| 1 | Occurrence of Aflatoxin B_(1),deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in feeds in China during 2018-2020显示文摘Background:The current study was conducted to investigate the individual and combined occurrence of aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1)),deoxynivalenol(DON)and zearalenone(ZEN)in feeds from various Provinces of China during 2018 to 2020.A total of 3,507 feed samples,including 2,090 feed ingredients and 1,417 complete feed samples,were collected from different areas of China for mycotoxins analysis.Results:The individual contamination of AFB_(1),DON and ZEN were present in more than 81.9%,96.4% and 96.9% of feed samples,respectively,with average concentration ranges of AFB_(1) between 1.2-27.4μg/kg,DON between 458.0-1,925.4μg/kg and ZEN between 48.1-326.8μg/kg.Notably,0.9%,0.5% and 0.1% of feed ingredients,and 1.2-12.8%,0.9-2.9% and 0-8.9% of complete feeds for pigs,poultry and ruminants with AFB_(1),ZEN and DON that exceeded China’s safety standards,respectively.Moreover,more than 81.5%of feed ingredients and 95.7% of complete feeds were co-contaminated with various combinations of these mycotoxins.Conclusion:This study indicates that the feeds in China were universally contaminated with AFB_(1),DON and ZEN during the past 3 years.These findings highlight the significance of monitoring mycotoxin contaminant levels in the domestic animal feed,and the importance of carrying out feed administration and remediation strategies for mycotoxin control. | Ling Zhao Lei Zhang Zijian Xu Xingda Liu Liyuan Chen Jiefan Dai Niel Alexander Karrow Lvhui Sun | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,1: | 10 |

| 3 | Measurement and simulation of swirling coal combustion显示文摘Particle image velocimetry(PIV),thermocouples and flue gas analyzer are used to study swirling coal combustion and NO formation under different secondary-air ratios.Eulerian-Lagrangian large-eddy simulation(LES)using the Smagorinsky-Lilly sub-grid scale stress model,presumed-PDF fast chemistry and eddy-break-up(EBU)gas combustion models,particle devolatilization and particle combustion models,are simultaneously used to simulate swirling coal combustion.Statistical LES results are validated by measurement results.Instantaneous LES results show that the coherent structures for swirling coal combustion are stronger than those for swirling gas combustion.Particles are shown to concentrate along the periphery of the coherent structures.Combustion flame is located in the high vorticity and high particle concentration zones.Measurement shows that secondary-air ratios have little effect on final NO formation at the exit of the combustor. | Liyuan Hu Lixing Zhou Yonghao Luo Caisong Xu | 2013 | Particuology2013,11,2: | 5 |
| 4 | Discovery and its geological significance of the mantle- derived helium in the inclusions of the Ordovician oil-bearing reservoir rocks in the Huanghua depression,China显示文摘The values of the helium isotopes in the inclusions of the Ordovician reservoir rocks in the Kongxi buried hill belt in the Huanghua depression were first measured and the source of helium and its geological significance were investigated in comparison with those of the helium isotopes in the conclusions in the Ordovician rocks in the Ordos basin and the Tarim basin. The input of the mantle-derived helium into the inclusions in the carbonate reservoir rocks was found from the Konggu 3 well, the Konggu 4 well, and the Konggu 7 well in the Kongxi buried hill belt. The 3He/4He and R/Ra in the conclusions in the Ordovician oil-bearing reservoir rocks in the Konggu 7 well average 2.54×10-6(3) (sample quantity, the same below) and 1.82(3), respectively. The percent of the mantle-derived helium in the inclusions of the reservoir rocks in the Konggu 7 well reaches up to an average of 23.0%(3). The age of the contribution of the mantle-derived helium to the inclusions in the Kongxi buried hill belt is in the Late Triassic or the Early Tertiary. The finding of the mantle-derived helium shows that the interaction of the deep crust with mantle and the activity of deep faults occurred, the terrestrial heat flow value was high, and mantle-derived inorganic gas pools might be formed in the Kongxi buried hill belt. | 5 | Anisotropic corrosion behavior of hot-rolled Mg-8 wt.%Li alloy显示文摘By performing the immersion,hydrogen evolution and electrochemical corrosion testing in a 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution,the corrosion performance of differently oriented samples cut from an as-rolled Mg-8wt.