pointed out,and a technical route for achieving wind turbine lightning safety is proposed,which can be used as a reference for wind turbine lightning protection technicians.Lixin YAO Bin XIAO Jianwen ZHANG Weixiang FENG Renhong GUO Zengru YANG Chunliang ZHANG Hui YANG 2024Meteorological and Environmental Research2024,15,1:0
7Enhancement of interfacial catalysis in a triphase reactor using oxygen nanocarriers显示文摘Multiphase catalysis is used in many industrial processes;however,the reaction rate can be restricted by the low accessibility of gaseous reactants to the catalysts in water,especially for oxygen-dependent biocatalytic reactions.Despite the fact that solubility and diffusion rates of oxygen in many liquids(such as perfluorocarbon)are much higher than in water,multiphase reactions with a second liquid phase are still difficult to conduct,because the interaction efficiency between immiscible phases is extremely low.Herein,we report an efficient triphase biocatalytic system using oil core-silica shell oxygen nanocarriers.Such design offers the biocatalytic system an extremely large water-solid-oil triphase interfacial area and a short path required for oxygen diffusion.Moreover,the silica shell stabilizes the oil nanodroplets in water and prevents their aggregation.Using oxygen-dependent oxidase enzymatic reaction as an example,we demonstrate this efficient biocatalytic system for the oxidation of glucose,choline,lactate,and sucrose by substituting their corresponding oxidase counterparts.A rate enhancement by a factor of 10-30 is observed when the oxygen nanocarriers are introduced into reaction system.This strategy offers the opportunity to enhance the efficiency of other gaseous reactants involved in multiphase catalytic reactions.Lu Zhou Liping Chen Zhenyao Ding Dandan Wang Hao Xie Weihai Ni Weixiang Ye Xiqi Zhang Lei Jiang Xinjian Feng 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:0
8Lipocalin-2-Mediated Insufficient Oligodendrocyte Progenitor Cell Remyelination for White Matter Injury After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage via SCL22A17 Receptor/Early Growth Response Protein 1 Signaling显示文摘Insufficient remyelination due to impaired oligodendrocyte precursor cell(OPC)differentiation and maturation is strongly associated with irreversible white matter injury(WMI)and neurological deficits.We analyzed whole transcriptome expression to elucidate the potential role and underlying mechanism of action of lipocalin-2(LCN2)in OPC differentiation and WMI and identified the receptor SCL22A17 and downstream transcription factor early growth response protein 1(EGR1)as the key signals contributing to LCN2-mediated insufficient OPC remyelination.In LCN-knockdown and OPC EGR1 conditional-knockout mice,we discovered enhanced OPC differentiation in developing and injured white matter(WM);consistent with this,the specific inactivation of LCN2/SCl22A17/EGR1 signaling promoted remyelination and neurological recovery in both atypical,acute WMI due to subarachnoid hemorrhage and typical,chronic WMI due to multiple sclerosis.This potentially represents a novel strategy to enhance differentiation and remyelination in patients with white matter injury.Qiang Li Xufang Ru Yang Yang Hengli Zhao Jie Qu Weixiang Chen Pengyu Pan Huaizhen Ruan Chaojun Li Yujie Chen Hua Feng 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,12:0
