| 1 | Enhanced grain refinement of Al-Si alloys by novel Al-V-B refiners显示文摘Al-V-B master alloy is promising for refining Al-Si alloys,yet its optimal composition with superior efficacy remains to be explored.In this work,the evolution of refining phases in the Al-10 Si/Al-V-B system with different V:B ratios was evaluated by thermodynamic calculations,based on which the Al-V-B refiners with V:B=1:1 and 5:1 were designed.Refining trails demonstrated that they could significantly reduce the grain size of Al-10 Si(wt.%)alloy from 1736 to 184-245μm with industrial addition amount.Detailed examinations results clarify that when V:B ratio is 1:1 the nucleation particle is(V,Al)B_(2),which has a VB_(2)-AlB_(2) core-shell structure and therefore presents the nucleation capability as AlB_(2) particle.When V:B ratio is as high as 5:1,the nucleation particle is pure VB_(2).Density functional theory(DFT)calculation indicates that(0001)VB_(2)/(111)α-Al interface has the lowest interfacial energy such that highest nucleation potency among other types of diboride/α-Al interfaces under consideration.The outcomes of this work provide fundamental guidance to develop superior V-B based refiners for Al-Si alloys. | Chenxi Zhao Yang Li Jin Xu Qun Luo Ying Jiang Qiling Xiao Qian Li | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,35: | 4 |
| 2 | Precise orbit determination for BDS satellites显示文摘Since the frst pair of BeiDou satellites was deployed in 2000,China has made continuous eforts to establish its own independent BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)to provide the regional radio determination satellite service as well as regional and global radio navigation satellite services,which rely on the high quality of orbit and clock products.This article summarizes the achievements in the precise orbit determination(POD)of BDS satellites in the past decade with the focus on observation and orbit dynamic models.First,the disclosed metadata of BDS satellites is presented and the contribution to BDS POD is addressed.The complete optical properties of the satellite bus as well as solar panels are derived based on the absorbed parameters as well the material properties.Secondly,the status and tracking capabilities of the L-band data from accessible ground networks are presented,while some low earth orbiter satellites with onboard BDS tracking capability are listed.The topological structure and measurement scheme of BDS Inter-Satellite-Link(ISL)data are described.After highlighting the progress on observation models as well as orbit perturbations for BDS,e.g.,phase center corrections,satellite attitude,and solar radiation pressure,diferent POD strategies used for BDS are summarized.In addition,the urgent requirement for error modeling of the ISL data is emphasized based on the analysis of the observation noises,and the incompatible characteristics of orbit and clock derived with L-band and ISL data are illuminated and discussed.The further researches on the improvement of phase center calibration and orbit dynamic models,the refnement of ISL observation models,and the potential contribution of BDS to the estimation of geodetic parameters based on L-band or ISL data are identifed.With this,it is promising that BDS can achieve better performance and provides vital contributions to the geodesy and navigation. | Qile Zhao Jing Guo Chen Wang Yifei Lyu Xiaolong Xu Chao Yang Junqiang Li | 2022 | Satellite Navigation2022,3,1: | 4 |
| 3 | Integration of semi-in vivo assays and multi-omics data reveals the effect of galloylated catechins on self-pollen tube inhibition in Camellia oleifera显示文摘Camellia oil extracted from the seeds of Camellia oleifera Abel.is a popular and high-quality edible oil,but its yield is limited by seed setting,which is mainly caused by self-incompatibility(SI).One of the obvious biological features of SI plants is the inhibition of self-pollen tubes;however,the underlying mechanism of this inhibition in C.oleifera is poorly understood.In this study,we constructed a semi-in vivo pollen tube growth test(SIV-PGT)system that can screen for substances that inhibit self-pollen tubes without interference from the genetic background.Combined with multi-omics analysis,the results revealed the important role of galloylated catechins in self-pollen tube inhibition,and a possible molecular regulatory network mediated by UDP-glycosyltransferase(UGT)and serine carboxypeptidase-like(SCPL)was proposed.In summary,galloylation of catechins and high levels of galloylated catechins are specifically involved in pollen tube inhibition under self-pollination rather than cross-pollination,which provides a new understanding of SI in C.oleifera.These results will contribute to sexual reproduction research on C.oleifera and provide theoretical support for improving Camellia oil yield in production. | Yihong Chang Wenfang Gong Jinming Xu Han Gong Qiling Song Shixin Xiao Deyi Yuan | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease with Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome in Clinical Proteinuria Stage by Kunkui Kidney Preserving Paste显示文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kunkui Kidney Preserving Paste in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)patients with damp-heat stasis syndrome in the clinical proteinuria stage.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was made on 30 patients with DKD who were diagnosed with damp-heat stasis syndrome in the clinical proteinuria stage from March 2021 to March 2023 in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine,and who took Kunkui Kidney Preserving Paste continuously for six months.The urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),urinary complement C3,and urea nitrogen(BUN)of DKD patients before and after treatment were compared,and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),blood creatinine(Scr),and cystatin C(CysC)were estimated,and the therapeutic effects on renal function and urinary protein were evaluated.[Results]After treatment,UACR significantly decreased(P<0.01),and urinary complement C3 and Scr decreased(P<0.05),while other indicators showed no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).In terms of evaluating the efficacy of urinary protein therapy,8 cases showed recent relief;8 cases showed significant effect;9 cases were effective,and 5 cases were invalid after treatment,with a total effective rate of 83.33%.In terms of renal function efficacy evaluation,8 cases showed significant effect;4 cases were effective;11 cases were stable,and 7 cases were invalid,with a total effective rate of 76.67%.In the safety evaluation,there were no obvious adverse reactions.[Conclusions]The Kunkui Kidney Preserving Past has significant clinical efficacy and safety in treating DKD patients with damp-heat stasis syndrome in the clinical proteinuria period.It has significant advantages in reducing urinary protein and protecting renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion. | Ying TAN Qiling ZHANG Juan CHEN Xu YU Qianhua YAN Jiangyi YU | 2024 | Medicinal Plant2024,15,1: | 0 |
