| 1 | MXene based mechanically and electrically enhanced film for triboelectric nanogenerator显示文摘The development of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)technology which can directly convert ambient mechanical energy into electric energy may affect areas from green energy harvesting to emerging wearing electronics.And,the material of triboelectric layer is critical to the mechanical robustness and electrical output characteristics of the TENGs.Herein,a MXene enhanced electret polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film with a high mechanical property and surface charge density is developed.The MXene/PTFE composite film was synthesized by spraying and annealing treatment.With the doping of MXene,the crystallinity of composite film could be tuned,leading to an enhancement in the tensile property of 450%and reducing the wear volume about 80%in the friction test.Furthermore,the as-fabricated TENG with this composite film outputs 397 V of open-circuit voltage,21µA of short-circuit current,and 232 nC of transfer charge quantity,which are 4,6,and 6 times higher than that of the TENG made by pure PTFE film,respectively.Therefore,this work provides a creative strategy to simultaneously improve the mechanical property and electrical performance of the TENGs,which have great potential in improving device stability under a complex mechanical environment. | Yuyu Gao Guoxu Liu Tianzhao Bu Yaoyao Liu Youchao Qi Yanting Xie Shaohang Xu Weili Deng Weiqing Yang Chi Zhang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 2 |

| 5 | From high-yield Ti3AlCN ceramics to high-quality Ti3CNTx MXenes through eliminating Al segregation显示文摘Ti3CNTx MXenes with unique electrical conductivity can be widely applied for supercapacitors and electromagnetic shielding.However,its relatively low-yield quaternary nitrogen-containing Ti3AlCN ce ramics precursor(less than 50%),due to the inevitable Al segregation during the synthesizing process,significantly hindered its widely commercial applications.Herein,we employed the controllable AlNoversaturation precursor strategy to precisely tune the phase transition point of quaternary Ti3AlCN ceramics to obtain high-yield Ti3 AlCN precursor for the purpose of high conductivity Ti3 CNTx MXenes.Combined energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(XRD)with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterizations,the yield of the quaternary nitrogen-containing Ti3 AlCN ceramics was evidently proved to be up to 70%,which is 1.4 times than that of previously reported works.Such relatively highyield quaternary Ti3AlCN is mainly ascribed to the elimination of Al segregation.Based on it,we further developed accordion-like two-dimensional(2D)MXene via hydrofluoric acid etch and vacuum freezedry.This novel accordion-like 2D Ti3CNTx MXene possesses high electrochemical capacitive properties(209 F/g).Therefore,this controllable AlN-oversaturation precursor strategy will pave a way to exploit costly high-yield MAX ceramics precursor for high conductivity MXenes and also play a powerful role in promoting their practical applications including electrical and magnetic engineering fields. | Ningjun Chen Haichao Huang Zhong Xu Yanting Xie Da Xiong Xiang Chu Bingni Gu Bo Zheng Weili Deng Haitao Zhang Weiqing Yang | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Stress-dissipated conductive polymer binders for high-stability silicon anode in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Silicon-based anodes with high theoretical capacity have intriguing potential applications for high energy density lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),while suffer from immense volumetric change and brittle solidstate electrolyte interface that causes collapse of electrodes.Here,a stress-dissipated conductive polymer binder(polyaniline with citric acid,PC)is developed to enhance the mechanical electrochemical performance between Si nanoparticles(SiNPs)and binders.Benefiting from the stable triangle network node of citric acid and a considerable distributed of hydroxyl groups,the PC binder can effectively dissipate the stress from SiNPs,thus providing an excellent cyclic stability of Si anodes.Both experimental results and theoretical calculation demonstrate the enhanced adhesion between binders and SiNPs could bond the particles tightly to form a robust electrode.The as-fabricated Si anode exhibits outstanding structural stability upon long-term cycles that exhibit a highly reversible capability of 1021 mA·h·g^(-1)over 500 cycles at a current density of 0.5 C(1 C¼4200mA·g^(-1)).Evidently,this stressdissipated binder design will provide a promising route to achieve long-life Si-based LIBs. | Zhong Xu Xiang Chu Keli Wang Haitao Zhang Zhongqian He Yanting Xie Weiqing Yang | 2023 | Journal of Materiomics2023,9,2: | 0 |
