1Plasma induced degradation of Indigo Carmine by bipolar pulsed dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) in the water-air mixture显示文摘Degradation of the Indigo Carmine(IC) by the bipolar pulsed DBD in water-air mixture was studied. Effects of various parameters such as gas flow rate, solution conductivity, pulse repetitive rate and ect., on color removal efficiency of dying wastewater were investigated. Concentrations of gas phase O 3 and aqueous phase H 2O 2 under various conditions were measured. Experimental results showed that air bubbling facilitates the breakdown of water and promotes generation of chemically active species. Color removal efficiency of IC solution can be greatly improved by the air aeration under various solution conductivities. Decolorization efficiency increases with the increase of the gas flow rate, and decreases with the increase of the initial solution conductivity. A higher pulse repetitive rate and a larger pulse capacitor C\-p are favorable for the decolorization process. Ozone and hydrogen peroxide formed decreases with the increase of initial solution conductivity. 2Prediction of dissolved oxygen in a fishery pond based on gated recurrent unit (GRU)显示文摘Dissolved oxygen(DO),an important water quality indicator in aquaculture,affects the survival rate of aquatic creatures and the yield of aquatic production.Therefore,it is important to predict DO in fishery ponds for applying artificial aeration with low energy and cost.Recently,deep learning models,such as recurrent neural network(RNN),long short-term memory(LSTM),and gated recurrent unit(GRU),are often used to predict the trend of time series,but it is unclear which one of them is more suitable for prediction of DO in fishery ponds.In this work,the RNN model,LSTM model,and GRU model were used to build three DO predicting models.The performance of the three models were compared by mean absolute error(MAE),mean square error(MSE),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),and the coefficient of determination(R2).The performance of RNN is worse result than LSTM and GRU.The four evaluation indicators of GRU are 0.450 mg/L,0.411,0.054,and 0.994,and the four indicators of LSTM are 0.407 mg/L,0.294,0.059,and 0.970,which shows that the performance of GRU is similar to LSTM,but the time cost and number of parameters used for GRU is much lower than LSTM.It is concluded that the GRU has overall better performance and can be applied to practical applications.Wuyan Li Hao Wu Nanyang Zhu Yongnian Jiang Jinglu Tan Ya Guo 2021Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,1:4
3XPS Studies of Chemical States of NiO/NiFe Interface显示文摘Ta/NiO/NiFe/Ta multilayers were prepared by radio frequency reactive and dc magnetron sputtering. The exchange coupling field between NiO and NiFe reached 9.6×103 A/m. The compositions and chemical states at the interface region of NiO/NiFe were studied using the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and peak decomposition technique. The results show that there are two thermodynamically favorable reactions at NiO/NiFe interface: NiO+Fe= Ni + FeO and 3NiO+2Fe =3 Ni+Fe203. The thickness of the chemical reaction area estimated by angle-resolved XPS was about 1-1.5 nm. 7OH radicals generated by DC corona discharge for improving the pulsed discharge desulfuration efficiency显示文摘Positive DC corona discharge is formed with needle-plate electrode configuration, in which the water vapor is ejected though the needle points. The purpose is to increase the numbers of the water-based radicals, ionize the water molecule and improve the desulfuration efficiency of pulsed corona reactor. The water ions were determined by four stages molecular beam mass spectrometer and diagnose the water-based radicals by emission spectrograph. 16An optimal medicinal and edible Chinese herbal formula attenuates particulate matter-induced lung injury through its anti-oxidative,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis activities显示文摘Objective:Identifying novel strategies to prevent particulate matter(PM)-induced lung injury is crucial for the reduction of the morbidity of chronic respiratory diseases.The combined intervention represented by herbal formulae for simultaneously targeting multiple pathological processes can provide a more beneficial effect than the single intervention.The aim of this paper is therefore to design a safe and effective medicinal and edible Chinese herbs(MECHs)formula against PM-induced lung injury.Methods:PM-induced oxidative stress,inflammatory response and apoptosis A549 cell model were used to screen anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic MECHs,respectively.A network pharmacology method was utilized to rationally design a novel herbal formula.Ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer was utilized to assess the quality control of MECHs formula.The excretion of magnetic iron oxide nanospheres of the MECHs formula was estimated in zebrafish.The MECH formula against PM-induced lung injury was investigated with mice experiments.Results:Five selected herbs were rationally designed to form a new MECH formula,including Citri Exocarpium Rubrum(Juhong),Lablab Semen Album(Baibiandou),Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(Baizhu),Mori Folium(Sangye)and Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma(Yuzhu).The formula effectively promoted the magnetic iron oxide nanospheres excretion in zebrafish.The mid/high dose formula significantly prevented PM-induced lung damage in mice by enhancing the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,reducing the MDA and ROS level and attenuating the upregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine(IL-6,IL-8,IL-1βand TNFa),down regulating the protein expression of NF-κB,STAT3 and Caspase-3.Conclusion:Our findings suggest that the effective MECHs formula will become a novel strategy for preventing PM-induced lung injury and provide a paradigm for the development of functional foods using MECHs.Huan Zhang Jun Kang Wuyan Guo Fujie Wang Mengjiao Guo Shanshan Feng Wuai Zhou Jinnan Li Ayesha T.Tahir Shaoshan Wang Xinjun Du Hui Zhao Weihua Wang Hong Zhu Bo Zhang 2023Chinese Herbal Medicines2023,15,3:0
17Giant Magnetoresistance of Fe/Ag Multilayer Films with Ultrathin Fe Layers显示文摘A giant magnetoresistive effect in as-deposited Fe/Ag multilayer films with ultrathin Fe layers has been observed.The magnetoresistance in this system is presented first as a function of Fe layer thickness tFe.The sample with Fe layer thickness of 4Åexhibits a magnetoresistance ratio as large as 14.3%at 4.2K.The magnetoresistance ratio decreases approximately an order of magnitude with increasing tFe from 4 to 10Åand then changes slightly with further increasing tFe.From the hysteresis loop measurement,it is found that the interlayer coupling changes from antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic with increasing tFe.The feature of material at the interface might be responsible for all these findings.LI Shuxiang YU Chengtao YAN Minglang LAI Wuyan WANG Yizhong 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,12:0
18Relationship between giant magnetoresistance of NiFe/Cu multilayers and their microstructures显示文摘The (111)_orientated NiFe/Cu multilayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering method. At room temperature, saturation magnetoresistances of NiFe/CU multilayers oscillate as a function of Cu spacer layer thickness. Two peak GMR values of 19 4%, 11 6% and 11 2%, 1% appear, respectively, at Cu sublayer thickness of t Cu =1 0, 2 2 nm while the deposition pressures are 0 25 and 0 45 Pa. X_ray small_angle reflections and diffuse scattering at Cu K_edge (8 979 keV) by synchrotron radiation source were used to characterize the interfacial roughness. Diffraction anomalous fine_structure scattering (DAFS) was performed to investigate the local structure of NiFe and Cu sublayers. 20The influence of the nonmagnetic metal spacer Bi,Ag and Cu on the properties of the multilayer films显示文摘Ta/NiFe/Bi(Ag, Cu)/FeMn/Ta and Ta/ NiFeⅠ /FeMn/Bi(Ag, Cu)/NiFeⅡ/Ta films were prepared by magnetic sputtering. The texture of films was examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The depend-ence of the Hex1 between NiFeⅠ/FeMn films and the Hex2 between FeMn/NiFeⅡ on the Bi, Ag and Cu thickness was studied in Ta/NiFeⅠ/FeMn/Bi(Ag, Cu)/ NiFeⅡ/Ta. The experimental results show that the He1 ranged from 130 to 140 Oe with an increase in the nonmagnetic metal spacer thickness. The Hex2 de-creased dramatically and became flat finally with the increase of the Bi, Ag and Cu thickness. XPS results show that Bi, Ag and Cu atoms do not stay entirely at the interface of FeMn/NiFeⅡ film; they are at least partly segregated to the surface of NiFe film.
