1基于EMD和MKD的滚动轴承故障诊断方法显示文摘针对滚动轴承早期微弱故障特征难以提取的问题,提出基于经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)与最大峭度解卷积(Maximum Kurtosis Deconvolution,MKD)的滚动轴承故障特征提取方法。利用EMD方法分解振动信号得到一组固有模态分量(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF),然后根据时域峭度和包络谱峭度,筛选出敏感IMF分量进行信号重构。然后对重构信号进行最大峭度解卷积处理以增强故障信息,最后得到包络功率谱,从而获得轴承故障特征频率信息。通过实验台信号验证了所述方法的有效性及优点。隋文涛 张丹 Wilson Wang 2015振动与冲击2015,34,9:52

4An Intelligent Harmonic Synthesis Technique for Air-Gap Eccentricity Fault Diagnosis in Induction Motors显示文摘Induction motors(IMs) are commonly used in various industrial applications. To improve energy consumption efficiency, a reliable IM health condition monitoring system is very useful to detect IM fault at its earliest stage to prevent operation degradation, and malfunction of IMs. An intelligent harmonic synthesis technique is proposed in this work to conduct incipient air-gap eccentricity fault detection in IMs. The fault harmonic series are synthesized to enhance fault features. Fault related local spectra are processed to derive fault indicators for IM airgap eccentricity diagnosis. The effectiveness of the proposed harmonic synthesis technique is examined experimentally by IMs with static air-gap eccentricity and dynamic air-gap eccentricity states under different load conditions. 5UFMylation of RPL26 links translocation-associated quality control to endoplasmic reticulum protein homeostasis显示文摘Protein biogenesis at the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)in eukaryotic cells is monitored by a protein quality control system named ER-associated protein degradation(ERAD).While there has been substantial progress in understanding how ERAD eliminates defective polypeptides generated from erroneous folding,how cells remove nascent chains stalled in the translocon during co-translational protein insertion into the ER is unclear.Here we show that ribosome stalling during protein translocation induces the attachment of UFM1,a ubiquitin-like modifier,to two conserved lysine residues near the COOH-terminus of the 60S ribosomal subunit RPL26(uL24)at the ER.Strikingly,RPL26 UFMylation enables the degradation of stalled nascent chains,but unlike ERAD or previously established cytosolic ribosome-associated quality control(RQC),which uses proteasome to degrade their client proteins,ribosome UFMylation promotes the targeting of a translocation-arrested ER protein to lysosomes for degradation.RPL26 UFMylation is upregulated during erythroid differentiation to cope with increased secretory flow,and compromising UFMylation impairs protein secretion,and ultimately hemoglobin production.We propose that in metazoan,co-translational protein translocation into the ER is safeguarded by a UFMylation-dependent protein quality control mechanism,which when impaired causes anemia in mice and abnormal neuronal development in humans.Lihui Wang Yue Xu Heather Rogers Layla Saidi Constance Tom Noguchi Honglin Li Jonathan Wilson Yewdell Nicholas Raymond Guydosh Yihong Ye 2020Cell Research2020,30,1:5
6Lung epithelial cell-derived IL-25 negatively regulates LPS-induced exosome release from macrophages显示文摘Background: Acute lung injury(ALI) is a major component of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) following pulmonary and systemic infection. Alveolar macrophages(AMφ) are at the center of ALI pathogenesis. Emerging evidence has shown that cell-cell interactions in the lungs play an important regulatory role in the development of acute lung inflammation. However, the underneath mechanisms remain poorly addressed. In this study, we explore a novel function of lung epithelial cells(LEPCs) in regulating the release of exosomes from AMφ following LPS stimulation.Methods: For the in vivo experiments, C57 BL/6 wildtype(WT) mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)(2 mg/kg) in 0.2 ml of saline via intratracheal aerosol administration. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was collected at 0–24 h after LPS treatment, and exosomes derived from AMφ were measured. For the in vitro studies, LEPCs and bone marrowderived Mφ(BMDM) were isolated from WT or TLR4-/-mice and were then cocultured in the Transwell? system. After coculture for 0–24 h, the BMDM and supernatant were harvested for the measurement of exosomes and cytokines.Results: We demonstrate that LPS induces macrophages(Mφ) to release exosomes, which are then internalized by neighboring Mφ to promote TNF-α expression. The secreted interleukin(IL)-25 from LEPCs downregulates Rab27 a and Rab27 b expression in Mφ, resulting in suppressed exosome release and thereby attenuating exosome-induced TNF-α expression and secretion.Conclusion: These findings reveal a previously unidentified crosstalk pathway between LEPCs and Mφ that negatively regulates the inflammatory responses of Mφ to LPS. 8基于BP神经网络算法的铝合金黏度预测模型显示文摘黏度是液体铝合金重要的热物性质之一,影响到液体充型与凝固的特征,继而铸件的质量。在本研究中,从文献中收集了315组实验测定的黏度数据,用来开发黏度预测模型。采用BP神经网络算法构建模型,以熔体温度和合金中Al、Si、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mg和Zn的含量作为模型输入,并以黏度值作为模型输出。为了改善模型精度,研究不同训练算法和隐含层神经元数的影响。使用遗传算法优化初始权重与赋值,这显著改善了模型精度。模型预测值与实验值间的相对误差小于5%,证明所构建的优化模型具有高的预测精度与可靠性。用建立的模型对纯Al和二元Al合金的黏度随温度和溶质含量变化的预测结果与文献中的实验结果非常一致,表明该模型在工程应用中具有较好的预测精度。廖恒成 高源 Qi-gui WANG Dan WILSON 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,10:4

11Space- and ground-based CO_2 measurements: A review显示文摘The climate warming is mainly due to the increase in concentrations of anthropogenic greenhouse gases, of which CO_2 is the most important one responsible for radiative forcing of the climate. In order to reduce the great estimation uncertainty of atmospheric CO_2 concentrations, several CO_2-related satellites have been successfully launched and many future greenhouse gas monitoring missions are planned. In this paper, we review the development of CO_2 retrieval algorithms, spatial interpolation methods and ground observations. The main findings include: 1) current CO_2 retrieval algorithms only partially account for atmospheric scattering effects; 2) the accurate estimation of the vertical profile of greenhouse gas concentrations is a long-term challenge for remote sensing techniques; 3) ground-based observations are too sparse to accurately infer CO_2 concentrations on regional scales; and 4) accuracy is the primary challenge of satellite estimation of CO_2 concentrations.
