1聚丙烯表面的生物相容性修饰:表面氨基放大还原胺化接枝磷酰胆碱显示文摘在氨气氛中对聚丙烯薄膜表面进行等离子处理,获得了不同浓度的表面氨基.表面氨基的数量经1,6-己二异氰酸酯键合三(2-氨乙基)胺可成倍增加.用还原胺化法将磷酰胆碱醛共价接枝到表面氨基上获得了磷酰胆碱改性的聚丙烯薄膜.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测定结果表明,接枝磷酰胆碱基团的表面覆盖率可达20%~40%.衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外(ATR-FTIR)和动态接触角测定结果也都说明磷酸胆碱基团被成功地接枝于聚丙烯表面.还原胺化法结合等离子处理及表面氨基放大技术,有望成为获取新型生物材料的一种有效途径.宫永宽 WINNIK Francoise M 2005化学学报2005,63,7:12
2PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PVA COATED MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES显示文摘Polyvinyl alcohol coated magnetic particles (PVA ferrofluids) have been synthesized by chemical co-precipitationof Fe(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ) salts in 1.5 mol/L NH4OH solution at 70℃ in the presence of PVA. The resultant colloidal particles havecore-shell structures, in which the iron oxide crystallites form the cores and PVA chains form the shells. The hydrodynamicdiameter of the colloidal particles is in the range of 108 to 155 nm, which increases with increasing PVA concentration from5 wt% to 20 wt%. The size of the magnetic cores is ca. 5~10 nm, which is relatively independent of PVA concentration.Under transmission electron microscopic (TEM) examination, the magnetic cores exhibit somewhat irregular shapes varyingfrom spherical, oval, to cubic. Magnetometry measurement revealed that the PVA coated magnetic particles aresuperparamagnetic. The saturation magnetization of 5 wt% and 20 wt% PVA ferrofluids at 300 K is 54 and 49 emu/g.respectively. All the PVA ferrofluids exhibited excellent colloidal stability in pure water and phosphate buffer saline (PBS,pH=7.4). 4iPP/EBR合金的结晶和相形态显示文摘通过偏光显微镜(POM)、动态力学分析(DMA)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)对等规聚丙烯/聚乙丁烯(iPP/EBR)合金的结晶和相形态进行了研究。结果表明,iPP和EBR在合金中是分别结晶的,组分EBR嵌入了iPP球晶;当EBR含量小于50%(质量分数,下同)时,合金中本体相iPP和分散相EBR处于相分离状态;而当EBR含量达到50%后,合金中还有EBR/iPP共存相。文中还提出了合金的相结构模型。邓康清 姜兆华 Mitchell A Winnik 2009高分子材料科学与工程2009,25,11:2