| 12 | Myeloid peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α deficiency accelerates liver regeneration via IL-6/STAT3 pathway after 2/3 partial hepatectomy in mice显示文摘Background:Liver regeneration is a fundamental process for sustained body homeostasis and liver function recovery after injury.Emerging evidence demonstrates that myeloid cells play a critical role in liver regeneration by secreting cytokines and growth factors.Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα),the target of clinical lipid-lowering fibrate drugs,regulates cell metabolism,proliferation,and survival.However,the role of myeloid PPARαin partial hepatectomy(PHx)-induced liver regeneration remains unknown.Methods:Myeloid-specific PPARa-deficient(Ppara^(Mye−/−))mice and the littermate controls(Ppara^(fl/fl))were subjected to sham or 2/3 PHx to induce liver regeneration.Hepatocyte proliferation and mitosis were assessed by immunohistochemical(IHC)staining for 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine(BrdU)and Ki67 as well as hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining.Macrophage and neutrophil infiltration into livers were reflected by IHC staining for galectin-3 and myeloperoxidase(MPO)as well as flow cytometry analysis.Macrophage migration ability was evaluated by transwell assay.The mRNA levels for cell cycle or inflammation-related genes were measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR(qPCR).The protein levels of cell proliferation related protein and phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)were detected by Western blotting.Results:Ppara^(Mye−/−)mice showed enhanced hepatocyte proliferation and mitosis at 32 h after PHx compared with Ppara^(fl/fl)mice,which was consistent with increased proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Pcna)mRNA and cyclinD1(CYCD1)protein levels in Ppara^(Mye−/−)mice at 32 h after PHx,indicating an accelerated liver regeneration in Ppara^(Mye−/−)mice.IHC staining showed that macrophages and neutrophils were increased in Ppara^(Mye−/−)liver at 32 h after PHx.Livers of Ppara^(Mye−/−)mice also showed an enhanced infiltration of M1 macrophages at 32 h after PHx.In vitro,Ppara-deficient bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs)exhibited markedly enhanced migratory capacity and upregulated M1 genes Il6 and Tnfa but downregulated M2 gene Arg1 expressions.Furthermore,the phosphorylation of STAT3,a key transcript factor mediating IL6-promoted hepatocyte survival and proliferation,was reinforced in the liver of Ppara^(Mye−/−)mice after PHx.Conclusions:This study provides evidence that myeloid PPARαdeficiency accelerates PHx-induced liver regeneration via macrophage polarization and consequent IL-6/STAT3 activation,thus providing a potential target for manipulating liver regeneration. | Guomin Xie Yanting Song Na Li Zhenzhen Zhang Xia Wang Ye Liu Shiyu Jiao Ming Wei Baoqi Yu Yan Wang Hua Wang Aijuan Qu | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,2: | 0 |
| 13 | Boosting the energy density of aqueous MXene-based supercapacitor by integrating 3D conducting polymer hydrogel cathode显示文摘The wide-spread proliferation of aqueous MXene-based supercapacitor has been largely shadowed by the limited cell potential window(typically in the range of 0-0.6 V).To address this baffling issue,designing asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is proposed as a rational strategy to enlarge the potential window(thus energy density)of individual cell in aqueous electrolytes.To this date,however,it still remains a great challenge to develop easy fabricating,3D nanostructured,and pseudocapacitive cathode materials that can perfectly match with MXene anodematerials.In this work,we propose a supramolecular strategy to construct conducting polymer hydrogel(CPH)with highly interconnected 3D nanostructures and large pseudocapacitance,which can finely match with 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).The as-assembled CPH//Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) ASCwith CPH cathode and MXene anode can operate in a broadened potential window of 1.15 V in aqueous PVA/H_(2)SO_(4) gel electrolyte with remarkably improved energy density of 16.6μWh/cm^(2)(nine times higher than that of symmetric MXene supercapacitor).Additionally,this ASC exhibits outstanding cyclic stability with no trackable performance decay over 30,000 galvanostatic charge and discharge cycles.It is demonstrated in this work that employing positive CPH electrode is a feasible yet promising strategy to enhance the potential window and energy density of aqueous MXene supercapacitors. | Xiang Chu Yihan Wang Lucheng Cai Haichao Huang Zhong Xu Yanting Xie Cheng Yan Qing Wang Haitao Zhang Hong Li Weiqing Yang | 2022 | SusMat2022,2,3: | 0 |