%Li alloy plate has been investigated and compared.It demonstrated that obvious anisotropy in corrosion resistance existed between the sample surfaces with different orientations.Among them,the corrosion rate of'ND'(the normal direction)samples with their surfaces perpendicular to the normal direction of the plate was the highest.The corrosion rate of'TD'(the transverse direction)samples with their surfaces perpendicular to the transverse direction of the plate took the second place.For the'RD'(the rolling direction)samples with their surfaces perpendicular to the rolling direction of the plate,they had the lowest corrosion rate.For all the samples,their corrosion performance and the pitting severity were mainly ascribed to the crystallographic texture ofα-Mg matrix phases because the formed surface films onβ-Li phases could provide good protection to the substrate.For the'ND'and'TD'samples,the exposed surfaces were composed of{0002},{1010}and{1120}planes ofα-Mg phases and subsequently resulted in their severe corrosion attack due to the corrosion couples between basal and prism planes.Since the crystallographic planes of exposedα-Mg phases on the surfaces of'RD'samples were mainly{1010}and{1120}prism planes,the pitting severity was the weakest. | Baojie Wang Kai Xu Daokui Xu Xiang Cai Yanxin Qiao Liyuan Sheng | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,18: | 4 |

| 7 | Hierarchical porous MgBO_2(OH) microspheres: Hydrothermal synthesis,thermal decomposition, and application as adsorbents for Congo red removal显示文摘A facile eco-friendly hydrothermal route(180 °C, 12.0 h) has been developed for the first time to the uniform hierarchical porous MgBO_2(OH) microspheres without the aid of any organic additive, surfactant or template, by using the abundant MgCl_2·6 H_2 O, H_3BO_3 and NaOH as the raw materials. The as-obtained porous microspheres exhibit a specific surface area of 94.752 mg·g^(-1), pore volume of 0.814 cm3·g^(-1), and ca. 84.0% of which have a diameter of 2.25–3.40 μm. The thermal decomposition of the porous MgBO_2(OH) microspheres(650 °C,2.5 °C·min^(-1)) leads to the porous Mg_2B_2O_5 microspheres with well-retained morphology. When utilized as the adsorbents for the removal of CR from mimic waste water, the present porous MgBO_2(OH) microspheres exhibit satisfactory adsorption capacity, with the maximum adsorption capacity q^(-1) mof 309.1 mg·g, much higher than that derived from most of the referenced adsorbents. | 9 | EGFR TKIs impair lysosome-dependent degradation of SQSTM1 to compromise the effectiveness in lung cancer显示文摘Tyrosine kinase inhibitors for epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR TKIs)greatly improved clinical outcomes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Unfortunately,primary and acquired resistance limits their clinical benefits.To overcome such resistance,new generations of EGFR TKIs have been developed by targeting newly identified mutations in EGFR.However,much less effort has been put into alternative strategies,such as targeting the intrinsic protective responses to EGFR TKIs.In this study,we found that EGFR TKIs,including gefitinib and AZD9291,impaired lysosome-dependent degradation of SQSTM1,thus compromising their anti-cancer efficiency.By accumulating in the lysosome lumen,gefitinib and AZD9291 attenuated lysosomal acidification and impaired autolysosomal degradation of SQSTM1 owing to their intrinsic alkalinity.As a result,SQSTM1 protein was stabilized in response to gefitinib and AZD9291 treatment and conferred EGFR TKI resistance.Depleting SQSTM1 significantly increased the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to gefitinib and AZD9291 both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,a chemically modified gefitinib analog lacking alkalinity displayed stronger inhibitory effects on NSCLC cells.Therefore,targeting accumulated SQSTM1 or chemically modified EGFR TKIs may represent new strategies to increase the effectiveness of EGFR targeted therapy. | Lixian Yang Shilong Ying Shiman Hu Xiangtong Zhao Muchun Li Miaoqin Chen Yiran Zhu Ping Song Liyuan Zhu Tingting Jiang Huimin An Neelum Aziz Yousafzai Wenxia Xu Zhiguo Zhang Xian Wang Lifeng Feng Hongchuan Jin | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 2 |

| 11 | 白桦脂酸对人类大肠癌细胞裸鼠体内生长及血管生成的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective:Angiogenesis plays a major role in the pathogenesis of many disorders.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) has been shown to be the key regulator of normal and pathological angiogenesis.Many studies showed that decreased expression of VEGF has been inhibited growth and migration of cancer cells.The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Betulinic acid on the VEGF expression and the growth of colorectal cell SW480 xenografts in nude mice.Methods:The xenografts derived from colorectal cell SW480 were established in BALB/C nude mice.Inoculated mice were randomly divided into negative control(corn oil), low dose betulinic acid group(20 mg/kg/d) and high dose group(40 mg/kg/d).After 22 days, the animals were sacrificed;tumor volume and weights were measured.The mRNA level of VEGF was analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.The expression of VEGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The