1First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. 3Mineral composition and particle size distribution of river sediment and loess in the middle and lower Yellow River显示文摘Hyperconcentrated flows often occur in the middle and lower Yellow River(MLYR)and its tributaries,within which the main sediment source originates from the Loess Plateau of China due to serious water erosion.Little is known about the properties of river sediment that is transported by hyperconcentrated flows,particularly with respect to the mineral composition and size distribution.Samples of sediment and loess were collected in the northern,middle,and southern Loess Plateau and the mainstream and tributaries of the MLYR.A total of 18 loess samples and 24 river sediment samples were analyzed to determine their sediment size distribution and mineral composition.The bottom loess samples reflected the original sedimentary features of the Loess Plateau,and the median particle size reduced,and the clay content increased from the north to the south of the study region.The surface loess has been weathered under the action of wind and rainfall,and the clay particle content in the surface loess samples was higher than that in the undisturbed bottom loess.Erosion of the surface soil due to rainfall and surface runoff means that fine particles(mostly clay)have been washed away.The median diameter of surface loess particles was a little larger than that of the bottom loess particles where water erosion dominates.The particle size became coarser with increasing distance from the estuary in the MLYR,which reflects depositional sorting in the river channel.Significant logarithmic relations were found between the median diameter of the sediment particles and the i)non-clay mineral content and ii)clay mineral content.Thus,clay and non-clay mineral compositions can be conveniently estimated from the particle size distribution.Shimin Tian Zhiwei Li Zhaoyin Wang Enhui Jiang Wenlong Wang Meng Sun 2021International Journal of Sediment Research2021,36,3:3
4Network pharmacology analysis to explore mechanism of Three Flower Tea against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with experimental support using high-fat diet-induced rats显示文摘Objective:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a common chronic liver disease that is harmful to human health.Moreover,there is currently no FDA-approved first-line drug for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)or NAFLD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used to ameliorate liver diseases,such as the traditional ancient recipe called Three Flower Tea(TFT),which consists of double rose(Rosa rugosa),white chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium),and Daidaihua(Citrus aurantium).However,the mechanisms of the action of TFT are not clear.Therefore,this study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of TFT against NAFLD in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced rats.Methods:This study utilized bioinformatics and network pharmacology to establish the active and potential ingredient-target networks of TFT.Furthermore,a protein–protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed,and enrichment analysis was performed to determine the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Furthermore,an animal experiment was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effect and confirm the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Results:A total of 576 NAFLD-related genes were searched in Gene Cards,and under the screening criteria of oral bioavailability(OB)≥30%and drug-likeness(DL)≥0.18,a total of 19 active ingredients and 210 targets were identified in TFT.Network pharmacology analysis suggested that 55 matching targets in PPIs were closely associated with roles for NAFLD treatment.Through the evaluation of network topology parameters,four key central genes,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA,were identified.Furthermore,animal experiments indicated that TFT could reduce plasma lipid profiles,hepatic lipid profiles and hepatic fat accumulation,improve liver function,suppress inflammatory factors,and reduce oxidative stress.Through immunoblotting and immunofluorescence analysis,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA were confirmed as targets of TFT in HFD-induced rats.Conclusion:In summary,our results indicate that TFT can prevent and treat NAFLD via multiple targets,including lipid accumulation,antioxidation,insulin sensitivity,and inflammation.Peixuan Wu Shufei Liang Yanping He Rui Lv Bendong Yang Meng Wang Chao Wang Yong Li Xinhua Song Wenlong Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,2:2