| 14 | A systematic survey of LU domain-containing proteins reveals a novel human gene,LY6A,which encodes the candidate ortholog of mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 and is aberrantly expressed in pituitary tumors显示文摘The Ly-6 and uPAR(LU)domain-containing proteins represent a large family of cell-surface markers.In particular,mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 is a widely used marker for various stem cells;however,its human ortholog is missing.In this study,based on a systematic survey and comparative genomic study of mouse and human LU domain-containing proteins,we identified a previously unannotated human gene encoding the candidate ortholog of mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1.This gene,hereby named LY6A,reversely overlaps with a lncRNA gene in the majority of exonic sequences.We found that LY6A is aberrantly expressed in pituitary tumors,but not in normal pituitary tissues,and may contribute to tumorigenesis.Similar to mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1,human LY6A is also upregulated by interferon,suggesting a conserved transcriptional regulatory mechanism between humans and mice.We cloned the full-length LY6A cDNA,whose encoded protein sequence,domain architecture,and exon‒intron structures are all well conserved with mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1.Ectopic expression of the LY6A protein in cells demonstrates that it acts the same as mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 in their processing and glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchoring to the cell membrane.Collectively,these studies unveil a novel human gene encoding a candidate biomarker and provide an interesting model gene for studying gene regulatory and evolutionary mechanisms. | Dan Liu Chunhui Xu Yanting Liu Wen Ouyang Shaojian Lin Aining Xu Yuanliang Zhang Yinyin Xie Qiuhua Huang Weili Zhao Zhu Chen Lan Wang Saijuan Chen Jinyan Huang Zhe Bao Wu Xiaojian Sun | 2023 | Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,3: | 0 |
| 15 | Four temporin-derived peptides exhibit antimicrobial and antibiofilm activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus显示文摘Temporin-GHa(GHa)was cloned from Hylarana guentheri,showing a weak antimicrobial activity.In order to improve its bactericidal efficacy,GHaR6R,GHaR7R,GHaR8R and GHaR9W were designed and synthesized.Compared to the parent peptide,the GHa-derived peptides show potent antimicrobial activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),which is the main pathogen with high morbidity and mortality that causes various infections in humans.These peptides exert bactericidal actions on MRSA by permeabilizing the cytoplasmic membranes and damaging membrane integrity.All of the four peptides exhibit excellent stability under harsh conditions,including extreme temperature and salts.Furthermore,they inhibit the formation of biofilm and eradicate mature biofilm of MRSA.The GHa-derived peptides decrease bacterial surface hydrophobicity,autoaggregation and polysaccharide intercellular adhesion synthesis in concentration-dependent manner.Real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR analysis revealed that the peptides downregulatethe expression of adhesion genes icaADBC involved in biofilm formation.Except for GHaR7R,the other three peptides have low hemolytic toxicity against human erythrocytes.In the presence of human erythrocytes,GHaR7R,GHaR8R and GHaR9W interact with MRSA preferentially.GHaR6R,GHaR8R and GHaR9W show less toxicity toward normal cells HL-7702 and hFOB1.19.These results suggest that the GHa-derived peptides may be promising antimicrobial candidates against MRSA infections. | Xiuchuan Tan Shenghong Xie Xiao Jin Ruiying Zhu Shuangshuang Wei Yanting Song Xi Xie Rong Wang Lushuang Li Manchuriga Wang Yingxia Zhang | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,3: | 0 |