tumor weight was significantly lower in low and high dose groups than in corn oil group(1.12 ± 0.04, 0.43 ± 0.02 vs 2.08 ± 0.07;P < 0.05).The mRNA levels of VEGF was also significantly lower in betulinic acid treated groups(0.72 ± 0.02, 0.38 ± 0.01;P < 0.05) than in control group(1.08 ± 0.04).H&E staining showed tumor tissue necrosis was observed in treatment groups.The positive expression of VEGF was lower in low and high dose groups than in corn oil group.Gray scale increased in low dose group and high dose group(121.1 ± 2.8, 156.2 ± 3.3, P < 0.05).Conclusion:Betulinic acid had significant inhibitory effect on VEGF expression and tumors growth of human colorectal cancer xenografts in vivo, and down-regulation of VEGF expression may account for one of the molecular mechanisms of the anticancer effects of betulinic acid. | Wenjuan Ren Liyuan Qin Ying Xu Niuliang Cheng | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,3: | 1 |

| 14 | Moso bamboo expansion decreased soil heterotrophic respiration but increased arbuscular mycorrhizal mycelial respiration in a subtropical broadleaved forest显示文摘Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys Pubescens)expansion into adjacent forests has been widely reported to affect plant diversity and its association with mycorrhizal fungi in subtropical China,which will likely have significant impacts on soil respiration.However,there is still limited information on how Moso bamboo expansion changes soil respiration components and their linkage with microbial community composition and activity.Based on a mesh exclusion method,soil respirations derived from roots,arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)mycelium,and free-living microbes were investigated in a pure Moso bamboo forest(expanded),an adjacent broadleaved forest(nonexpanded),and a mixed bamboo-broadleaved forest(expanding).Our results showed that bamboo expansion decreased the cumulative CO_(2)effluxes from total soil respiration,root respiration and soil heterotrophic respiration(by 19.01%,30.34%,and 29.92%on average),whereas increased those from AM mycelium(by 78.67%in comparison with the broadleaved forests).Bamboo expansion significantly decreased soil organic carbon(C)content,bacterial and fungal abundances,and enzyme activities involved in C,N and P cycling whereas enhanced the interactive relationships among bacterial communities.In contrast,the ingrowth of AM mycelium increased the activities ofβ-glucosidase and N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase and decreased the interactive relationships among bacterial communities.Changes in soil heterotrophic respiration and AM mycelium respiration had positive correlations with soil enzyme activities and fungal abundances.In summary,our findings suggest that bamboo expansion decreased soil heterotrophic respiration by decreasing soil microbial activity but increased the contribution of AM mycelial respiration to soil C efflux,which may potentially increase soil C loss from AM mycelial pathway. | Wenhao Jin Jiaying Tu Qifeng Wu Liyuan Peng Jiajia Xing Chenfei Liang Shuai Shao Junhui Chen Qiufang Xu Hua Qin | 2023 | Forest Ecosystems2023,10,3: | 1 |
| 15 | Melatonin regulates proliferation and apoptosis of endometrial stromal cells via MT1显示文摘Endometrial dysfunction is an important factor for implantation failure.The function of the endometrium is regulated by multiple factors like sex hormones and circadian rhythms.Endometrial stromal cells(ESCs)are a major cellular component in the endometrium,which is essential for proper physiological activities of the endometrium and the establishment of pregnancy.Melatonin,as a circadian-controlled hormone,plays beneficial roles in the regulation of reproductive processes.MT1,a melatonin receptor,can regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis.Whether melatonin-MT1 signal affects biological function of ESCs remains unknown.Here,we showed that MT1 was expressed in human ESCs(hESCs),which could be regulated by estrogen and progesterone.MT1 knockdown inhibited proliferative activity and promoted apoptosis of hESCs by activating caspase-3 and upregulating the Bax/Bcl2 ratio.Melatonin could reverse the effect of MT1 knockdown on proliferative activity and apoptosis of hESCs.Melatonin could promote proliferative activity of hESCs via the JNK/P38 signal pathway and repress the apoptosis of hESCs via the JNK signal pathway.Moreover,in vivo experiments showed that MT1 expression was decreased in endometrial cells from mice with disrupted circadian rhythm,accompanied by increased apoptosis and suppressed proliferative activity,which could be alleviated by administration of melatonin.These results showed the regulatory effect of melatonin-MT1 signal on biological behaviors of ESCs,which might provide a novel therapeutic strategy for endometrial dysfunction induced by disrupted circadian rhythm. | Liyuan Cui Feng Xu Zhuxuan Jiang Songcun Wang Xinyi Li Yan Ding Ying Zhang Meirong Du | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,10: | 1 |