5Hydrogen Bonding-Assisted Synthesis of Silica/Oxidized Mesocarbon Microbeads Encapsulated in Amorphous Carbon as Stable Anode for Optimized/Enhanced Lithium Storage显示文摘The practical application of silica-based composites as an alternative to commercial graphite anode materials is hampered by their large volumetric expansion,poor conductivity,and low Coulombic efficiency.In this work,a novel silica/oxidized mesocarbon microbead/amorphous carbon(SiO2/O’MCMB/C)hierarchical structure in which SiO2 is sandwiched between spherical graphite and amorphous carbon shell was succes sfully fabricated through hydrogen bonding-assisted self-assembly and post-carbon coating method.The obtained three-layer hierarchical structure effectively accommodates the volumetric expansion of SiO2 and significantly enhances the electronic conductivity of composite materials.Moreover,the outer layer of amorphous carbon effectively increases the diffusion rate of lithium ions and promotes the formation of stable SEI film.As a result,the SiO2/O’MCMB/C composite exhibits superior electrochemical performance with a reversible capacity of 459.5 mA h/g in the first cycle,and the corresponding Coulombic efficiency is 62.8%.After 300 cycles,the capacity climbs to around 600 mA h/g.This synthetic route provides an efficient method for preparing SiO2 supported on graphite with excellent electrochemical performance,which is likely to promote its commercial applications.Zongjie Cao Huitian Liu Wenlong Huang Peng Chen Yuansheng Liu Yu Yu Zhongqiang Shan Shuxian Meng 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,1:2
6FXYD3 enhances IL-17A signaling to promote psoriasis by competitively binding TRAF3 in keratinocytes显示文摘Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration and epidermal hyperplasia.However,the regulatory complexity of cytokine and cellular networks still needs to be investigated.Here,we show that the expression of FXYD3,a member of the FXYD domain-containing regulators of Na+/K+ATPases family,is significantly increased in the lesional skin of psoriasis patients and mice with imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis.IL-17A,a cytokine important for the development of psoriatic lesions,contributes to FXYD3 expression in human primary keratinocytes.FXYD3 deletion in keratinocytes attenuated the psoriasis-like phenotype and inflammation in an IMQ-induced psoriasis model.Importantly,FXYD3 promotes the formation of the IL-17R-ACT1 complex by competing with IL-17R for binding to TRAF3 and then enhances IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes.This promotes the activation of the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways and leads to the expression of proinflammatory factors.Our results clarify the mechanism by which FXYD3 serves as a mediator of IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes to form a positive regulatory loop to promote psoriasis exacerbation.Targeting FXYD3 may serve as a potential therapeutic approach in the treatment of psoriasis.Wenjuan Yang Rukun He Hao Qu Wenwen Lian Yue Xue Tao Wang Wenlong Lin Peishuo Zhu Meng Xia Lihua Lai Qingqing Wang 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,3:2

8Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers in Surface Sediment from Songhua River Basin,Northeast of China显示文摘Sixty sediment samples were collected from the main Songhua River in three years. Twelve polybrominated diphenyl ether( PBDE) congeners( BDE17,28,47,66,99,100,153,154,138,183,and BDE-209) were detected to state the pollution situation. The results showed that the total concentration of total PBDEs ranges from 0. 424 to 23. 0 ng / g dry weight,with the mean of 3. 02 ng / g,and the total PBDEs concentration is at relative low level compared with those worldwide. The congener profile showed that BDE-209 is the dominant congener that accounts for more than 80. 1% of total PBDEs in sediments,followed by BDE-47 and BDE-99. These profiles are consistent with a high consumption of Deca-BDEs for the brominated flame retardant market in China. The results of spatial and seasonal observations indicated that local sources,temperature variation, and hydrologic conditions are significant factors on PBDEs concentrations. 