A new method of single celestial-body sun positioning based on theory of mechanisms显示文摘Considering defects of current single celestial-body positioning methods such as discontinuity and long period, a new sun positioning algorithm is herein put forward. Instead of traditional astronomical spherical trigonometry and celestial coordinate system, the proposed new positioning algorithm is built by theory of mechanisms. Based on previously derived solar vector equations(from a C1R2P2 series mechanism), a further global positioning method is developed by inverse kinematics. The longitude and latitude coordinates expressed by Greenwich mean time(GMT) and solar vector in local coordinate system are formulated. Meanwhile, elimination method of multiple solutions, errors of longitude and latitude calculation are given. In addition, this algorithm has been integrated successfully into a mobile phone application to visualize sun positioning process. Results of theoretical verification and smart phone's test demonstrate the validity of presented coordinate's expressions. Precision is shown as equivalent to current works and is acceptable to civil aviation requirement. This new method solves long-period problem in sun sight running fixing and improves applicability of sun positioning. Its methodology can inspire development of new sun positioning device. It would be more applicable to be combined with inertial navigation systems for overcoming discontinuity of celestial navigation systems and accumulative errors of inertial navigation systems. | Zhang Wei Xu Xiaofeng Wu Yuanzhe | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,1: | 1

Scientific Advances and Weather Services of the China Meteorological Administration’s National Forecasting Systems during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics显示文摘Since the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics was the first Winter Olympics in history held in continental winter monsoon climate conditions across complex terrain areas, there is a deficiency of relevant research, operational techniques, and experience. This made providing meteorological services for this event particularly challenging. The China Meteorological Administration(CMA)Earth System Modeling and Prediction Centre, achieved breakthroughs in research on short-and medium-term deterministic and ensemble numerical predictions.Several key technologies crucial for precise winter weather services during the Winter Olympics were developed.A comprehensive framework, known as the Operational System for High-Precision Weather Forecasting for the Winter Olympics, was established. Some of these advancements represent the highest level of capabilities currently available in China. The meteorological service provided to the Beijing 2022 Games also exceeded previous Winter Olympic Games in both variety and quality. This included achievements such as the“100-meter level, minute level”downscaled spatiotemporal resolution and forecasts spanning 1 to 15 days.Around 30 new technologies and over 60 kinds of products that align with the requirements of the Winter Olympics Organizing Committee were developed, and many of these techniques have since been integrated into the CMA’s operational national forecasting systems. These accomplishments were facilitated by a dedicated weather forecasting and research initiative,in conjunction with the preexisting real-time operational forecasting systems of the CMA.This program represents one of the five subprograms of the WMO’s high-impact weather forecasting demonstration project(SMART2022),and continues to play an important role in their Regional Association(RA)II Research Development Project(Hangzhou RDP).Therefore, the research accomplishments and meteorological service experiences from this program will be carried forward into forthcoming highimpact weather forecasting activities. This article provides an overview and assessment of this program and the operational national forecasting systems. | Guo DENG Xueshun SHEN Jun DU Jiandong GONG Hua TONG Liantang DENG Zhifang XU Jing CHEN Jian SUN Yong WANG Jiangkai HU Jianjie WANG Mingxuan CHEN Huiling YUAN Yutao ZHANG Hongqi LI Yuanzhe WANG Li GAO Li SHENG Da LI Li LI Hao WANG Ying ZHAO Yinglin LI Zhili LIU Wenhua GUO | 2024 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2024,41,5: | 0
Study on the Extraction Techniques of Impatiens balsamina(Tougucao)显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the extraction method of Impatiens balsamina L.(Tougucao),and to optimize the extraction process conditions and parameters.[Methods]Different ethanol concentrations, ethanol amounts and extraction time were investigated by an orthogonal test L_(9)(3^(4))and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the extraction process parameters were evaluated by the yield of extract and the content of quercetin.[Results]Under the three optimal extraction conditions of impregnation, heating reflux and ultrasound, the extract yield and quercetin contents of I.balsamina were 8.27%,9.50%,7.09%and 1.60,3.05,3.03μg/g,respectively.Heating reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction showed higher extract yields and quercetin contents of I.balsamina, while the values were lower under the impregnation extraction conditions. The primary and secondary factors were:ethanol amount(C)>ethanol concentration(A)>extraction time(B).The optimal extraction process of I.balsamina was as follows:adding 10 times of 60%ethanol and ultrasonically extracting for 30 min.[Conclusions]The method is simple, convenient, accurate and reliable, and provides a scientific basis for the research on the extraction process of I.balsamina and its preparations. | Lida CHEN Yuanzhe ZHANG Yuling LUO Xianmei XU Hai ZHAO Yan WU | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4: | 0
Consecutive hybrid mechanism boosting Na+storage performance of dual-confined SnSe2 in N,Se-doping double-walled hollow carbon spheres显示文摘Rationally designed hierarchical structures and heteroatomic doping of carbon are effective strategies to enhance the stability and electrical conductivity of materials.Herein,SnSe_(2)flakes were generated in the double-walled hollow carbon spheres(DWHCSs),in which N and Se atoms were doped in the carbon walls,to construct SnSe_(2)@N,Se-DWHCSs by confined growth and in-situ derivatization. The N and Sedoped DWHCSs can effectively limit the size increase of SnSe_(2),promote ion diffusion kinetics, and buffer volume expansion, which can be proved by electron microscope observation and density functional theory calculation.Consequently, the SnSe_(2)@N,Se-DWHCSs as an anode material for sodium ion batteries(SIBs)demonstrated a distinguished reversible capacity of 322.8 mAh g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)after 1000 cycles and a superior rate ability of 235.3 m Ah g^(-1)at an ultrahigh rate of 15 A g^(-1).Furthermore,the structure evolution and electrochemical reaction processes of SnSe2@N,Se-DWHCSs in SIBs were analyzed by exsitu methods, which confirmed the consecutive hybrid mechanism and the phase transition process. | Xiaoyu Wu Zhenshan Yang Lin Xu JianHua Wang Lele Fan Fanjie Kong Qiaofang Shi Yuanzhe Piao Guowang Diao Ming Chen | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,11: | 0
DRA Audio Coding Standard显示文摘DRA(Dynamic resolution adaptation)audio coding standard was shown to deploy transientlocalized MDCT to effectively suppress pre-echo artifacts and statistic allocation of codebooks to improve the compression efficiency of Huffman coding. Its quantizers and Huffman codebooks are designed in such a way that a signal path of 24 bits is provided throughout the codec so that high audio quality can be delivered if bit rate suffices.Although simple, it delivers state-of-the-arts compression efficiency as shown by five rounds of ITU-R BS.11116 compliant subjective listening tests. | MA Wenhua XU Jing MA Yuanzhe YOU Yuli | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2014,23,3: | 0
