1Linearity analysis of closed-loop capacitive accelerometer due to distance mismatch between plates and the influence of compensation capacitor array显示文摘This paper presents mathematical formulae showing that the distance mismatch for an uncentered proof mass in an accelerator sensor does not influence the linearity of the closed-loop accelerometer as a whole.This asymmetry in sensors only introduces an output voltage offset in the readout integrated circuit.Numerical simulation using Matlab/Simulink confirms the mathematical conclusion.The linear response after compensation with a conventional capacitor array is also simulated and analyzed.Results show that there is a loss in linearity.Similar results hold not only for the continuous-time architecture,but also for a time-divided architecture.A readout integrated circuit with a time-divided architecture is designed and fabricated using a 0.35μm HV CMOS process.An accelerometer composed of a microelectromechanical system sensor with severe built-in distance mismatch and the designed readout integrated circuit is tested.Test results show that the nonlinearity of such accelerometer is within 0.3%.HUANG JingQing ZHAO Meng ZHANG TingTing CHEN ZhongJian HONG LiChen WU Feng ZHANG YaCong LU WenGao GAO ChengChen HAO YiLong 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,6:2
2Preparation and analysis of immunocompetence of recombinant fusion protein of the immunodominant region in chlamydial protease-like activity factor from Chlamydophila pneumoniae and its application in serodiagnosis显示文摘To clone the gene coding the immunodominant region in the chlamydial protease-like activity factor(CPAF)from Chlamydophila pneumoniae,to analyze immunocompetence of the expressed protein, and to evaluate its value in serodiagnosis,the CPAF immunodominant region gene was amplified,ligated into a pGEX6p-2 vector,and then the expressed recombinant protein was purified with glutathione S- transferase(GST)agarose gel FF after renaturation,then identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.A new indirect ELISA was developed with the purified protein as coating antigen.The immunogenicity of the recombinant protein was evaluated by immunization to New Zealand rabbits,and its immunoreactivity was analyzed by reacting with anti-C,pneumoniae antibody.300 clinical sera samples were respectively de- tected by microimmunofluorescence(MIF)as reference method and the indirect ELISA,and the differ- ence between the two methods was analyzed.Cross-reactivity against Chlamydia trachomatis was investi- gated with the indirect ELISA to detect anti-C,trachomatis positive antisera.The results indicated that a 51.3 kDa recombinant protein was obtained.Western blot assay proved that the recombinant protein could merely specifically react with human anti-C.pneumoniae antisera.The titers of the specific IgG an- tibodies in the immunized New Zealand rabbits were above 1:16 000.Anti-C.pneumoniae IgG positive and negative reference sere were detected with the indirect ELISA,and the concordance rate of negative and positive results were both 100%(40/40).The sensitivity and specificity of the indirect ELISA in comparison with MIF were 93.8%(45/48)and 100%(252/252)separately by detecting 300 clinical sera samples,and the concordance rate between the two methods was 99.0%.No cross reaction against C.trachomatis was found with the indirect ELISA to detect anti-C,trachomatis positive antisera.In con- clusion,the prepared recombinant protein of the CPAF immunodominant region shows excellent immuno- competence and can be used to develop a new indirect ELISA as a method to detect anti-C.pneumoniae antibody for diagnosis of C.pneumoniae infection.JIANG HUA ZHENG YI MOU WU TAO DING LI LICHEN JIA QIANG LIU SHUANG QUAN LIU 2007Journal of Microbiology and Immunology2007,5,2:2

8iRGD-reinforced, photo-transformable nanoclusters toward cooperative enhancement of intratumoral penetration and antitumor efficacy显示文摘Insufficient intratumoral penetration greatly hurdles the anticancer performance of nanomedicine. To realize highly efficient tumor penetration in a precisely and spatiotemporally controlled manner, far-red light-responsive nanoclusters (NCs) capable of size shrinkage and charge conversion were developed and co-administered with iRGD to synergistically improve the intratumoral penetration and the anticancer efficacy. The NCs were constructed using the singlet oxygen-sensitive (SOS) polyethylene glycolpolyurethane-polyethylene glycol (PEG-(1O2)PU-PEG) triblock copolymer to encapsulate the doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded, chlorin e6 (Ce6)-conjugated polyamindoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer (DCD) via the double-emulsion method. Co-administration of iRGD notably increased the permeability of NCs within tumor vasculature and tumor tissues. In addition, upon far-red light irradiation (660 nm) of tumors at low optical density (10 mW/cm2), the generated 1O2 could disintegrate the NCs and release the DCD with positive surface charge and ultra-small size (~ 5 nm), which synergized with iRGD to enable deep intratumoral penetration. Consequently, the local 1O2 at lethal concentrations along with the released DOX efficiently and cooperatively eradicated tumor cells. 10Macrophage-targeting gene silencing orchestrates myocardial microenvironment remodeling toward the anti-inflammatory treatment of ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury显示文摘Ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury represents a major cause of myocardial dysfunction after infarction and thrombolytic therapy, and it is closely related to the free radical explosion and overwhelming inflammatory responses. Herein, macrophage-targeting nanocomplexes (NCs) are developed to mediate efficient co-delivery of siRNA against MOF (siMOF) and microRNA-21 (miR21) into myocardial macrophages, cooperatively orches-trating the myocardial microenvironment against IR injury. Bioreducible, branched poly(β-amino ester) (BPAE-SS) is designed to co-condense siMOF and miR21 into NCs in a multivalency-reinforced approach, and they are surface-decorated with carboxylated mannan (Man-COOH) to shield the positive surface charges and enhance the serum stability. The final MBSsm NCs are efficiently internalized by myocardial macrophages after systemic administration, wherein BPAE-SS is degraded into small segments by intracellular glutathione to promote the siMOF/miR21 release, finally provoking efficient gene silencing. Thus, cardiomyocyte protection and macro-phage modulation are realized via the combined effects of ROS scavenging, inflammation inhibition, and autophagy attenuation, which ameliorates the myocardial microenvironment and restores the cardiac function via positive cellular crosstalk.