| 18 | Ample dietary fat reduced the risk of primary vesical calculi by inducing macrophages to engulf budding crystals in mice显示文摘Although primary vesical calculi is an ancient disease,the mechanism of calculi formation remains unclear.In this study,we established a novel primary vesical calculi model with D,L-choline tartrate in mice.Compared with commonly used melamine and ethylene glycol models,our model was the only approach that induced vesical calculi without causing kidney injury.Previous studies suggest that proteins in the daily diet are the main contributors to the prevention of vesical calculi,yet the effect of fat is overlooked.To assay the relationship of dietary fat with the formation of primary vesical calculi,D,L-choline tartrate-treated mice were fed a high-fat,low-fat,or normal-fat diet.Genetic changes in the mouse bladder were detected with transcriptome analysis.A high-fat diet remarkably reduced the morbidity of primary vesical calculi.Higher fatty acid levels in serum and urine were observed in the high-fat diet group,and more intact epithelia in bladder were observed in the same group compared with the normal-and low-fat diet groups,suggesting the protective effect of fatty acids on bladder epithelia to maintain its normal histological structure.Transcriptome analysis revealed that the macrophage differentiation-related gene C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 14(Cxcl14)was upregulated in the bladders of high-fat diet-fed mice compared with those of normal-or low-fat diet-fed mice,which was consistent with histological observations.The expression of CXCL14 significantly increased in the bladder in the high-fat diet group.CXCL14 enhanced the recruitment of macrophages to the crystal nucleus and induced the transformation of M2 macrophages,which led to phagocytosis of budding crystals and prevented accumulation of calculi.In human bladder epithelia(HCV-29)cells,high fatty acid supplementation significantly increased the expression of CXCL14.Dietary fat is essential for the maintenance of physiological functions of the bladder and for the prevention of primary vesical calculi,which provides new ideas for the reduction of morbidity of primary vesical calculi. | Huiling Chen Kaiqiang Hu Yaru Liang Yuqi Gao Chenye Zeng Kang Xu Xiaojin Shi Liyuan Li Yuemiao Yin Yi Qiao Ying Qiu Qingfei Liu Zhao Wang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 1 |
| 19 | Influence of zinc state on the catalyst properties of Zn/HZSM-5 zeolite in 1-hexene aromatization and cyclohexane dehydrogenation显示文摘Rational design of Zn-containing HZSM-5 zeolite(Zn/HZSM-5)with high reactivity and excellent aromatization performance for olefin aromatization is crucially desired.We develop a new and uncomplicated method to synthesize Zn/HZSM-5(IMX/Z5)with superior aromatization performance in the paper.Compared to incipient wetness impregnation(IMP/Z5)and mechanical mixing(MIX/Z5),the asprepared IMX/Z5 presents a higher amount of surface ZnOH^(+)species(2.87%)while keeping identical bulk zinc content.As a result,more surface ZnOH^(+)favor both the aromatization of 1-hexene and cyclohexane dehydrogenation.For the two olefin aromatization pathways(hydrogen transfer and dehydrogenation),it is the first time found both the hydrogen transfer ability and the dehydrogenation ability increase linearly with the amount of surface ZnOH^(+)species while keeping identical bulk zinc content.We believe that the linear relationships are essential to design next generation olefin aromatization catalysts. | Di Gao Yibo Zhi Liyuan Cao Liang Zhao Jinsen Gao Chunming Xu Mingzhi Ma Pengfei Hao | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3: | 1 |
| 20 | Effects of icosahedral phase on mechanical anisotropy of as-extruded Mg-14Li (in wt%) based alloys显示文摘Through investigating and comparing microstructure and crystallographic texture of as-extruded Mg-14Li and Mg-14Li-6Zn-1Y(in wt%)alloys,the differences in their mechanical anisotropy were investigated.It revealed that the formation of I-phase(Mg3Zn6Y,icosahedral structure)can effectively refine grain size.Moreover,compared with Mg-14Li alloy,the texture type of Mg-14Li-6Zn-1Y alloy changed slightly,but its texture intensity decreased remarkably.As a result,the stronger texture contributed to the'normal'mechanical anisotropy of Mg-14Li alloy with higher tensile strength and a lower elongation ratio along transverse direction(TD)than those along extrusion direction(ED).However,for Mg-14Li-6Zn-1Y alloy,the zonal distribution of I-phase particles along ED caused'abnormal'mechanical anisotropy,i.e.higher tensile strength and better plasticity along ED. | Chuanqiang Li Daokui Xu Baojie Wang Liyuan Sheng Ruizhi Wu Enhou Han | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 1 |
