2Karyotype Analysis of Gazania rigens Varieties显示文摘For studying species origin, systematic evolution and phylogenetic relationship of Gazania rigens, four different G. rigens varieties, with different flower colors, were subjected to chromosome karyotype analysis. The somatic chromosome number in three varieties ‘Hongwen', ‘Xingbai'and ‘Richu' was 2n = 10, while in ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' it was 2n = 20. We speculate that the cardinal number of chromosomes in G. rigens plants is x = 5, in which case ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' is a tetraploid. The karyotype formulae of ‘Hongwen', ‘Xingbai' and ‘Richu' were 2n = 8m + 2sm,2n = 8m + 2sm and 2n = 10 m respectively. The karyotype formula of ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' was 2n = 18 m + 2sm. The asymmetrical karyotype coefficients of the four G. rigens varieties ranged from 53.80% to 58.84%. Only ‘Richu' had a ‘1A' karyotype, while the others were relatively symmetric ‘2A'. 5Back Frame Optimization of a Large Radio Telescope Based on Force Cone Method显示文摘A new research perspective is proposed to optimize the topology of truss structure by force cone method,which involves force cone drawing rules and growth rules.Through the comparison with the mature variable density topology optimization method,the effectiveness of force cone method is verified.This kind of new method is simple and easy to understand(no need to master complex structural optimization design theory).Besides,it is time-saving in finite element calculations,and can obtain an optimized truss layout easily.By drawing the force cone,its application on a large radio telescope’s back frame structure shows that,compared with the existing one in terms of structural stiffness,Root Mean Square(RMS)precision,and beam stress distribution,the optimized back frame using the force cone method has higher stiffness,better RMS,more uniform stress,and lighter weight.WU Qinglong YAO Zhan WU Tanhui FANG Houfei HOU Yangqing 2022Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2022,27,5:0
6Efficacy and safety of the combination of Liushen capsules and Arbidol in the treatment of COVID-19:protocol for a randomized,multi-center pilot study显示文摘Background:From early experience,some Traditional Chinese Medicine and Arbidol had effects of against COVID-19,infer that the combination of Liushen capsules and Arbidol may further increase the therapeutic.Methods/Design:We conducted a randomized,blank parallel-controlled,open-label,multi-center,basal therapy-loaded design clinical trial.A total of 40 patients are going to be recruited after satisfying the criteria.Participants will be allocated randomly into the treatment group with the combination of Arbidol and Liushen capsules and the control group with the basic therapy.Each group will receive treatment at least 7-days or until the virus becomes negative,and visits after drug administration at day 3(visit 1),the day when the virus becomes negative(visit 2),day 7(visit 3),the day before discharge(visit 4)and day 28(visit 5),to collect their survival status and disease prognosis so that the efficacy and safety of a combination of Arbidol and Liushen capsule will be evaluated.Discussion:We described the protocol of the first clinical trial for treatment COVID-19 by using a combination of Arbidol and Liushen capsules.The results of this study will provide a basis for the design and sample size estimate of subsequent large-scale clinical trials.Trial registration:This study has been registered at Chinese clinical trial Registry(chictr.org.cn):ChiCTR2000029993.Yangqing Zhan Zhengtu Li Jiayang He Shaoqiang Li Ye Lin Jingyi Liang Jie Zhou Yanmei Wu Xuandan Su Feng Ye Zifeng Yang 2020TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2020,3,4:0
7Physiochemical and biological characteristics of fouling on landfill leachate treatment systems surface显示文摘Fouling of landfill leachate,a biofilm formation process on the surface of the collection system,migration pipeline and treatment system causes low efficiency of leachate transportation and treatment and increases cost for maintenance of those facilities.In addition,landfill leachate fouling might accumulate pathogens and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),posing threats to the environment.Characterization of the landfill leachate fouling and its associated environmental behavior is essential for the management of fouling.In this study,physicochemical and biological properties of landfill leachate fouling and the possible accumulation capacity of pathogens and ARGs were investigated in nitrification(aerobic condition)and denitrification(anaerobic condition)process during landfill leachate biological treatment,respectively.Results show that microbial(bacterial,archaeal,eukaryotic,and viral)community structure and function(carbon fixation,methanogenesis,nitrification and denitrification)differed in fouling under aerobic and anaerobic conditions,driven by the supplemental leachate water quality.Aerobic fouling had a higher abundance of nitrification and denitrification functional genes,while anaerobic fouling harbored a higher abundance of carbon fixation and methanogenesis genes.Both forms of leachate fouling had a higher abundance of pathogens and ARGs than the associated leachate,suggesting the accumulation capacity of fouling on biotic pollutants.Specifically,aerobic fouling harbored three orders of magnitude higher multidrug resistance genes mex D than its associated leachate.This finding provides fundamental knowledge on the biological properties of leachate fouling and suggests that leachate fouling might harbor significant pathogens and ARGs.Zhourui Gong Shu Yang Rui Zhang Yangqing Wang Xiaoqing Wu Liyan Song 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1:0
8Back Frame Section Size Optimization of Large Aperture Telescope显示文摘The back frame structure of a large radio telescope is an important component supporting the reflecting surface,which is directly related to the surface precision.Its optimal design is of key significance for ensuring the surface precision and reducing structural weight.Two methods are constructed to optimize the cross-section size of the telescope back frame in this paper,the criterion method and the first-order optimization method.The criterion method is based on the Lagrangian multiplier method and Kuhn-Tucker condition.This method first establishes the mathematical model by taking the inner and outer radiuses of the back frame beams as the design variables,the structural weight as the constraint condition,and the structural compliance as the objective function,then derives the optimization criterion.The first-order optimization method takes the inner and outer radiuses of the beams as the design variables,the back frame RMS as the objective function,and the structural weight as the constraint condition.Comparison of RMS,structural stress uniformity and optimization efficiency shows that both algorithms can effectively reduce structural deformation and improve RMS,but the criterion method has relatively better result than the first-order method.Qinglong Wu Zhan Yao Tanhui Wu Yangqing Hou Huazhen Zhang Qian Xu Na Wang 2023Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2023,30,4:0
