1Photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in aqueous solutions with oxygen catalyzed by supported metallophthalocyanine catalyst显示文摘In this paper, zinc tetraaminophthalocyanine (Zn-APc) was immobilized on cellulosic fiber by covalent bond to obtain a novel cellulosic fiber supported metallophthalocyanine, named Zn-TDTAPc-F. At pH 11, upon visible light irradiation for 6 h in the presence of O2, Zn-TDTAPc-F was found to be highly effective for the degradation of phenol in aqueous solution, and the degradation rate of phenol was more than 95%. 2Preparation and photoactivity of thermosensitive polymer supported metallophthalocyanine显示文摘A novel reactive metallophthalocyanine derivative,zinc tetra(2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine)aminophthalo-cyanine(Zn-TDTAPc),was prepared and immobilized on poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm) by covalent bonding to obtain a thermosensitive polymer(Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm).Compared with zinc tetraaminophthalocyanine(Zn-TAPc),Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm exhibits excellent solubility in water and in most organic solvents.Furthermore,it has a special thermosensitive property in water and the lower critical solution temperature(LCST) is 34.1℃.It was found that both dissolved and precipitated Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm present high photoactivity evidenced by the experiment of photocatalytic degra-dation of 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran(DPBF) in the presence of Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm.These proper-ties suggest that it can be used potentially in photodynamic therapy(PDT).CHEN WenXing LIU Fan LU WangYang SHEN XiaoYuan YAO YuYuan XU MinHong 2008Science China Chemistry2008,51,6:5

8Photodynamic Therapy Combined with Electrosurgical Resection for Recurrent Bladder Cancer显示文摘Bladder tumor is characterized by recurrent recurrence and distant metastasis,which determines the difficulty of completely curing bladder tumor.In recent years,the number of patients with bladder cancer is increasing,and the treatment of bladder cancer has become an important direction of clinical research.It is difficult to control bladder tumor by traditional therapy.Photodynamic therapy(PDT),as a new optical therapy,has gradually become the main method in clinical treatment of bladder tumor combined with transurethral resection of bladder tumor.In this paper,a patient with superficial recurrent bladder tumor was treated by photodynamic therapy combined with transurethral resection of bladder tumor.The advantages of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of bladder tumor and the selection of photosensitizer in the process of photodynamic therapy were discussed.After two recurrences,the patients chose photodynamic therapy.The tumors were resected one by one,and the wound was coagulated by roller electrode.After the drug was retained for 20 minutes,the bladder was empty.The spherical optical fiber was implanted into the bladder.The photodynamic energy was adjusted(light power 1.8 W,light time 1302 s).There was no recurrence after operation.Most bladder tumors are superficial tumors,and bladder is a cavity organ,which determines that bladder is an ideal organ for photodynamic therapy.As a targeted drug,photosensitizer is only absorbed by bladder tumor after being perfused into bladder.The photosensitizer forms reactive oxygen species through oxygen and kills tumor cells.Clinical practice has proved that PDT has its unique advantages for superficial and recurrent bladder tumors.As the first generation photosensitizer,xipofen also has selectivity in the treatment of bladder cancer.Ziwei Xu Minhong Wu Lule Wu Xiaoxiong Hu Jianwen Sheng Yuwen Wu Huizhen Fan 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,5:0
9AM真菌和枯落物互作下两种喀斯特植物种间竞争较种内竞争更能促进植物养分利用显示文摘枯落物是植物养分获取和土壤养分转化的关键载体。丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizae,AM)对植物养分摄取的影响已被广泛认知。然而,在养分亏缺的喀斯特生境中,不同竞争方式的植物如何通过AM真菌和枯落物利用养分尚不清楚。本研究对两种喀斯特适生植物构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)和云贵鹅耳枥(Carpinus pubescens)进行种内竞争和种间竞争种植处理,并通过幼套球囊霉(Glomus etunicatum)接种或不接种处理,以及土壤中添加或不添加两物种叶片混合枯落物处理,测定了植物生物量以及氮、磷、钾浓度等指标,研究植物的生长和养分利用。研究结果表明,AM真菌对两种植物养分摄取影响不同,AM真菌显著提高了种内和种间竞争下构树的养分摄取量,但降低了云贵鹅耳枥的养分摄取量。种间竞争下接种AM真菌,枯落物添加促进了云贵鹅耳枥对氮的摄取,抑制了构树对氮的摄取。接种AM真菌和添加枯落物条件下,种间竞争的构树对氮、磷和钾的摄取量及云贵鹅耳枥对氮的摄取量均高于种内竞争;种间竞争下两物种养分竞争力呈现明显差异,即构树对磷和钾养分竞争力显著提高,对氮则不显著;云贵鹅耳枥仅对钾的养分竞争力显著降低,对氮和磷则无显著影响。这些结果说明,在AM真菌与枯落物相互作用下,两种喀斯特植物种间竞争较种内竞争更能促进植物养分利用。Yun Guo Yuejun He Pan Wu Bangli Wu Yan Lin Minhong He Xu Han Tingting Xia Kaiping Shen Liling Kang Qiyu Tan Wenda Ren Yan Sun Qing Li 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,2:0
