1FORCE RIPPLE SUPPRESSION TECHNOLOGY FOR LINEAR MOTORS BASED ON BACK PROPAGATION NEURAL NETWORK显示文摘Various force disturbances influence the thrust force of linear motors when a linear motor (LM) is running.Among all of force disturbances,the force ripple is the dominant while a linear motor runs in low speed.In order to suppress the force ripple,back propagation(BP) neural network is proposed to learn the function of the force ripple of linear motors,and the acquisition method of training samples is proposed based on a disturbance observer.An off-line BP neural network is used mainly because of its high running efficiency and the real-time requirement of the servo control system of a linear motor.By using the function,the force ripple is on-line compensated according to the position of the LM.The experimental results show that the force ripple is effectively suppressed by the compensation of the BP neural network.ZHANG Dailin CHEN Youping AI Wu ZHOU Zude KONG Ching Tom 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,2:7
2UHPLC-MS/MS analysis of cAMP and cGMP in rat plasma as potential biomarkers of Yin-Yang disharmony in traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Cyclic 3’,5’-adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and cyclic 3’,5’-guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)are considered as potential biomarkers for Yin-Yang disharmony in traditional Chinese medicine.However,phosphodiesterase-mediated ex vivo degradation of these molecules in biological samples may result in their underestimation.In the present study,a ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for determination of cAMP and cGMP in rat plasma,with special consideration of their stability ex vivo.Following precipitation of proteins from plasma samples with 0.4 M perchloric acid,the analytes were chromatographed on a Shimadzu Shimpack-XR-ODS II column with 2.5 mM ammonium acetate and methanol in gradient mode.The MS/MS detection was performed using multiple reaction monitoring in the positive electrospray ionization mode.The lower limit of quantification was 0.27 ng/mL for cAMP and 0.37 ng/mL for cGMP.The method was used to determine the plasma cAMP and cGMP levels in normal and Yin deficiency diabetic rats treated with or without Rehmannia glutinosa.The developed method may be useful for evaluating the regulatory effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the levels of cAMP and cGMP in the body.Xin Wang Yue Du Cuiting Wu Ming Xu Youping Liu Xin Di 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,4:3
3Comparative proteomics analysis of OsNAS1 transgenic Brassica napus under salt stress显示文摘Salt stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agricultural plants worldwide.We used proteomics to analyze the differential expression of proteins in transgenic OsNAS1 and non-transformant Brassica napus treated with 20 mmol/L Na2CO3.Total protein from the leaves was extracted and separated through a high-resolution and highly repetitive two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE)technology system.Twelve protein spots were reproducibly observed to be upregulated by more than 2-fold between transgenic and non-transformant B.napus.These 12 spots were digested in-gel with trypsin and characterized by matrix-assisted laser-desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)to obtain the peptide mass fingerprints.Protein database searching revealed that 5 of these proteins are involved in salt tolerance:dehydrogenase,glutathione S-transferase,peroxidase,20S proteasome beta subunit,and ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase.The potential functions of these identified proteins in substance and energy metabolism,stress tolerance,protein degradation,and cell defense are discussed.The salt tolerance of the transgenic rapeseed was significantly improved by the introduction of the OsNAS1 gene from Brazilian upland rice of Oryza sativa(cv.IAPAR 9).KONG Fang MAO ShanJing DU Kun WU Mian ZHOU XiaoYan CHU ChengCai WANG YouPing 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,22:2