10High thermal conductivity and high strength magnesium alloy for high pressure die casting ultrathin-walled components显示文摘With the rapid development of 3C industries,the demand for high-thermal-conductivity magnesium alloys with high mechanical performance is increasing quickly.However,the thermal conductivities of most common Mg foundry alloys(such as Mg-9wt%-1wt%Zn)are still relatively low.In this study,we developed a high-thermal-conductivity Mg-4Al-4Zn-4RE-1Ca(wt%,AZEX4441)alloy with good mechanical properties for ultrathin-walled cellphone components via high-pressure die casting(HPDC).The HPDC AZEX4441 alloy exhibited a fine homogeneous microstructure(average grain size of 2.8μm)with granular Al_(11)RE_(3),fibrous Al_(2)REZn_(2),and networked Ca_(6)Mg_(2)Zn_(3) phases distributed at the grain boundaries.The room-temperature thermal conductivity of the HPDC AZEX4441 alloy was 94.4 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),which was much higher than 53.7 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) of the HPDC AZ91D alloy.Al and Zn in the AZEX4441 alloy were largely consumed by the formation of Al_(11)RE_(3),Al_(2)REZn_(2),and Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3) phases because of the addition of RE and Ca.Therefore,the lattice distortion induced by solute atoms of the AZEX4441 alloy(0.171%)was much lower than that of the AZ91D alloy(0.441%),which was responsible for the high thermal conductivity of the AZEX4441 alloy.The AZEX4441 alloy exhibited a high yield strength of~185 MPa,an ultimate tensile strength of~233 MPa,and an elongation of~4.2%.This result indicated that the tensile properties were comparable with those of the AZ91D alloy.Therefore,this study contributed to the development of high-performance Mg alloys with a combination of high thermal conductivity,high strength,and good castability.Jian Rong Wenlong Xiao Xinqing Zhao Chaoli Ma Haimiao Liao Donglei He Ming Chen Meng Huang Chen Huang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,1:1
11Rationalizing Na-ion solvation structure by weakening carbonate solvent coordination ability for high-voltage sodium metal batteries显示文摘Commercial carbonate-based electrolytes feature highly reactive activities with alkali metals,yielding low Coulombic efficiencies and poor cycle life in lithium metal batteries,which possess much higher chemical activity in the rising star sodium metal batteries.To be motivated,we have proposed that decreasing the solvent solvation ability in carbonate-based electrolytes stepwise could enable longterm stable cycling of high-voltage sodium metal batteries.As the solvation capacity reduces,more anions are enticed into the solvation sheath of Na^(+),resulting in the formation of the more desirable interphase layers on the surface of the anode and the cathode.The inorganic-dominated interphases allow highly efficient Na^(+)deposition/stripping processes with a lower rate of dead sodium generation,as well as maintain a stable structure of the high-voltage cathode material.Specifically,the assembled Na||Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(3)battery exhibits an accelerated ion diffusion kinetics and achieves a higher capacity retention of 85.9%with during the consecutive 200 cycles under the high voltage of 4.5 V.It is anticipated that the tactics we have proposed could be applicable in other secondary metal battery systems as well.Yan Deng Shuai Feng Zhiwen Deng Ye Jia Xuemei Zhang Changhaoyue Xu Sicheng Miao Meng Yao Kaipeng Wu Yun Zhang Wenlong Cai 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0

13Superior lithium storage performance in MoO_(3) by synergistic effects:Oxygen vacancies and nanostructures显示文摘Molybdenum trioxide(MoO_(3))has recently attracted wide attention as a typical conversion-type anode of Li-ion batteries(LIBs).Nevertheless,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and rapid capacity fading during charge/discharge process seriously limit large-scale commercial application of MoO_(3).Herein,the density function theory(DFT)calculations show that electron-proton co-doping preferentially bonds symmetric oxygen to form unstable HxMoO_(3).When the-OH-group in HxMoO_(3) is released into the solution in the form of H_(2)O,it is going to form MoO_(3-x)with lower binding energy.By the means of both electron-proton co-doping and high-energy nanosizing,oxygen vacancies and nanoflower structure are introduced into MoO_(3) to accelerate the ion and electronic diffusion/transport kinetics.Benefitting from the promotion of ion diffusion kinetics related to nanostructures,as well as both the augmentation of active sites and the improvement of electrical conductivity induced by oxygen vacancies,the MoO_(3-x)/nanoflower structures show excellent lithium-ion storage performance.The prepared specimen has a high lithium-ion storage capacity of 1261 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and cyclic stability(450 cycle),remarkably higher than those of previously reported MoO_(3)-based anode materials.Xueyang Hou Miao Ruan Lijiao Zhou Jianchun Wu Bicheng Meng Wenlong Huang Kenan Zhong Kai Yang Zhao Fang Keyu Xie 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
