| 1 | Fiber-shaped organic electrochemical transistors for biochemical detections with high sensitivity and stability显示文摘Precise and continuous monitoring of biochemicals by biosensors assists to understand physiological functions for various diagnostics and therapeutic applications.For implanted biosensors,small size and flexibility are essential for minimizing tissue damage and achieving accurate detection.However,the active surface area of sensor decreases as the sensor becomes smaller,which will increase the impedance and decrease the signal to noise ratio,resulting in a poor detection limit.Taking advantages of local amplification effect,organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)constitute promising candidates for high-sensitive monitoring.However,their detections in deep tissues are rarely reported.Herein,we report a family of implantable,fiber-shaped all-in-one OECTs based on carbon nanotube fibers for versatile biochemical detection including H2O2,glucose,dopamine and glutamate.These fiber-shaped OECTs demonstrated high sensitivity,dynamical stability in physiological environment and antiinterference capability.After implantation in mouse brain,7-day dopamine monitoring in vivo was realized for the first time.These fiber-shaped OECTs could be great additions to the'life science'tool box and represent promising avenue for biomedical monitoring. | Xiaoying Wu Jianyou Feng Jue Deng Zhichang Cui Liyuan Wang Songlin Xie Chuanrui Chen Chengqiang Tang Zhengqi Han Hongbo Yu Xuemei Sun Huisheng Peng | 2020 | Science China Chemistry2020,63,9: | 3 |
| 2 | CsPb(I_(x)Br_(1-x))_(3) solar cells显示文摘Owing to its nice performance, low cost, and simple solution-processing, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell(PSC) becomes a promising candidate for next-generation high-efficiency solar cells.The power conversion efficiency(PCE) has boosted from 3.8% to 25.2% over the past ten years. Despite the rapid progress in PCE, the device stability is a key issue that impedes the commercialization of PSCs. Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their better stability compared with their organic-inorganic counterpart. In this progress report, we summarize the properties of CsPb(IxBr1-x)3 and their applications in solar cells. The current challenges and corresponding solutions are discussed. | 4 | Cascading failure prevention of complex systems based on brittleness entropy game显示文摘A non-cooperative game model based on brittleness entropy is formulated for preventing cascading failure of complex systems.Subsystems of a complex system are mapped to the players of the game.The influence of collapsed subsystems to other subsystems is also taken into account in the definition of payoff function except for their own entropy increase.This influence is named brittleness entropy.Each player has two optional strategies;rational for negative entropy and irrational for negative entropy.The model is designed to identify the players who select an irrational strategy for negative entropy.The players who select the irrational strategy for negative entropy continue to compete for negative entropy after the recovery of ordered state and make other subsystems can' t get enough negative entropy to reduce entropy increase.It leads to cascading failure of the complex system in the end.Genetic algorithm is used to seek the solution of game model,and the simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.The model provides a new way to prevent cascading failure of complex systems. | 曹然 Jin Hongzhang Feng Liyuan Xu Xu | 2013 | High Technology Letters2013,19,4: | 2 |
| 5 | EGFR TKIs impair lysosome-dependent degradation of SQSTM1 to compromise the effectiveness in lung cancer显示文摘Tyrosine kinase inhibitors for epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR TKIs)greatly improved clinical outcomes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Unfortunately,primary and acquired resistance limits their clinical benefits.To overcome such resistance,new generations of EGFR TKIs have been developed by targeting newly identified mutations in EGFR.However,much less effort has been put into alternative strategies,such as targeting the intrinsic protective responses to EGFR TKIs.In this study,we found that EGFR TKIs,including gefitinib and AZD9291,impaired lysosome-dependent degradation of SQSTM1,thus compromising their anti-cancer efficiency.By accumulating in the lysosome lumen,gefitinib and AZD9291 attenuated lysosomal acidification and impaired autolysosomal degradation of SQSTM1 owing to their intrinsic alkalinity.As a result,SQSTM1 protein was stabilized in response to gefitinib and AZD9291 treatment and conferred EGFR TKI resistance.Depleting SQSTM1 significantly increased the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to gefitinib and AZD9291 both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,a chemically modified gefitinib analog lacking alkalinity displayed stronger inhibitory effects on NSCLC cells.Therefore,targeting accumulated SQSTM1 or chemically modified EGFR TKIs may represent new strategies to increase the effectiveness of EGFR targeted therapy. | Lixian Yang Shilong Ying Shiman Hu Xiangtong Zhao Muchun Li Miaoqin Chen Yiran Zhu Ping Song Liyuan Zhu Tingting Jiang Huimin An Neelum Aziz Yousafzai Wenxia Xu Zhiguo Zhang Xian Wang Lifeng Feng Hongchuan Jin | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Melatonin regulates proliferation and apoptosis of endometrial stromal cells via MT1显示文摘Endometrial dysfunction is an important factor for implantation failure.The function of the endometrium is regulated by multiple factors like sex hormones and circadian rhythms.Endometrial stromal cells(ESCs)are a major cellular component in the endometrium,which is essential for proper physiological activities of the endometrium and the establishment of pregnancy.Melatonin,as a circadian-controlled hormone,plays beneficial roles in the regulation of reproductive processes.MT1,a melatonin receptor,can regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis.Whether melatonin-MT1 signal affects biological function of ESCs remains unknown.Here,we showed that MT1 was expressed in human ESCs(hESCs),which could be regulated by estrogen and progesterone.MT1 knockdown inhibited proliferative activity and promoted apoptosis of hESCs by activating caspase-3 and upregulating the Bax/Bcl2 ratio.Melatonin could reverse the effect of MT1 knockdown on proliferative activity and apoptosis of hESCs.Melatonin could promote proliferative activity of hESCs via the JNK/P38 signal pathway and repress the apoptosis of hESCs via the JNK signal pathway.Moreover,in vivo experiments showed that MT1 expression was decreased in endometrial cells from mice with disrupted circadian rhythm,accompanied by increased apoptosis and suppressed proliferative activity,which could be alleviated by administration of melatonin.These results showed the regulatory effect of melatonin-MT1 signal on biological behaviors of ESCs,which might provide a novel therapeutic strategy for endometrial dysfunction induced by disrupted circadian rhythm. | Liyuan Cui Feng Xu Zhuxuan Jiang Songcun Wang Xinyi Li Yan Ding Ying Zhang Meirong Du | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,10: | 1 |
