| 1 | The second natural gas hydrate production test in the South China Sea显示文摘Clayey silt reservoirs bearing natural gas hydrates(NGH)are considered to be the hydrate-bearing reservoirs that boast the highest reserves but tend to be the most difficult to exploit.They are proved to be exploitable by the first NGH production test conducted in the South China Sea in 2017.Based on the understanding of the first production test,the China Geological Survey determined the optimal target NGH reservoirs for production test and conducted a detailed assessment,numerical and experimental simulation,and onshore testing of the reservoirs.After that,it conducted the second offshore NGH production test in 1225 m deep Shenhu Area,South China Sea(also referred to as the second production test)from October 2019 to April 2020.During the second production test,a series of technical challenges of drilling horizontal wells in shallow soft strata in deep sea were met,including wellhead stability,directional drilling of a horizontal well,reservoir stimulation and sand control,and accurate depressurization.As a result,30 days of continuous gas production was achieved,with a cumulative gas production of 86.14×104 m3.Thus,the average daily gas production is 2.87×10^4 m^3,which is 5.57 times as much as that obtained in the first production test.Therefore,both the cumulative gas production and the daily gas production were highly improved compared to the first production test.As indicated by the monitoring results of the second production test,there was no anomaly in methane content in the seafloor,seawater,and atmosphere throughout the whole production test.This successful production test further indicates that safe and effective NGH exploitation is feasible in clayey silt NGH reservoirs.The industrialization of hydrates consists of five stages in general,namely theoretical research and simulation experiments,exploratory production test,experimental production test,productive production test,and commercial production.The second production test serves as an important step from the exploratory production test to experimental production test. | Jian-liang Ye Xu-wen Qin Wen-wei Xie Hai-long Lu Bao-jin Ma Hai-jun Qiu Jin-qiang Liang Jing-an Lu Zeng-gui Kuang Cheng Lu Qian-yong Liang Shi-peng Wei Yan-jiang Yu Chunsheng Liu Bin Li Kai-xiang Shen Hao-xian Shi Qiu-ping Lu Jing Li Bei-bei Kou Gang Song Bo Li He-en Zhang Hong-feng Lu Chao Ma Yi-fei Dong Hang Bian | 2020 | China Geology2020,3,2: | 22 |
| 2 | A novel method for distinguishing fog and haze based on PM2.5, visibility, and relative humidity显示文摘Haze and fog are both low visibility events, but with different physical properties. Haze is caused by the increase of aerosol loading or the hygroscopic growth of aerosol at high relative humidity, whereas visibility degradation in fog is due to the light scattering of fog droplets, which are transited from aerosols via activation. Based on the difference of physical properties between haze and fog, this study presents a novel method to distinguish haze and fog using real time measurements of PM2.5, visibility, and relative humidity. In this method, a criterion can be developed based on the local historical data of particle number size distributions and aerosol hygroscopicity. | 4 | A chemo-mechanical model coupled with thermal effect on the hollow core–shell electrodes in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Electrode is a key component to remain durability and safety of lithium-ion(Li-ion) batteries. Li-ion insertion/removal and thermal expansion mismatch may induce high stress in electrode during charging and discharging processes. In this paper, we present a continuum model based on COMSOL Multiphysics software, which involves thermal, chemical and mechanical behaviors of electrodes. The results show that,because of diffusion-induced stress and thermal mismatch, the electrode geometry plays an important role in diffusion kinetics of Li-ions. | 6 | Composite denitrification reagent for high concentration ammonia removal by air stripping显示文摘Based on the traditional method of high concentration ammonia removal from wastewater,a mixture mainly consisting of ethyl lactate and acetic acid is used as an aid for ammonia removal by air stripping.The effect of dosage,the depth of air nozzle in water and other conditions for ammonia removal were investigated.The results show that under the conditions that denitrification reagent is in the dosage of 30 mg/L,pH value is 9-11,blowing depth is 400 mm,stripping time is greater than 2.5 h,and the temperature is normal(25°C),the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater can be reduced from 21006.0 mg/L to 10.6 mg/L. | 8 | Surface Roughness and Roundness of Bearing Raceway Machined by Floating Abrasive Polishing and Their Effects on Bearing's Running Noise显示文摘As the two most important indexes of bearing raceway,surface roughness and roundness have significant influence on bearing noise.Some researchers have carried out studies in this field,however,reason and extent of the influence of raceway surface geometric characteristics on bearing running noise are not perfectly clear up to now.In this paper,the raceway of 6309 type bearing’s inner and outer ring is machined by floating abrasive polishing adopting soft abrasive pad.Surface roughness parameters,arithmetical mean deviation of the profile Ra,the point height of irregularities Rz,maximum height of the profile Rmax and roundness f of raceways,are measured before and after machining,and the change rules of the measured results are studied.The study results show that the floating abrasive polishing can reduce the surface geometric errors of bearing raceway evidently.The roundness error is reduced by 25%,Rmax value is reduced by 35.5%,Rz value is reduced by 22%and Ra value is reduced by 5%.By analyzing the change of the geometrical parameters and the shape difference of the raceway before and after machining,it is found that the floating abrasive polishing method can affect the roundness error mainly by modifying the local deviation of the raceway’s surface profile.Bearings with different raceway surface geometrical parameter value are assembled and the running noise is tested.The test results show that Ra has a little,Rmax and Rz have a measurable,and the roundness error has a significant influence on the running noise.From the viewpoint of controlling bearings’running noise,raceway roundness error should be strictly controlled,and for the surface roughness parameters,Rmax and Rz should be mainly controlled.This paper proposes an effective method to obtain the low noise bearing by machining the raceway with floating abrasive polishing after super finishing. | PANG Guibing QI Xuezhi MA Qinyi ZHAO Xiujun WEN Chunsheng XU Wenji PENG Yanping | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 3 |
| 9 | Mechanism and practice of rock control in deep large span cut holes显示文摘Deep large span cut holes are difficult to stabilize. The 7801 cut hole in the Lu'an Wuyang Mine was used as this project's background. The main factors affecting large span cut hole stability are analyzed. Pre- stressed bolting theory was used to design a roof control method for a large span roadway. By reducing the span and applying equal strength coordinated supports the rock could be stabilized. The control prin- ciples and methods are given herein along with the analysis. A double micro arch cross section roadway is defined and its use in solving the current problem is described. Beam arch theory was used to build a model of the double micro arch cross section roadway. A support reverse force model for the arch foot intersection was also derived. A support method based upon reducing the width of the large span in the cut hole is presented. These results show that the reduced span of the roadway roof plus the use of cable anchors and single supports gives an effective way to control the large span cut hole. On site monitoring showed that the reduced span support from the double micro arch cross section roadway design had a significant effect. The roadway surface displacement was small and harmful deformation of the cut hole was effectively controlled.