142-4 First Isochronous Mass Measurement in Neutron-rich Region at CSRe显示文摘Mass is one of the fundamental properties of atomic nuclei. Isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS), using astorage ring combined with an in-flight separator, has been shown to be a powerful tool for mass measurementof exotic nuclei[1]. Recently, masses of many proton-rich nuclides were accurately determined at the HIRFL-CSRfacility[2]. In this paper, we described the first isochronous mass measurement of neutron-rich nuclides at CSRe.This experiment was performed at the end of 2011. In the experiment, the primary beam of 86Kr28+ ions wasaccumulated and accelerated to an energy of 460.65 MeV/u in the synchrotron CSRm. 16The Relationship between a Cohort Endoscopic Screening of 15,000 Subjects and the Death of Patients with Esophageal and Gastric Cancers in High-Risk Areas显示文摘OBJECTIVE Ci-xian County is located in the north of Chinaand is a high-risk area for esophageal cancer(EC).In 2004,theincidence rate of EC in the county was 127/100,000 and 93/100,000in the male and female population,respectively,and that ofgastric cancer(GC)was 72/100,000 and 36/100,000.Since 2001 acohort screening,supported by a special national fund,utilizingendoscopic examination with iodine staining for the targetpopulation at the age ranging from 40 to 69 years was carried out,so as to reduce the incidence and mortality rates in the high-riskareas of EC.METHODS In October 2001,4 townships in the Ci-xian County,Hebei,China were selected,with 22,016 cases in the interventiongroup(IVG)and 33,410 in the control group(CG).The totalpopulation coverage reached 55,000.There were 3257 males and3339 females in the IVG with the age ranging from 40 to 69 years,and 4299 males and 4430 females in the CG with the same rangeof the age.Endoscopic screening with iodine staining was used inthe IVG,with a screening rate of 53.2%.During the screening byendoscopic examination,97 cases were found to have esophagealsquamous epithelium,carcinoma-in-situ at the cardiac glandularepithelium or intra-mucosal carcinoma.Additionally,102cases were identified to have severe atypical hyperplasia in theesophagus and gastric cardia.The natural incidence rate of cancerand the mortality were observed in the CG.The ICD-0 version wasused in the tumor incidence and death registration coding.Duringa period from June to September 2008,based on the information ofthe tumor registration database of the incidence and mortality inthe Ci-xian County,the cohort groups were studied and followed.RESULTS There were 133 patients with untreatable EC and48 with GC in the IVG,while there were 259 and 37 patients inthe CG who died of esophageal and gastric cancer,respectively.The relative risk(RR)of death was 0.76 in the male patients withEC,95%CI(0.59-0.98),P=0.038,and in the female patients theRR was 0.51,95%CI(0.35-0.75),P=0.000.The RR of death in theGC patients was 2.45,(1.40-4.29)in the male,P=0.01,and 0.99,(0.47-1.99),in the female cases,P=0.906.CONCLUSION Six years after a cohort screening of a largepopulation by endoscopic examination with iodine staining inareas at high risk for EC,the death risk in the male and femalepatients with EC has decreased compared with that in the controlgroup.The difference between the 2 groups was statisticallysignificant.However,no protective method used to decrease thedeath risk in GC patients has been found during this period ofendoscopic screening.Zhifeng Chen Guohui Song Jun Hou Cuilan Guo Guoliang Jin Fanshu Meng Wenlong Bai 2009Clinical oncology and cancer resexreh2009,6,4:0
17Performance Test of LASCAR Scintillator Detector Array at RIBLL显示文摘The LASCAR (Large Area Scattering Chamber at PABLL) scintillator detector array is developed to detect neutrons and charged particles from the reaction induced by, the RIBs from RIBLL. It consists of 8 scintillator plus light guide blocks. As shown in Fig.l, each block matches with 49 photomultipliers (PMTs) of 9214SB type from Electron Tubes Limited. 20Investigating Transmission Efficiency of Light Guide by Monte Carlo Simulation显示文摘A large area neutron detector to detect the energy of about 1 GeV neutron by time-of flight method will be installed at RIBLL II of CSR. To obtain good energy resolution, the time resolution of the detector is a crucial parameter. For this purpose, the transmission efficiency of the light guide to transport the photons from detec-tor unit to light sensitive detector has been investigated by Monte-Carlo simulation.
